Denny's meal grilled haddock

I ordered the grilled Haddock picture from menu included. What I got was plain piece of fish. When I questioned the waitress she took my plate came back maybe 30 seconds later with the next photo, some cold oily spices dumped on top 1/2 my french fries gone and a spoon in the corn. The spoon was laying on the side of the plate when she took it. It was so cold and oily and I was just not able to eat it. while i was waiting for her to come back since she just dropped off the plate and left. The waiter was seating a lady in a booth next to me, she asked if he could wipe the food off the seat so she could sit down he was so clearly irritated she just kept apologizing to him but he said nothing. I could tell she felt bad. The waitress came back with my check I complained to her again and she just gave me my check so I paid and left.

Denny's birthday offering

We went to the Denny's on hwy 30 on 16th of July which was my husbands 68 th birthday. The store was closed. This was the second time this has happened this year. Today we revisited the store and asked if they would honor the birthday offering and the assistant manager called the manager at home and he said, "no, it has to be the day of the birthday "
WE were THERE the day of the birthday and I find it greatly sad that it was not honored. There were three other cars there that day and they followed us to IHOP.

Denny's manager of store

Went to Denny's on FM 2920 In Tomball, Texas on August 5, 2019 around 11:30 AM . We sat down at a Table and there was A Horrible Glare hit me right in my eyes. I asked the waitress is she could shut the one blind causing the glare. She said no we cannot shut the blinds have to see outside. Then I asked if I could talk to the manager she said she was the manager and walked off. Very Rude. It will be a long time before I go back to Denny's if ever.

Denny's online ordering through denny's

I placed an order today through Denny's online ordering system. I received a notification that they had received my payment. 30 minutes later I was notified that DoorDash would be picking up and delivering my order.

DoorDash dropped off my order around 1:32pm. Once I opened the bag, however, I noticed that two of the orders were made incorrectly and the other was missing altogether.

I called DoorDash only for them to tell me that since Denny's processed the order, Denny's was responsible for refunds or reorders. I called Denny's. A surly employee answered the phone and told me it wasn't his responsibility and that it was DoorDash I should call. I conveyed what DoorDash told me, and his voice got heated. I thanked him for explaining, and I called DoorDash again. They said it was Denny's responsibility and there was nothing they could do on their end. Thankfully after lamenting my situation to DoorDash, they were able to call back that employee and get it worked out. DoorDash said to call the Denny's employee and to let him know the items that were incorrectly made or not provided and that Denny's would remake them and DoorDash would deliver again.

I called the surly employee back who then proceeded to argue with me that I had only ordered one Fit and Fare not two. I told him I'd ordered two and PAID for two and that I'd appreciate it if Denny's would honor that payment and remake the food if they didn't want to refund. He gave me his cell phone number [protected] and told me to send him a picture of my receipt to which I did. 5 minutes passed of not hearing back so I called him back again to make sure he received the images. He angrily told me they were remaking my order, to which I asked two of them to confirm the quantity had been rectified? And he shouted yes, no mushrooms, no onions. To which I said, no mushrooms, no spinach. He made some noise that he heard me and then hung up the phone.

I have not heard anything more from DoorDash or Denny's and am not getting my hopes up that I'll be receiving the rest of my order. I may simply be out that $16 and will have to consider it a lesson learned.

My omelette was made incorrectly, but as I was hungry, I ate it anyway, but of the other two orders of the Fit and Fare I ordered, one was made incorrectly and the other wasn't even delivered.

I'd appreciate if someone in the corporate office would contact me back, if nothing else to make sure I received the second order of missing items. I am truly appalled with the level of Customer Service at Denny's' Fort Lauderdale 5000 N. Federal Highway location. Rest assured, I will NOT be returning as a customer.

