DELLdell laptop

Last August I bought a Dell Laptop. Within that year to stopped 2 times. The seond time set it in a box provided. It work well for e4 weeks and the the same thing happen. Both my one year service contract expired as well as the 3 month repair guarantee. Seriously? If I want it fixed I have to pay postage and repairs, This is terrible as malfunctions started way before the first year of service! N ow what?
