I went to dine in at del taco on Sunday evening at approximately 8:30 pm at the Sunset/Fountian location, and there was a sign on the door that says drive thru only, no dine in. I look around and see a family dining in however, but the doors are locked. I see an employee smoking a cigarette outside and ask why and she completely ignores me. I asked politely with a smile and would have accepted any answer basically, but to ignore me but look at me was rude in my opinion. Now this isn't the first time I have come during lobby hours and they had a sign on the door saying dine in closed.

Obviously, that family got there before they closed the dining area inside. I'm sure the employees were waiting for them to leave. What part of the sign did you not understand? It clearly stated the inside area was closed and to use the drive-thru. What else did you need to know beyond that?
