Del Taco customer service/ employee

Hello, i purchased 2 regular tacos at the drive thru-first after letting the guy know what i wanted he just said come to the window, did'nt give me a total..And when i drove up to the window he just told me my total, he looked like he really didn't want to be there.. I even asked him if he was ok? you know i could go anywhere else for food, but i chose to go to your del taco in van nuys... You need to hire people who are friendly and like their job... Get rid of those lazy not willing to work and not friendly people! your business will suffer in the end... Thank you... Oh by the way the guy's name is alejandro at loc #0073 once again... Do something about it...

Del Taco tacos

I ordered 6 tacos today and all six together wouldnt of filled one taco shell! This is totally unacceptable. I had gastric bypass surgery...so when I order 6 tacos, I can barelly finish 2 of them, 6 would feed me 3-4 meals anywhere else. I was basically handed an empty shell . I realize these are the value tacos, but come on...thats pushing it way too far. I was at the Del on San Jacinto, but have also expierienced 5this at the one on Florida.

Del Taco ridiculously long wait time in drive thru

Never ever had such an experience before.it took me almost an hour to get through the drive thru at the del taco at 2534 E Ave S, Palmdale, CA 93550. If i could get out of the drive thru, i would have..i dont know if they were having issues inside but they should have let us know..no one came outside to let us know that it would take an hour to get through..not figuratively but literally 1 hour..this happened 50 minutes ago.. 10/1/2019 around 11:45 pm. Please let them know that it is not ok to do this..they really did not care..when i finally got to the window..i asked if they had my food ready..if they did not..i was going to leave since i was not going to wait another half hour for it..i have never submitted this type of complaint but their disregard for the customer's time is what angered me the most..i would be happy to provide more details if you will actually do something about this my # is [protected]..Ben..otherwise, they will just keep on doing it since there are no consequences..

Del Taco management

I came in for a quick Bite during my lunch. I had a sweet older lady that took my order. I did not appreciate on duty Manager Juan Ramirez side slapping her on her right shoulder telling her "They are asking you a question with a high tone voice' . The cashier name is Eileen. After helping me he takes her off the register tells her to go sweep and turns around to start gossiping. I work with elderly patients and this is no way to treat them.

This incident happened at 12:51pm on 10/01/2019. I would like this to be addressed.

Del Taco service

Went through the drive thru,
Refuse to let me add to my order(nobody was In the drive thru but me) told me I have to leave a d come back,
Did not give me a receipt did not have timer on, yet told me the donuts would take too long to make
Gave me del scorching sauce after I repeatedly asked for mild
This was the worst experience ever

Del Taco duarte store

This store is a mess! The drink station is always messy. Today we were hard pressed to find a clean table. The only patrons in the dining room we my husband and I and the homeless lady. So it's not like the staff was so busy they couldn't take care of it. There was some sort of liquid spill coming from the trash can just inside the door. There was a wet floor sign by it, but the whole time we were there, no attempt was made to clean it up. We really like Del Taco, but this store needs a lot of help.

Del Taco store 738 ronda

This store has been my go to for breakfast for years. I work early and frequently stop here on my way in. Lately, the last 3 times I have stoped they drive through person tells me they need 10-15 minutes to reset there system. The first time I was understanding it was 430 am. So I waited and came in the next time latter at 500am. Once again the drive-through attendant told me that it was going to be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Today I went to the same Dell taco at 5:40 AM and got the same comment. I understand that a 24 hour establishment needs a little downtime to reboot or whatever. That being said I wish they would pick one time to reboot their systems because I've tried three different times and got the same thing three different times. Very frustrating when the sign says drive-through open 24 hours a day. When I asked the drive-through attendant why and showed my displeasure she instantly gave me a ton of attitude and told me to call corporate and complain so here it is. The tenants name was Rhonda . I am a long-time Del taco customer and I'm starting to second-guess if this Dell taco store 738 should be open 24 hours a day. Very disappointed in Del Taco and also very disappointed with Rhonda at store 738.

Del Taco cashier

Stopped by Del taco in placentia off of Richfield and orangethorpe. Ordered 2 egg and cheese burritos and hash browns and gave a coupon for a free value iced coffee through the app.
Gave cashier 5 dollars and received no change nor a receipt
This has happened several times at this location leading me to think my money is entering their pocket. This is unprofessional and was I to get any change back?

