Denny's 74th i-240 denny's

I ordered chicken fried chicken, corn, and mashed potatoes and two strawberry cheese cakes, they gave me hard [censored] chicken strips with mashed potatoes and gravy no corn and one cheese cake, then I take it back the lady swear up and down she gave me the strawberry cheese cake when she didn't the cheese cake they gave me was messed up it looked nothing like the picture, the chicken fried chicken was hard and over cooked, they gave me corn and potatoes and just threw it in the container! I have pictures of the [censored] they suppose to fix my order with I want my money back y'all can have this [censored] back I am not eat this [censored]!iiii excuse my language but I am pissed the [censored] off!

Denny's Rude customer "service"

To whom it may concern, I put in an online order over the computer and then called to see if I could add something to order that I was not able to online. The manager is who answered, a woman, who was completely inconsiderate, rude, and continued to talk over me and repeat herself and then hung up on me. I called back to wonder ask why I was treated the way I was and she was rude again to me and told me I continued to repeat the same question, untrue, and then she was ignoring me and talking over me all together. I have ordered from Denny's just about every other day but if this is what you call a manager then you can consider me no longer a customer. I am disgusted, people deal with enough BS in their own lives without having to encounter it while ordering food online. Hope you re-evaluate you staffing choices.

And if your able, listen to the conversation, it is clear who was a stable and calm individual and who was loud and wouldn't slow down long enough to hear the other person.

Thank you for your time, I never write these but I did not do anything to warrant her behavior towards me. She has cost you 1 customer at least, hope its not more.

This happened at your location in Temple, Tx. I had recently moved here and Denny's became a go-to because its open all day and night and its wide menu, but I wont deal with that again.

Desired outcome: I would ultimately like for that manager to never do that and perhaps apologize if possible, and if she cant provide actual customer service without talking over someone, being rude, and hanging up on them, maybe a different job is in line.

Denny's Manager skills

I went to the dennys in chubbuch idaho on 4310 Yellowstone Ave. on July 4th around 7ish during my visit our waitress was absolutely amazing. Everyone was happy. Then the manager came in and began reprimanding the employees in front of the customers cause our waitress to cry. After wards I witnessed the manager leave the restaurant. I have seen this before and is know as the seagull management tactic. I will say from personal experience this causes you to lose employees and customers. After about twenty minutes the manager returns and starts again with reprimanding a different employee again in front of the customers. This manager absolutely has no proper training or simply doesn’t care. The manager there should be replaced. It was the worst manager I have ever seen. As being an executive chef I have seen bad things but this takes the cake to be honest. I hope they get this resolved as soon as possible so as not to loss business.

Ah yes, the seagull management technique. Fly in squawking, $#@# everywhere and fly away. That is a very inappropriate way to manage employees, especially when customers are present.

Denny's cleanliness of restaurant

I-30 Broadway Blvd, Garland Texas. I have complained before about the cleanliness of the restaurant the the torn up bathrooms. The bathroom at this location is always filthy with paper on the floor etc. grime on the toilet paper dispenser, grime and caked up dirt on the floor. The booths are filthy, this whole restaurant needs to be cleaned top to bottom. I have complained to the staff which say they don't use the restroom at work, they wait till after shift. The last time I sent in a complaint the soap dispensers were repaired and filled. The paper towel hold had been repaired, and the faucets had been tightened down to the sink. I have a friend that wants to eat there every Thursday and we have just stopped going. She is as discussed as I am. I stopped eating with her a year ago and just visit with her there. Now she is done.

Denny's Dennys in Patterson CA

Dennys in Patterson is the worst place to go I had the worst experience in life there is rats and roaches running around in city of patterson Denny’s we need to shut that restaurant down because it’s so nasty and disgusting person cooking food is putting his finger in the nose and then serving foods to the clients there and I am so ashamed that there is such horrible service

Do not order food from this place the cook puts his finger in the nose and then don’t wear gloves and does the food handling please do not go to this place I recommend for city of Patterson to shut Denny’s down in my city for such a poor service and there is rats and roaches all over the restaurant please do not go to this particular location and I recommend Denise to take action on the manager who is so rude to customers and tells him get out when I tell him what’s been happening in the kitchen when I saw it with my own eyes this is terrible

We paid $39.44 plus gratuity for bad service and rude staff

The manager was not approachable Raj or Rick or something

Anyways my complaint is my toast was burnt and I had to ask the waiter 3 times to get it right he bought me sour dough bread instead of white toast the second time . They did not honor my request for a complimentary shake or ice cream as my birthday was the day before . I could not make it to Dennys for my birthday meal June 4/22 the waitress at the front cashier was rude and said no we won't give u anything as your bday was the day before Asian girl she is always rude. This is terrible customer service and I don't think I will go back again .. how do these people get screened for a job is beyond me ..