Denny's service

Me an my family went to dennys yesterday morning 7-27-19 we got there about 10:40am. When we arrived are server Gabi took are drink orders and meal orders 2 mins later she comes back and tell me it would at least 15 mins before she put the order in 15-20 mins goes by and are orders still was not put in another 10 mins goes by and orders still not in final she puts are orders in at 11:30am we still waiting for food. Meanwhile everyone else is eating and enjoying there food we are still waiting to eat another customer come in after us and she get her food like 10 mins of arriving into dennys. The kitchen staff in the back laughing and playing no one is talking to us about where are food is at and when it is coming final she tell us that are orders where in and they should arrive so another 30 mins goes by and we still haven't eaten finally are family gets up and leaves because enough was enough over TWO HOURS OF WAITING for food and we didn't even get to eat. I called to speak to the manager and spoke to Chelsea and she takes my name and number down and tells me the manager was busy and he would call me back. I never received a call from the manager Sherrod. I had to call him back next day 7-28-19 he was very unprofessional and rude was not unstanding of the situation. If you where you I would just save my money and cook at home because to be treated and the matter is very unprofessional and disrespectful!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Denny's cooks and waitresses

Service is slow. Not enough waitress not enough cooks. Waiting to get in to long. Long waits for your food. Front staffed not staffed to cash out and to asked how long a wait. Hash browns not cooked enough. Last time I went just asked how long the wait was and she said was going to clean off tables and there was several people waiting. Then asked again and a customer putt in and said the same thing well I looking for a time that we would be seated. Doesn't get orders right. Have been going there a long time we've decided not to go any more.

Denny's products and service

we went to this dennys specifically because we wanted to go to the one that look like an old diner we drove from Crowley Texas to Forest Hill Texas just to eat there. When we went in to sit down it was so hot on one side of the building that we were sweating we went to the other side it was cooler but still very hot and uncomfortable. then we ordered our drinks and waited for one other person to show up once they got there we ordered our food. when I ordered my food I asked them to please bring out chips and queso so that way the kids that I had with me would be able to get something to eat now because they were hungry. she went and put in my order and then never came back with the chips and queso I end up having to go up and ask her to get me the chips and queso because they were already putting our food up in the window and the kids were starving. It would took forever to get drink refills and then we finally got our food after an hour and a half of being there. When we got our food we start handing things out to everybody and my sister had requested that on her build your own sampler that she got chicken strips mozzarella sticks and french fries she wanted absolutely no dipping sauces on her plate because she does not eat them or like them to touch her food the lady said that was fine and then when we got our food she gave her a plate with marinara sauce all over her chicken strips and then we found out that the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them at all on3 build your own samplers. We told her that we didn't have any she said oh well those are on a timer not sure what happened we asked her to please bring three more orders of mozzarella sticks and two more pieces of chicken strips because my sister was not going to eat them. 20 minutes later we received the rest of our food and ask for refills for the kids it took 10 minutes to get 2 cups of soda and then she brought me a sweet tea that I did not ask for. There are flies flying around the food and drinks our heads and all over the tables and lights it was very disgusting. I had asked my sister after they brought us our ticket to please go up to the front and talk to the manager about all the issues that we had because they had just gave us a ticket with full price so because I had to go to the restroom with my son so he could wash his hands while in there I went to go to the restroom and it looked and smelled like someone had crapped all over the place and had crap all in the toilets it was a very disgusting place. When I came back out to find out what they were going to do about our ticket the manager made excuses stating that all her people had called in she only had one cook and one waitress no dishwasher and the whole entire time we were there she sent at the counter eating food and not helping at all. she told us that she was only going to give us 10% off the whole entire meal and never once apologized for any of the issues that we had the waitress apologized to us and said I have only been here for 3 days so I don't know very much. It was a very very bad experience and we will not return to a Denny's again. I do not believe that we should have had to pay full price for our food due to the fact we had so many issues and it took so long to get our food there was three adult women and four children and we ordered samplers and pancakes and chicken strips so none of which should have taken an hour and a half. The manager seemed as if it was no big deal because she was short-handed but for a customer it was the worst experience I have ever had. I will be placing a review on Yelp and all social media to make sure no one makes the same mistake my family and I made today. We have been loyal local customers a the Denny's in Winslow, AZ, for many years. We usually order the Super Slam, but today we had appointments out of town and there for lunch. We ordered a Super Bird, and a Cali Club sandwich. Our serve left for a break, and another server was to wait on us. The food sat under the heat lamps for more than 15 minutes. When we received the food, it was actually the same sandwich, cut in 1/2 and the other cut in 1/4. We know that the holidays are busy times, but this was the worst meal we ever had at the Winslow, AZ Denny's. We still left a good tip. Thanks. Bob Zaccaria/Darlene Kennedy.

