First it took forever to contact customer service regarding my order that was on hold. They do not answer emails. Then after I received the shoes 1 week later, they were not the ones my son wanted. I tried to "fill out" their return authorization request form as instructed on their website, but it will not let you. I tried calling, but no one answers or calls back. I tried emai, but no one answers. I even tried their suggested 'live chat"but the icon said"sorry< live chat went to sleep." with the economy the way it is today, there should be better service!

    i tried to order shoes off line and because something was wrong on my card they held my money and when i called my bank they said dc shoes had the hold and i had to contact them and when i did they said they couldn't help me that i had to wait for it to be released they sure didn't mind taking my money and now i'm having a hard time getting it back i have waited the time aloted and now i want my money back i dont understand if they didnt ship it why are they keeping my money