Denny's Charged for an item I didn't receive

Steak meal was not available 6/16/2022 but was charged via online.

Desired outcome: Manager said he couldn't do anything but for me to call a number that routes back to the restaurant.

Denny's Rip off/ dennys stole my money

I am displeased and disappointed with the service the dennys has shown me. I ordered through the dennys app, and when I went to pickup my order they said they could not have it ready the let go of the chef. One how could you let go of a chef and still be open. You are basically stealing dennys hours since you are open with nothing to do. And two could you have not called me prior to this and let me know, instead of going over there hoping for my order to be ready. Oh and don’t event get me started with the app. Why the hell did the app work if the store didn’t have a cook. And don’t event tell me that it was close since I could process my order with that restaurant. And if it was close you would have stolen my money. I expect a full refund and reply on Monday no later than that! On my card.

Denny's Food and waitress

Went to Denny today on 150th in Cleveland June 17, 2022 for breakfast, The person that greets you when you come in great,& friendly. We ordered the biscuit, gravy and chicken with a little extra gravy eggs over easy. when our food arrived the eggs were over cooked and no extra gravy. we told the waitress who scooped up our plates with a attitude. When she brought the plates back we still had no extra gravy so we asked for it again. the biscuit we hard and there was barley any chicken the food was terrible. Eventually she asked if we were ok and we asked for the check, she said you will have to wait a minutes which was ok. My sister returned from the bathroom and we decided to wait my the register for our bill. when she noticed us she turned and said very rudely (she can't give you your will you will have to wait) The person at the register turned and looked at her and one of the other employees did to we were all shocked at what she said and the way she said it. This is not acceptable to talk to customers like that. Unfortunately we told the person at the register that we would not return again and that the food was terrible.

Denny's Denny's menu pricing and table advertising

I really don't like the old table advertising. Like a three way cardboard stand with three adds. Its look so old it is. The menu is kind of pricy. I waited all winter and sales prices on Denny's menu. I noticed they used to have lower prices for most of the menu. Just want to let someone know I love there coffee but the table menu is a little depressing to say the least.

Denny's Rude/angry server

Yvett Lejean Begaye is rude tells people to eat elsewhere slams plates and glasses on table outside talking in her cell phone smoking a cigarette when customers are waiting a very long time to give her an order. Yvette is a known meth addict in the area.

After her coworker told my wife and I that Yvette is waiting for a court date so my wife looked her up on azpublicaccess her charges are bound over to

Coconino county superior court in Flagstaff AZ

charges: aggravated assault in a police officer

(Felony)

Touch W/ intent to injure (felony)

Criminal trespassing knowingly/intentionally

(Felony)

And numerous assault and drug charges last year and the year before and so on. We're not sure who screens Denny's employees upon hiring but their should be some kind of background check on employees that's why the Denny's @669 Scenic View Dr. Page AZ. Is such a terrible place to eat most of them are criminals and they go through a lot of people so don't waste your time eating there. My wife's parents own a motel in Page and detours tour busses of tourists from the motel to other eateries, I can go on and on but think this gets the point out.

Desired outcome: Get rid of her save yourselves in the long run.

Denny's Not staying OPEN

Closing at 5pm due to no cooks or manager. Not caring about employees that need to work. We are inside of a truck stop continuously turning customers away and closing as early as 5pm.

Denny's Very agitated and rude server.

On Saturday June 11, 2022 @ around 10:15 p. m my wife and I returned to Page Arizona after a long trip and wanted a quick bite to eat before getting to our home. So we pulled into Denny's in Page @ 669 Scenic View Dr.

