Hello. My name is Susan Gatwiri Gatobu Mati. I live in Norway and use Poiv to make international calls. I have been a Poiv customer since 2011.The sending fee is credited by Dellmont.com which I always receive via my email.
Am shocked because I realized that Dellmont.com has been charging me double every time I pay for the re-charge in my poiv account.
I also noted that this has been happening since June this year and the last happened yesterday 27.12.22.
Another thing that shocks me is that I cannot contact Dellmont through email although they have my full email address and information. Am therefore hoping that they will soon contact me via my email address which they already have.
I have a record of these transactions with me in my bank statement.
Can this be fixed as soon as possible? Am shocked and saddened!

Hi,
I am a regular user of your Mobile VOIP telephone service. Recently (5th March 2022), I made a top-up purchase of €10.00 (£7.50) for my mobile telephone calls. I noticed from my bank statement that my card has been overcharged by the company.
My account was charged €12.69 (£10.00), instead of €10.00 (£7.50).
kindly refund the over-charged amount of £2.50 or I stop using your services

I was still shopping and trying to update my records with PayPal when Dellmont.com debited my VISA card with CAD 14.83 on 19th Jan 2022 without my authorisation.
This is a fraud. Please please please I don't deal with fraudulent companies. Kindly reverse the CAD 14.83 back into my account I've already informed PAYPAL of your atrocities and I will also inform my lawyer.
I'm no more interested in any of your products hence kindly return my money back into my account.

Yesterday I subscribe on voipbuster for an mothly subscription for free calling in the Netherlands.
After i try to fix the CID and call many times to my mobile phone to see the CID was fixed i was getting sip errors and after try to login to the web interface on voipbuster.com i found that my account was blocked for security reasons

On 19may 2021 by 9:19pm you have deducted 10.43€, may I know for what reason you take my money from my account without asking me .

I had deduction from my credit card for the amount EUR 10.42 on 25 oct 2020 @18.42H (saudian time). In fact I didn't purchase any item around the day. I hope for an explanation and I need my money back...

I receive a Monthly deduction from my bank account by Dellmont. However this deduction is forMonthly subscription to VOIPWISE, which clearly states the following:- Your purchase for VoipWise will appear as Dellmont on your statement.
Prior to committing to a Monthly subscription, I see to simply top up credit on my Vopiwise account. Once again these Top-Up credits appeared as Dellmont deductions on my bank statements.
This payment is processed by Dellmont (for www.voipwise.com). This name may appear on your bank or creditcard statement.
If you use a VOIP service on your mobile device, check your service provider account and look on your invoices.

Good morning today being the 26th of February, I don't got a message from dellmont.com about approving a certain amount of money which is £10.42 which I didn't approve of, and I don't know anything about this transaction and I believe this is a fraudulent activity from a fraudster, all the money in my account has been wiped out please can you help me cancel the transaction and refund my money, I would really appreciate it if you can do something about it fast, thanks
