dealightstore.com review: Seller refused to return money 2

I ordered LED strip from the website www.dealightstore.com/led-lights.html. It cost me about $30 and I got the confirmation email. After several days the seller provided me another email, where he stated that my order was out of stock, and he asked me to wait several days. After that I only heard promises and excuses. He never offered me the refund, and when I asked to return money, the seller started to behave himself horribly. He started to argue with me and stopped to communicate. So be careful if you buy from them.
