Every time I come to the Del Taco in San Pedro, CA 90732 location out of receipt paper, exact cash only, long wait in drive through
You need to investigate! Food items are not made with all ingredients like missing beans or cheese.
The owner of this store is not following guideline like other Del Taco.
Sunday's 100% chance this store has an issue hot sauce shortage, credit card only, and the length of time in drive through line ridiculous!

I placed my order for a quesadilla and a fry and when I got up to the window after she reviewed my order with me she asked me to pull back about 3 feet and wait for her to motion for me to come back up to the window. There was no one else in line at the time. I have visited this Del taco numerous times and have never had this experience. It made me feel like is this some kind of a new security issue. After discussing it with a few friends about this unusual behavior it was concluded that they were just trying to beat their drive-through timer procedure. I cannot imagine what other reason they would've asked me to do this. Again this just made me feel very uncomfortable and I will not be visiting that particular Del Taco anytime in the near future!

We order 2 value boxes. Understanding that the shells on the value taco are smaller than a regular taco. The tacos we got had barely any meat, lettuce or cheese. I went back to the counter and they remade them exactly the same. They said that's how the "value taco" is made. The picture on the door of the regular taco and value taco show the same amount of meat. The picture of my taco is ridiculous.

I purchased red bean burrito with onion, lettuce and extra cheese. I was charged $1.71 for reason being extra cheese costs additional 0.50c. The burrito was a take out. Later I learned that there was hardly any cheese added to my burrito. The store location is 24465 Alicia Pkwy, Mission Viejo, CA 92692. This happens to me invariably at this location. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.

My cousin and I on August 3 around 1am went to Del Taco on 6161 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73112.
On my order of number 1 I asked for meat, cheese and sour cream only on my tacos and my cousin order the meal with a burrito, taco and fries. We get the order it was wrong on both orders and when we asked to fix it he complained and said he was working for with idiots. He was very unprofessional. He argued with us and told us we could ask a better way. My night was already ruined do to other things and it was my birthday and all I wanted was Del Taco because I go all the time. It was very disappointing. I even asked him for fire sauce he laughed and with a smirk attitude was like "you are not at Taco bell you need to remember where you at."

We ended up going to the one on NW Expressway and the manager there was nice and professional we should have got the same service at the one on May in Oklahoma City.

I go to Del Taco all the time and the one on May was the worst experience I ever had.

8/1/19 7:50 am mst. i just came from your location at 10400 S Redwood Rd, South Jordan. UT 84095, when i pulled up to place my order the girl was not listen i had to repeat myself several times then when i pulled up to the window i had to wait 5 mins for my payment to be taken then my breakfast burrito ( i only order the egg and cheese burrito) was cold and had very little egg, like would like egg with my tortilla. I visited the American Fork, UT location tonight. I have never had any issues or complaints going there before. Tonight the drive thru person was taking my order and in the middle of my order asked me to wait a moment then came back. I ordered the 2 chicken soft taco meal with a coke and two bean and cheese burritos and a small fry. I could barely hear the drive thru person. They did not repeat the order. Since I haven't had issues I didn't think to check my bag which is my mistake. I ended up with one bean and cheese burrito. And a hard shell taco and quesadilla. The fries were stale and not hot or warm. The only thing that actually was good and correct to order was the drink that was in the meal.
I have worked drive through before at a different food chain before and I know the job isn't easy. But repeating an order and listening to what is ordered would save the store money on replacing food and the customers the frustration of getting it fixed. Or getting home and just dealing with it.

I was at your store #1079 this morning and used the drive thru. The drive-thru is DISGUSTING!

Spit, trash, gum and whatever can stick on the walls and on the concrete is on it!

In addition, the gal that served me looked as though her T-Shirt had not been washed in months, possibly years!

It did NOT make making experience enjoyable at ALL.

The more I think about the greater my chances are of vomiting the food I purchased from that store!

On 7/29/19 at 11:10 pm my boyfriend and I along with my service dog, the young man who was working told me I could not bring my dog in when I informed him that he was a service dog he responded with"I doubt it" I walked back to where I was staying and brought my dogs paperwork back, . While I was waiting he greeted customers with "what's up?" I also used the rest room and it was very dirty, I feel I have been discriminated against for the fact that when we went in we were dirty from working on our car, as he thought we were homeless. Almost every time I order a spicy jack quesadilla with extra cheese I don't get extra cheese. Even when I ask them to make sure they put extra because I didn't get it the last time, still no extra cheese. I Love Del Taco and eat there often but I pay $.50 cents for extra cheese I don't get is annoying. I even ordered a regular without extra cheese and they were exactly the same. I hate to complain but this is a real disappointment.