As you can see it was very clear no mushrooms, order came took one bite and knew it was made with mushrooms, opened roll and saw several mushrooms on it. the worst part is the attitude that came with it when we brought it back. one person did say sorry and offered to make a new one, the other started pulling it apart saying I don't see mushrooms. wow so rude they made another order but I was afraid to eat it. I work right accross the street and in a big chain hotel I promise I will not recomend as I always did in the past

Denny's air conditioning and work conditions

I have a daughter in law that works at Denny's in Jeffersonville. Their air conditioning has been down for about 3 weeks. Last night there was no hot water to wash dishes. However the dish washer is broken so the lady has been washing by hand. Customers are complaining and the waitresses are suffering also. This is very unsanitary and the manager needs replaced. She even calls my daught-in-law fat and she has worked there over a year. Jessie Chambers is not fit to be a manager. She keeps changing my daugher-in-laws schedule. She did have Friday and Saturday off for ever. Now she is off Saturda and Monday. So next week she took her off 3 days. God knows what days this will be. This girl is a very good worker and is being treated so wrong. She never had a problem before. Hope someone makes things right for her or I'm going public with this situation. PLEASE!

Denny's service

Been here 3 times now the food is always good but they cannot seem to ever get your order right and the wait is horrendous 1 hour 15 mins to get food with a 2 year old and 2 disabled children not good enough. If you cant get it right and in a reasonable time you should think of closing and staying in America. They always seem to bring the children's meals last also, I thing you should think of looking at as this upsets the children even more you need to get this looked at because the food is good but the service is crap.

Denny's gm mentally abusing employee

My wife went to work for the store on 291 hwy in independence and the general maniger veronica and assistant general maniger tammy have both bin metaly abusing my wife. And my wife having a heart of gold she to scared to say something or stand up for her self due to fear of loosing her job. She is required to do more than any other maniger and even expected to do what the assistant gm Tammy's paper work . And is treated like [censored] . And when schedules are written any one of there shift are properly staffed and when it's my wifes shift she is schedule she is way under staffed and yelled and screamed at and made to feel as if she cant do the job she was hired for and is cries and yet even co workers see the abuse and how mentally abused she is treated. And yet no one dose anything and I am her husband and I am trying everything to help and ain't found anyone I am about to make her quit

Denny's service

Let me start by saying I understand that when there's a bit of people you get distracted and focus on a few things. Normally I can understand especially on holidays or special days, in this case July 4th. Me and my girlfriend go to Denny's past midnight quite a bit so we figured this time was no different. Keep things short we sat at the table for 20 minutes with no service not even a drink order. Again I'm sure everyone was distracted but don't leave people sitting there with menus for too long.

Denny's What I saw eating at Denny's Abilene i20 and fm600!

I went there with my wife as passing through and I was amazed. during our time there we noticed a somewhat unfriendly feeling. We witnessed what seemed management being very ugly to the staff. As well a unprofessionalism is how what would be a team but signs of disrespect to eatchother. We could hear from the seat and saw a shorthaired lady being very demanding but not in a supportive way. but scolding. Another guy " mike "we heard called was very emotionaly unstable for sure . looked like everything or a lot irrates or bothers him. He was ugly and mean . so these are the ones cooking the food? What happen to cook with love. They look miserable either with their job or life. But ones thing is for sure, We are never stopping there again! Seriously heads up!

Denny's bad food

I ordered online chicken fried steak meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and squash. What I received was horrible, there were no mashed potatoes the gravy was sour (bad) and I got broccoli that I did not order, I paid $15.25 for this garbage that I had to throw away. I would like a full refund.

