I'm glad to know this. Here's my complaint with Bilstein, it's customer service!
On December 19th, 2017 I purchased shocks, B8 5100 series, model #[protected], rear shocks for my 2006 Hummer H3, from Amazon. I was sent 1 shock because they didn't have another. So I ordered another one from, Depot Everthing and 4 Wheel Parts, but after weeks of waiting neither had them in stock nor knew when they would get them?

I've since tried to order it fromTire Rack, THMotorsports, StockWarehouse, Summit Racing, TruckSpring, DownSouth, and several other Bilstein distributors but no one has them in stock! I was told they would be delivered in February, Then March, Then April, Then May? Now it's July and none of your distributors even know when they will be available?

I've email Bilstein and received apologies back in March from 2 Bilstien managers but no one offered a solution? Like...replacing it with a compatible pair of rear shocks that you have in stock, even at cost? That would have been great customer service! They are still not in stock! How long do I have to wait to get the second one? I didn't want to install only one? No supplier has nor do they know when they will them? Again, I've been waiting since December 19th, 2017.

    Just poor customer service!