Del Taco del taco blue diamond & cimarron

This Del Taco is the absolute worst in the Entire US! The management is horrible! The kids that work there is just a shorty! Nobody cares about how the food comes out! It's just too much to tell! Because of this particular store! I will never ever go to Del Taco again! And just to be clear! I have Tried to contact management and District Managers about this issue but I never Get a return call back! So I'm just gonna bad mouth Del Taco every chance I get! Since nobody wants to contact me back! 🤷🏽‍♂️✌🏽

Del Taco beer battered fish tacos

I ordered two beer battered fish tacos at 1:40 pm on September 20 at the bountiful, Utah location . The fish was as hard as a rock, literally I could not even bite through it . Not just over cooked by dry and awful .
I would like a refund, I've never in the past had an issue with these tacos at this location and have ordered them a few times in the past .

Del Taco my order

Today September 19th at 3:56 i stop by the deive thru of this store #0966 in San Juan Capistrano and when i got home i was missing 4 chicken soft tacos and a bean burrito with rice. Also i noticed the sause inside the bag was open and all over the burritos. I called like 5 times and no answer. So I decided to go back and i asked to talk to the manager and he was right there and refuse to talk to me. He ask another employee to ask me what i want. So were sending messages back and forth until i asked him if this is how you handle your customers finally he asked what i wanted and i said i want you to remake my roder. He asked why? I said because the sauce is all over the burritos. He was just talking about me with another employee and they made me wait like 30mns. My kids were here with me hungry. When i was given my order the girl asked me maybe you just wanted something for free. This is so ridiculous how you handle a complaint. I am in the grocery business for 30yrs. And is definitely not how you handle a complaint. I will never ever set a foot into your restaurant again. Ever. You also need to train your people on how to handle a complaint. This can so get out of hand very easy. Specially now days with all the social media and people recording everything with their phones. You could reach me at [protected] if you have any questions. Del Taco burritos and tacos

I ordered food from Del Taco on Gaffey street in San Pedro. There was a shard of metal in my burrito that I chewed on! I don't even know if there was more that I may have swallowed. Besides that very dangerous piece of metal, the last two times I ordered sour cream and paid for it there was no sour cream. Most of the time the taco shells are stale.

Del Taco overcharged on thursday chicken taco special😦

I have used your location at roscoe andTampa numerous times. There seems to be an issue when applying the 3 taco special discount. Most of the time 5 to be exact the receipt does not list the discount and I must bring it up. On Thursday sept 15 I once again was not issued the discount on my bill for 9 chicken tacos. They corrected it just like in the past issuing a new receipt for the correct amount. My card was only charged the correct amount. On this trip once again the second receipt listed the correct amount of $12.09. However when the charges appeared on my card there the $12.09 plus an additional extra charge of $4.25. Please correct this problem. Thanks James Moore

You guys have a supervisor that was working in your drive thru on aug 11th at 9:26 pm and was purchasing illegal drugs from a person buying food in your drive thru she needs to be investigated and fired I called ur office and talked to her and told her if she knew buying was illegal she acted like she couldn't here me and hung up you guys dont need people like that in business I'm gonna keep bugging u til shes fired thank u

Del Taco service

Ordered the fish taco combo and carne asada fries. Received and was charged for macho burrito meal and carne asada fries. Big bummer to order fish tacos when starving on your way home and then finally get home to a crappy macho burrito exploding through the tortilla already and through the paper wrapper. They didnt repeat my order, just told me that they would have my total at the window. When handing me my food I didnt have the menu in front of me to confirm the combo number he stated was the one of fish tacos because I waited in the line and went about my business. Very disappointed. I have been shorted tacos from this same location before, another cashier did make that right for me though, but I was upset when I got home and tired and didnt have the energy or the want to get back in my vehicle and drive back there and wait in the drive through and fight for the right meal tonight.