I went into Del Taco. I usually go through the drive-through. The food is great and I love
eating there. I asked to go to the bathroom. The woman gave me a long stick with a key on the end. She had one stick for men and the other for women. I unlocked the door and gave her back the key and then went to the restroom. While eating a man came in and wanted to go to the restroom. The woman behind the cash register to the stick off a hook on the wall. The man went to the restroom and took the key in with him. A few minutes later he came out with the stick and gave it back to her. She then put it on the wall behind the cash register. The next customer came in, ordered and she went and helped my the food order and gave the order to the next person. She did not wash her hands after handling the key stick. This went on while I was there. I can not eat there anymore. I talked to a friend and was told all Del Tacos have those bathroom sticks. Thank you.

So me and my service dog walk in and of course they say we don't allow dogs I asked he is a service dog does that matter and they replied let me see he calls the manager over the manager looks over the wall and looks at me and says he needs his paperwork I stated the law does not require his paperwork and they proceeded to not understand the legality of the situation so to diffuse the situation I just left but I am from a different city and was visiting your Del Taco because I enjoy Del Taco in my city but I'm obviously treated differently in your Del Taco maybe just put a sign up so the next person doesn't get treated as badly

I asked to speak to a manager about the fact that I was not given dressing for my salad when I was in two days prior to my visit today. I asked if it would be ok if I get a second one today. I didn't call or go back last time as I didn't notice until I was home and it was late. She said I would have to pay 55 cents for a second dressing. When I said I felt that was unfair. She shrugged her shoulders, closed the window and walked away ignoring me. While I sat there waiting for her to come back. No one would even talk to me about it. Finally someone came over and said they were calling security. Over 55 cents and me wanting to talk. I haven't actually gotten dressing the last two times in the drive thru but apparently they felt that 55 cents was more important than good customer service. She would even listen and because I say there to talk and she refused she was trying to call security.

Del Taco used to be my favorite fast food. I ate there at least 3 times a week.
A few months ago a tried to order my favorite and only meal I eat at Del Taco.
Turkey Tacos and a tostada on the side. They said they are discontinued so I tried the VEGAN option as I don't eat BEEF! Nasty, Horrible. I have no idea whats actually in them. I don't see a list of ingredients. Just because its VEGAN doesn't its healthy and it tastes like [censored] anyways. The contents just run out the side!
Can't believe you discontinued Turkey Tacos.
I have never returned to a Del Taco again and never will unless you WAKE UP to what your CUSTOMERS really want!

Over the past 2 months I have filed numerous complaints regarding Del taco and have received no communication regarding correcting or resolving the problems on 2 different occasions we've ordered a hamburger and it was raw and could not be eaten. Took a survey and reached out to management but had proven to be nothing but a waste of time. If they're not running out of items on their menu ad an option (recently chicken beans cheese) they're not filling orders correctly charging for extras the consumer does not receive or not cooking their food and consumers are risking food poisoning. At the least management shoukf care enough about their customers to reach out to them if a complaint is filed and negative criticism is an option of their survey. By not wanting to resolve problems or issues they should not extend the invitation to the consumer. It's pudhed under the carpet and nothing is done about it

Today I visited the Del Taco Coure d'alene, ID location. I ordered an Epic Cali Beyond Meat Burrito, on the intercom the guy kept saying steak, I corrected him at the intercom saying Beyond meat, when we got to the window, I took both burritos we bought out, in front of the cashier and said which one is the Cali beyond meat and he said the one that they wrote Cali on. I said to him again. This is BEYOND MEAT right? He assured me it was, we drove away to go home, when I got there and started to eat it, I instantly took a bite of carne asada steak.. I am vegan so this was very very disturbing and against my beliefs. I live too far away in Spokane, Wa to drive back and exchange it but I am very very disappointed that I wasted my money on steak when I wanted BEYOND MEAT.

I always order the same burrito - the potato, steak, and bacon burrito - and love it but this time I was so disappointed. It was all French fries and cheese. Absolutely no meat. I tried calling three times to just let them know what happened and the first two calls no one answered. The third call was met with dead air. I don't like complaining but it's a pricey burrito and normally worth the price. Not this time.
