bad service
I am more than disappointed with them.
I ordered several orders as gifts for my sister and when they arrived I was shocked. Half of the items could immediately go into a garbage bin. I mean they were defective. Appalling quality. Terrible.
Called them and asked what I had to do with all of these broken things. They said I called too late. The warranty period was short and it had passed, of course. So it only meant I had to keep those items to myself.
Darn...
Delivery was cancelled
I have ordered something from this site as a present for a friend. I needed it to be here on a certain date and Dealyard support assured me I'll get it on time.
When my order did not arrive I tried to reach them but they did not reply!
Several days later I received a message stating that delivery was not possible and my order was cancelled. They also said that I'll get my money back within a couple of days.
It is now over a month and still no sign of my money! Dealyard is the worst store ever, not only they ruined my present but they also scammed me and stole my money!
I will not buy from them again!
I strongly advice everyone to stay far away from this terrible website www.dealyard.com and don't waste your money here. I have purchased a charger from this online store and received it in a timely manner. Used it for two weeks and it broke. It just stopped working and that's it. I contacted Dealyard support service and asked for a replacement. Their rep said they will not replace or refund because it was my fault and I broke the device. Really?
These people are terrible! I will not buy from them again!

Untrustworthy Company; Defective Products, Non-Existent Customer Service
I bought a Biddeford Micro Mink and Sherpa Extra Soft Heated Throw Blanket from Dealyard as a Christmas present for my mother. It stopped working completely four days after she took it out of the box. Trying to contact Dealyard for a replacement was a joke. Their customer service line was disconnected, their online chat inoperable. The only means of contact was by email and after waiting for a reply for four days they finally sent me a form letter thanking me for my purchase and asking me to review the item. Need I even mention that there is A. No place to actually post a review of anything and B. No reviews visible for any item on the website? Big surprise, huh? I wish I'd read the customer reviews elsewhere about this appalling company before I'd wasted my money with them. I certainly won't repeat that mistake and I hope others learn from mine.
Wrong item and I don't like that the seller keeps silence
I ordered one item from the company www.dealyard.com. The seller sent me wrong item, and I immediately contacted the seller. I told that the item was wrong, but the seller asked to provide proof of the wrong item. I emailed the photo and waited for the response, but the seller didn’t reply. 5 days have passed since I sent the photo. I don’t like that the seller avoids me and doesn’t send my correct order.
They delivered used electric blanket
I ordered electric blanket from the company www.dealyard.com. Total rip off. I got the blanket, but it wasn’t new at all. I was so disappointed, but I tried to get money back from these scammers. The rep offered me to change the blanket, but I refused. After he promised to return whole sum, but it was also lie. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
Do not buy from them
I purchased a Hansgrohe Talis S electronic faucet from Dealyard . First of all, this faucet requires an electrical outlet even though the item description says "Battery powered". So I had an electrician install an outlet for $100.
After installing this item, I noticed the water dripping from within the faucet body during the first use. I e-mailed the merchant regarding this issue and wanted an exchange; but they just said that I need to go through Hansgrohe and they cannot accept an item after installed. Really? How would I know that the product is defective if not installed? The merchant refused to exchange or to work with me. Their price is ridiculously cheap probably because they buy defective items and sell it to people!