Denny's raw food

Hi,

I just wanted to start off by saying how much I love Denny's! Every time I visit USA I always ensure I make a variety of trips to indulge at Denny's.
Last week I visited a restaurant in Orlando, Florida of this address:
8747 International Dr, Orlando, FL

I went into Denny's on June 14th at around 12 midnight. I ordered buffalo chicken boneless bites alongside a side of fries to take out. As I got to my hotel room and started to eat my food, I realised the chicken didn't taste right. When I broke the chicken open, all the pieces were pure raw and looked like they had been cooked for around 10 seconds maximum. I then returned to the store and requested to speak to the manager, whom then was very rude to me. I told him that he had served me raw chicken however there was no apology or any compensation. He then refunded my money and under his breath apologised like he didn't mean it.
I was so disgusted with this customer service as I am a regular customer who always goes to Denny's. I told the manger how I was on vacation and this could have been very dangerous and could have made me sick. He didn't want to even hear what I had to say and furthermore there was no good will gesture or anything given to even show his apology.

I will be travelling to California in September and would love to return to Denny's however I would first like to at lease receive a proper apology

Denny's breakfast

I filed a complaint months ago about the whole staff took a break after I ordered evening breakfast and left one waitress to cook it. The waitress I knew from calling police in her when she lived next store to me. She hates me. So I felt she was poisoning my food and left. I promise if she is not fired and the staff that night. I will do something myself. Since u ignored me.

Denny's service

On June 21 we went to Denny's in Los Paseos and we were a group of nine. We were seated and waited a long time for our waiter (Richard Rocher) to attend our table an extremely long time. The manager then said I will take your drink order because your waiter is in the bathroom. That was extremely unacceptable. In our wait of the drinks we asked the waiter how much more time did he needed because we've been waiting for the drinks approximately 25 minutes and due to that question The waiter rolled his eyes and had a bad attitude when approached about being attended. We decided to leave after that bad experience. Also we tried to get the supervisor name and she refused to give it. Denny's breakfast order

This morning my husband and I went out to breakfast at a nearby Denny's #8048.
I was drinking my coffee and had not looked into the cup until I felt like a bloated feeling. Thinking to myself if I should stop drinking it. As I looked into the nearly empty cup of coffee, it was stained very strangely. I told our server David in which he was going to talk to his manager about it. Our server came to tell me that what I was seeing was the soap residue that was not rinsed off properly. Therefore the coffee color clung on to it making it look stained. The manager never came to talk to me nor apologize for this matter. Unfortunately when I got home I had a case of mild diarrhea which I attribute to the soap residue still left in the cup which I drank out of. Like I mentioned I started feeling bloated when drinking the coffee. I am just very disappointed in the fact that the Manager did not ever show his face to me. I think this warranted some respect to the customer. I am very extremely disappointed in the concern given on this issue by him! Which was no concern!

Denny's no service after sitting at a table for more than 30 minutes

I walked in as usual and sat at a booth. Time 10:40pm.
I opened my book to read a bit while I waited for a server to ask what I would like it at least give me a menu. At that time most of the servers were near the POS machines just having conversations.
I continued reading thinking they have seen me walk in and sit down. It is now 11:08pm and I turned around to ask the folks behind me if they see me?
They do! I'm not hard to miss 6' 250 lbs.
I caught the attention of one of the banters and she approached me. At this point I was fuming and lost my appetite. She offered me a coffee and I refused it and then she apologized. I made it clear that I will report this conduct to Denny's.
I used to like coming in this one Denny's but feel it's losing the one thing that makes it worthwhile and that's real ‘Customer Service'. Didn't feel it here. Not one bit this evening.

Denny's service

The manager seeme confused. I wanted breakfast, my phone did not work, so I asked I I could use the store phone to eaither call my frien to pick me up or to call a txi. He as like e need to keep a line open, I was like that the only working phone? I was denied the use of it. I was so mad I cancelled my order and told them I will never return, since that is how they turn down a custemer with a proble, I will visit i-hop instead. My breakfast experience wnt bad. Ill never visit dennys