We were greeted by a server by the name of Yvette and she abruptly stated "what do you want" we answered we simply wanted a table. Eventually we were seated and she returned with out 2 glasses of water one in which had lipstick on the rim of the glass and requested another glass of water to her showing her the lipstick, she then stated "this is Denny's what the bleep do you expect" and went on to say as she put the new glass on the table rather hard "you people can just eat else where if we had a problem" it took a while for her to return to take our order as we saw her through the window by our booth smoking a cigarette while on her cell phone, at this point because of her hostile attitude and dirty looks from her we decided to leave and was laughed at by her as we exited the building walking past her. We can understand people may have tougher days than other days but this encounter from her was totally uncalled for from her and we probably will not return there as long as she is there. An employee actually apologized for her actions and stated that our server (Yvette) is waiting to go to Flagstaff superior court on serious felony charges and is probably stressing out.

We just want upper management to be aware her unnecessary behavior and thought H. R might take a closer look at her on azpublicaccess website because she doesn't appear to be an asset to your company. We can't say what needs to be done except possibly screened. We thank you for your time.

Denny's Restaurant in general

on the 6/3/22 me and my girlfriend were at the Dennys in Lubbock, Texas #6676 for dinner around 7pm. we were greeting well and they were not busy, the server got our drinks and took our order with out writing everything down, which surprised me, but the main thing was that the music they were playing for one was really loud plus it was some sort of rap and in my opinion it was not for a family style place to eat, well then we got our meal, and I for one got the wrong sides but I did not complain for I do not like to send food back because one does not know what the cooks will do so I ate it anyway and the other my girl got the wrong food also and again did not send back because of maybe the consequences there, but for as everything else it was just ok food just not that great, but it was conviently located so that is why we ate there, the music was the worse of it

Denny's Manager

Manger Isaiah, is completely rude to his employees and his customers. He is also a creep. He made a false statement saying I have made no contact no show for work in over 3 weeks but I contacted the other manger with the few days I did miss. And also he does not work the shifts I work because he physically changed my schedule. I also have serval textual evidence from coming in contact with my other mangers who actually care about their other employees. Isiah has made it clear more then once he only cares about the cash. I called off one night because me and my wife had to relocate a new hotel because we are homless and he told me it was not common sense and to make my wife and 14 month old son at the time stand outside and wait over 8 hours for my shift to be done.

Desired outcome: He honestly needs to be fired . Very unprofessional

Denny's Compliment

We came in around 9 am and free my a young lady and a manager both were very nice we were sat rather quickly for a Sunday. Mary was our server and made us feel welcome we were just passing through back to Ohio. We got our coffee hot and fresh I may mention and the manager I believe he was the general manager came to again to ask how we were and gave us a few suggestions for breakfast. I received the cinnamon roll pancakes which were outstanding and my husband had ordered the omelette with a little bit of everything. Mary then greeted us with fresh coffee before the food came out. This was a great stop as we finished everything before getting back on the road. We will rather enjoy stopping by here again to the general manager and Mary and the gal at the register keep it up

Denny's Extremely rude employee

I am a frequent customer at dennys. This is the rudest employee I have ever seen in my life. She accosted me and screamed causing a scene because I layed down for a moment since I was not feeling well. She should be fired. I took a picture of her. She told me I had no other choice but to follow her instructions. Extreme nazi behavior from her part.

Denny's waitress and temper

[protected] went to #7095 waited 30 min to be seated that was fine then was seated and waitress came and threw the menus at table said nothing and left i mean she really threw them she came back after bi said wow thats one way to get tips and she said do you have a problem and i said i sure do i do not expect menus to be thrown at me she said you dont like it leave...them my daughter ask for the manager the manager said don;t worry i will take care of you then i ask why would you have a server on the floor that treats customers in that manner she said well we are short of help and dont worry i already called our boss the server was salinda or selinda they would not give us her name and she took her name tag off the manager did take care of us but we will never go there again the manager was rosalinda R the time was about 6pm we finished at 745 pmthe fish i had was rather gooy inside...very disappointed oh yes and the waitress i watched her come into work that day right before we were seated and she even yelled at the manager rosalinda about having to come to work

Desired outcome: the waitress needs to apoligize and be fired noone deserves a job that know they can treat the ones that they take care of can be so rude the whole resturant was watching and listening to her
