Denny's food was cold

First off was seated quickly so that was the only good thing about are visit. Waited almost 10 mins no server came to are table. So i flagged a server down she then waited on us. After ordering are food it was cold. I said something to a server and she did offer to replace are food. But at this point i am irritated and said no. I did ask for a manager to let him know amd he didnt have much to say.i quiet going to this location because serve is bad and i really dont like the menu options.

Denny's service, food and care of restaurant

Ladies room clean but stunk, the breakfast meat was terrible sausage was cold and bacon was fatty. I had asked for crispy bacon didn't get, my friend also. We asked for refills of our drinks well needless to say came after check. The condiments were horrible the syrup bottle was sticky the lid you couldn't even see the top. Not happy store #6955 ty.

Denny's food (piece of hard plastic in food)

I have already made a complaint and nothing has been done! I guess it's just like we thought! Your establishment is run by a bunch of [censored]ing racist! From the head of the [censored]ing company to the toilet bowl cleaner! To be treated like [censored] because we are not white is [censored]ing ignorant! I will be seeking legal help in this matter, since I have not heard back from anyone!

Denny's service and temp

It is so extremely cold requested to please be seated else where as it felt we were right under a/c. We were denied due to section being 'closed. We are freezing and waiter said ac box was locked. My friend didnt recieve pancakes until we were all done with our meals. We have been waiting for our check atleast 15mins already. This visit has been awful. Food as usual was great and restaurant was clean.

Denny's slow service, incorrect food order

Today November 1st At approximately 1200 noon, my wife and I entered Denny's and my wife being an invalid was forced to stand while waiting to be seated. Finally a cashier escorted us to a seating area where we waited for approximately 15 minutes before a wait person saw to us. Again, we had to wait for about 10 minutes to be served coffee. After placing our order, another 15 minutes before order was delivered. This after other customers which came in after we did were served before us. When our order arrived my wife who had ordered whole wheat toast was served my English muffin and wait person had to return to serve toast which was not delivered on the first go around . The toast was white bread, not whole wheat as ordered. Had to stop wait person to ask for refill of coffee which she served prior customers without refilling our cups. When wait person finally came by with refill we had an already finished our meal and no longer desired refill. Being frequent customers we weren't used to this poor service. We both enjoy the excellent food but this last episode leaves us wanting.

Denny's california club

I order me and my boyfriend food to be picked up, when I arrived at the restaurant it was 8:45pm the original set up pick up time but the food wasn't ready. They were busy I understand not that big of deal but when I finally got home and got a chance to sit down and eat after putting 5 kids down to sleep, I go to take a bite and there is tomatoe-mayo on my sandwich which I specifically asked not to put on my sandwich and salt was on the fries when I asked no salt. Now not the whole order was wrong they did get my boyfriend's food correct but I ended up eating cereal. I wouldn't have even bothered with complaining but when I recieved my order I specifically asked the cashier if my order was made no salt on fries and no type of mayo on my sandwich. Her reply was its made the exact way you ordered. But it wasn't...

Denny's the waitress

I can into the restaurant this morning between the hours of 9 ish and 9:30 me and my lil daughter my waitress name was Kisha she was very nice the issue I have was that one of the other waitress that goes by the name of Tam got into it with to females they we're cursing each other out in front of all of the guest calling each other [censored]es and [censored]s it really took me by surprise for the waitress to act up like that my daughter is not use to that kind of language and the lady manager that was on duty didn't make it know better she didn't say anything how can she be a manager was the first thing came to my mind not professional at all I hope you have cameras and they work so you can play them back and see the body language and the waitress going back and forth just awful she should be fired and the manager as well for allowing it to happen at the end when she had calmed down she did the waitress came and apologized for acting out but it was a little to late then I will not be returning just lost a loyal guest

Denny's service, insight manager and waitress

I was charged 4.89 for 2 small chicken tenders and 4.99 for a small plate of Mac and cheese for my toddler which is outrageous. No one could explain the menu and the manger says well I don't know what to tell you that's the price. Staff was horrible and the manager was even worse. I will never eat at Denny's again. Tables were nasty and staff acted as if they didn't want to be at work what is this place

I placed an order on Denny's.com and I haven't received it. My CC was charged and I called the store for assistance, they claim there's nothing they can do and I'm out of luck. Denny's service/ conditions of the place

We went to this location for breakfast today and we knew it wasn't going to be good when we got plastic ware and noticed the people behind us with to go cups. We ordered and waited forever to get out food. While waiting, a server came and asked if she could take the almost empty Cholula sauce that it was on our table. We also noticed a lot of dirty tables around for a very long time. When we finally got our food it was a really bad presentation, it was sad. The hash browns were not even cooked all the way, the sausage one was almost black and one half way cooked. My husband got an omelette with some crumbs on top, I guess they were onions and mushrooms. We also never got our coffee refill, because our server was picking up all the dirty dishes around. We only stayed because my daughter and my mother were very hungry and it was going to be hard to get breakfast anywhere else at the time, but it was horrible. Shame on Denny's to have this location in this conditions.