Del Taco beyond meat epic cali burrito

I went to the suisun del taco location 9/7/19 around 6:20pm and ordered the beyond meat epic Cali burrito. I was eating it and remarking on how the taste of the beef reminded me of real meat... well it was. I had steak in my burrito. I am vegetarian because I cannot process animal meats anymore due to my ulcerative colitis. I ate more than half before I realized that the beyond beef had said crumbles... not strips so I took a bunch out and had my son and husband try them and they confirmed it was actual meat. Now I am very sick to my stomach and will most likely go into a flair up of my ulcerative colitis. I called the location and there's no answer. If the employees are going to serve meat alternatives then they need to make sure they are actually making the correct orders.
I need this corrected somehow on your part. I haven't eaten real beef in so long that I ate more than I should have before realizing it was real beef and not the beyond meat. I'm so disappointed and mad because now I'm physically suffering from your employees careless mistake.

Del Taco beyond taco meal

I call the Salida, CA Del Taco left a message and they never called me back. The food they served me was not edible the meat was not fresh like the meat I had at the Manteca, CA Store. I didn't find this out until we were already back on the freeway headed to our destination. So my dinner was ruined. I paid $8.49 for food I couldn't eat. I would like a refund. I don't think I could ever get this meal again after taking a bit of the nasty taco. I'm wishing I would have taken a picture but I was so angry about my food I just wanted to get to my destination. Del Taco guy only has 1 arm

Alright I feel like kind of a jerk for this but at my local Del taco in la mirada ca, their is a employee their who only has 1 arm... I stopped going their because I don't want him handling my food with the same hand he handles the money with. Also since he is short handed he sometimes uses his armpit and "arm" to hold things like cups. It's disgusting. Every time I see him I picture the guy from scary movie 3 (grab my strong arm!) handling my food...
I don't think he is capable of cleanly and sanitarily handling my food. He just does not seem sanitary. Using your body to hold bags and cups is gross. Also visually it's just not something I wanna see right before I eat.
I know this sounds like a joke but I'm completely serious

Lol I agree I’m a jerk for that. But all I’m saying is he shouldn’t be holding my food or drink with his armpit. That’s gross. I’m not saying fire him I’m just saying bro shouldn’t handle foo

Del Taco food

I ordered the epic Beyond Cali burrito with rice. So first there wasn't any fries inside but I just added some of my side of fries to the burrito. But then what I thought was lettuce was a price of plastic from a corner of a guacamole package. I just threw all my food away because I just did not trust he quality. So on top of that I order a Beyond avocado meal which my boyfriend didn't eat because of how my food was made. I want a full refund. I attached a pic, the fries in the burrito were added by me.

Del Taco the location at w. buffalo dr. and n. buffalo dr in las vegas, nevada

My last two visits are as follows. I waited in line the first time behind 2 cars the entire time for 29 minutes. The reason for the long wait that time was because the car just in front of me used coupons the employee said. Not sure how that works but whatever right? Tonights experience really got me angry though. Again only behind two cars and 24 minutes later I get to the window. The young man took my payment and four more minutes later he hands me 1 completely melted vanilla shake and 1 completely melted strawberry shake. Seriously they were like milk. Now at 32 minutes in he hands me the food and I say to him " so are you guys short handed tonight?". He said not at all. So I said can I ask why I am stuck in line for 30 minutes then? He said to me and I quote" if you dont like it dont come on Tuesdays" Did I just hear him right, WOW! He proceeds to tell me there is a line around the building. So I inform him there were only 2 cars in front of me when I pulled in and now there are only 2 cars behind me after over 30 minutes. He says well we are busy inside too. And There were only 3 people at one table at the time. He waves me off and says get out of here that I can go eat somewhere else if I dont like it. At that pount I lost.my cool and told him he was an F'in idiot. Not my best moment but an appology goes a long way rather than the smug matter of fact attitude this guy displayed. Then to beat all I did not get the large Coke I ordered either, oh well. I have never been so badly treated by anyone ever, let alone by someone I am paying for a service. If there are waits of this magnitude then something is wrong and it is certainty not my fault. Maybe you can consider a way for customers to leave a drive thru if waits are absurd. I will not be using that location ever again. These 2 scenarios are not the only issues. It has been alot of this for a long time now. I have been using this location since 1999 and the last 2 years have been increasingly worse. Maybe a closer look by a big wig may help. Anyways, hope this very long review helps.