Denny's manager

I walked into Denny's this morning about 8 or a liitle after 8 ready to eat and I was approached by the waitress Melissa stating they don't have a cook not to my surprise last time I was here the same thing I was very disappointed then I hear a lady voice saying don't put another ticket in I'm not cooking [censored] else I'm like who is that they reply was the Manager I'm like that's very unprofessional if she don't like her job she needs to quit I love coming to this Denny's because the staff is so friendly they smile and very nice her attitude is very unacceptable I will not be back for awhile as long as I know she will be there sorry y'all just lost a very loyal customer

Denny's the manager

I walked into Denny's on Daniel Payne Drive in Birmingham Alabama this morning around 8 am or a little after 8 ready to eat the waitress greated me with a smile her name was Melissa only to be disappointed she informed me that they didnt have a cook so to my surprise Im like again this is not the first time Im looking around seeing other guest then all of sudden I hear a lady voice saying dont put anymore tickets in Im not cooking they can have this [censored] im like who is that they reply was its our Manager the same Manager lady last time I was here saying she tied of the cooks not here on time and she doesnt feel like cooking this is so unprofessional especially for the guest to hear all of that im like if you dont like your job just quit I love coming to this Denny's because the waitresses are so nice stay smiling and they very polite but it will be awhile before I come especially if she got to be on the cook line thanks Mrs.Jasmine Pegues. Denny's would not accept a reservation from me for saturday september 28th at 9:00 a.m.

Date: September 26, 2019 -----This was to be for a party of six people. Web have guests coming in on Friday night. ( the 27th.) One of our guests has to be on time for another event and we were trying to work with the situation. We are loyal customers of Dennys and this did take me back quite a bit. I understand that they are probably busy on weekends, but they would NOT allow me to speak to a manager or supervisor. I really thought Dennys was better than that. It would be nice if you would ask them to accomodate us. For the store it was a guaranteed sale.

Denny's server. dark female red dreadlocks

On Sunday September 15, 2019 around 11:30 am. My elderly father and I visited Denny's store number 6669 in Glendale Arizona.
A dark female server came to our table bringing regular menus. We informed her that we need value menus and she gave me a sour look. She then asked what we where drinking? Water we said and again she gave me a sour look. She then informed us that she would e back in a few minutes to take our order. We waited exactly 20 minutes for her to return as I had just taken a phone call. She came back 20 minutes later and
She asked me if anyone had taken our order? No I replied. You said that you where our server and that you wher going to take our order. She responded with ""fine, "", what do you want? At this point I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of dignity and professionalism she is serving to us as it's now t tough bird to eat.
I requested that she now gets someone else to serve us. o problem she says.
She walks off not getting us a new server and so I waved down a new server.
The new server was terrific. I made it a point to pay her $20.00 for her tip. It was more than what our meal cost all together.
Denny's, my girlfriend worked for your company for 6 years. I understand how these servers think and operate.
This server was angry because she didnt want a low ticket bill thinking her tip was going to be small. She likes serving the large tables for big tips. She was much more than rude to us.
She never apologized.
If she doesn't like serving people who order water and value meals. Maybe Denny's should take water and value meals off their menu.
Or maybe she should find another restaurant that tolerates their servers treating their loyal customers this way.

Denny's service

Got seated and waited and waited for someone to wait on us. We could hear two ladies arguing about who's table we were sitting at. In the meantime no one is waiting on us. Needless to say we left. Called manager to complain and she asked us to describe the workers. My husband said one tall black girl and one heavy set black girl. At this point the manager went off him saying "was this a racial thing? I don't care what color you are, I just want service!

Denny's manager mary ann

We come to this place at least 2 times a week.
Every time I come with my family this manager Mary Ann is rude and never smiled at no one. And does not know how to talk to her employees. Very demanding I hear her talk to her people doesn't say please thank u.. her word" do this now n hurry " makes me not want to come here and listen to her rude comments!

Denny's food

After being a loyal Denny's customer at the Mississauga location receiving excellent service and above all quality food I was absolutely appalled by the quality and lack of attention paid to the breakfast we received today! The sausage was cold and pale, bacon was purely fat, the pancakes soggy and burnt. I spent $164.32 and feel robbed. Eggs were undercooked and runny. Coffee cold
Generally a very bad experience with a long wait in a half full restaurant.

Denny's Food and Thomas Lester

On 8/18/2019 at 10:24 am central time, I ordered online as a guest - ordered the "Build Your Own Grand Slam" with scrambled eggs with cheese (paid extra for the cheese) and ham (paid extra for the ham). This was delivered to me at my work (I work at the Springdale Police Department). When I received this order, the eggs were sunny side up with no cheese, and there was bacon and sausage but no ham. When I called, I spoke with the store's "General Manager" name is Thomas Lester. He refused to fix my order, refused to make it right, and kept saying that what I received is what I ordered. I know I did not order this... I would never eat sunny side up eggs... plus, I paid more for cheese and ham and did not get them. This "General Manager" was very rude, not customer service oriented, and has not only ruined my day, but has ruined my Denny's experience.

Denny's Food & Customer Service & Cleanliness

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! If I could give this rating a zero I would! Came in tonight had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. They finally seated us and the waitress who came to take our order smelled like an ashtray, enough to ruin your appetite. Whatever happened to the waitresses looking presentable with customer service skills. As we sat at our table trying to have a conversation, all we could hear was employees complaining how long they had been there. As we waited we saw at least 3 families come in get seated and walked out. When the waitress bought our food, she had her nasty fingers & nails in my plate touching my food now that was completely disgusting! We seen the cook lick his fingers while cooking, what ever happened to wearing gloves, we will never come to this location again. Out of the four of us, three of us didn't eat our food but paid for all of it!

Denny's management and employees talking spanish all the time

Dear Sir:
We were in this restaurant last week and you would have thought you were in a Mexican diner. I understand talking to the customers if necessary, but the loud banter from behind the counter talking Spanish to each other. They also didn't have the French vanilla creamers as advertised, they didn't have orange juice at 2pm we ordered the special that came with a juice. Again, please let them know they have English speaking people in the restaurant and its not good customer service to do that.
