Days Inn clerk

We got a Jacuzzi sweat. We told the clerk it was our anniversary we never got. The phone rang and as my husband tried to answer the phone he slipped and hit his elbow on the floor and his foot off the corner of the table. He has a bad bruise on his foot and elbow, had barely been able to walk. He has missed work over this. There was also a stain on our sheet. The towel all folded in the bathroom had chocolate slime on it. And as we were leaving I found a sock that wasn't ours. That just shows how well it was cleaned.

Days Inn prostitute using hotel to prostitute.

You have a girl in this hotel who is using this hotel to prostitute. She was in room 124 or 126 last night. I know because I went to see her and she stole $120 from me! I called to let the lady at the front desk know and she did not care at all. She just told me to prove it! This girl said that her family member is the general manager of this hotel and allows her to use the hotel to prostitute. So I am going to be making a complaint with the county sheriff's and the FBI and let them know that Days Inn is knowingly allowing girls to use their hotel for criminal activity by prostituting! Please let me know if anything is going to be done about this or I will be making a criminal complaint!

Days Inn refund

I made reservations for some friends for 2 nights in 2 separate rooms for June 20 and June 21 2019. They decided to leave early and checked out before 11 am on June 21st. I received the receipts with credit balances. I called the hotel and was told that I should expect my refund within 3 business days but he also told me that it could take as long as 15 days. I waited 15 days plus and called the hotel again and was told that I would have to speak with the general manager. I waited a week and called the hotel and asked for the general manager and they took my name, number and the reason I was calling. It has been 3 days and he has not returned my call nor do I expect him to.

Days Inn my stay at the hotel

I am very umhappy. I was sleep in my room and their is a man drilling holes outside my door and woke me and ny kids up. I traveled from SC and is very upset about this cause I am trying to rest and just had major surgery on my spine. Something has to be done. I would like a free room or something. The last room I was in had someone else dirty bath cloth hanging up already in the bathroom wet just hanging their and my kids and I was burning up hot cause AC wasn't working properly. Days Inn condition of the rooms

My husband reserved 2 rooms at the Days Inn Staunton, VA, 372 White Hill Road for Friday night, July 12. One room was barely acceptable. It smelled like urine. The other room was absolutely disgusting. One of the beds had DEAD bugs and stained sheets, pillow cases were brown, blankets were dirty. There was no way we were putting our 4 year old granddaughter or anyone else in a bed with dead bugs and filth. So with that 2 adults and a toddler tried to sleep in the other bed. The room smelled awful. The bathroom was dirty - hair in the tub. Smelled like urine. The tub mat was bunched up in the corner. Ripped and stained lamp shades. Basically, the entire room was filthy.
Upon check out the next morning, my husband said something to the attendant at the desk about the condition of the room and the reply was
not customer oriented. The comment - what kind of bug? Wow! Really? Perhaps employees should remember what/who keeps the doors open and allows them to have a job! Maybe they should be reminded - it is the customer.
It's not the way a family should start their time away! What is corporate willing to do? I'd think with something this severe and unacceptable, I'd expect a full refund. Seriously, would you want to pay for filth?

Days Inn manager never answered my request for a phone call

It has now been exactly one week that I've been waiting for a phone call from the manager, Nicole Campiglia. I stopped by the hotel on Monday, July 15th, requesting a meeting with Nicole. Front desk said she was at a meeting so I left my phone number and two pieces of literature for her to peruse. No answer that day, called numerous times following, left message with my phone number each time (3 or 4 times) never got a response.

This means I will have to take my business elsewhere. I represent the local Symphony Orchestra and we have 6 or 8 major concerts every year with soloists, the conductor and friends from out of town that come for our concerts.

Sad because the hotel is very nice. However there are many other very nice hotels in the immediate area.

Days Inn stay at the days inn hotel

This hotel is in need of a total renovation. Until then the day to day maintenance issues need to be addressed.
1) In lobby, pieces of the stucco ceiling hanging down. Window blinds
need repair.
2) Only one elevator. The floor buttons don't work properly. You must push the floor button multiple
times before it will make contact. The front desk employee said that this is an on going problem. Ownership doesn't want to repair through a professional repair company due to cost.
3) In my room the toilet is not screwed to the floor.
4) The bathroom door will not close due to the toilet placement. Door hits
commode.
5) Free breakfast each morning ran out of food and customers had to wait. Also, ran out of plates, forks, etc.
6) A quality control inspector from corporate needs to visit the site and do a top to bottom quality/repair report. Whichever District Manager that is in charge of this property needs to be replaced.
I could go on and on.
This property is terminal.

Days Inn housekeeping and maintenance

We came into town late hoping for a nice place to rest our heads after a long drive. For $129, we weren't asking for much but in a non-smoking room, it should not smell like an ashtray. The bed was clean and tv worked so that was a plus. The bathroom, however was horrible. The ceiling was damaged and there were spots of black mold along the edges of the tub. Thats not acceptable and can make someone sick. The toilet makes a loud humming when flushed too. These are easy fixes that would have helped make our stay better, but it looks like no effort is really made to make it better. Also cobwebs in one corn. Went to the ‘continental breakfast' and people were stepping in line in front of us for only bread and waffles and some cereal. Saw no fruit whatsoever. Unhappy

Days Inn my room and service of front desk

Service of front desk by lisa and watched her give rooms for free and then due to her not remebering which room was available assigned me one with somebody in it then the condition of my room air not working and waiting after i made reservation and paid thru priceline still had wait 2 hours to actually get into a decent room. Was accused of stealing by housekeeper on first day stay and given hard time to get clean linen also eletrical plug not working and could not even get charge. while waiting for room abserved the needle laying by front and it still remains this morning. Condition of breakfast room not clean. Over all just the waiting Condi and behavior of a front desk clerk and condition of property housekeeping. Would like show of good faith and respect to combeemsate me for my 2 days or give money back .

Days Inn theft

This is the second time all my things were stolen...pigeon Forge, TN and now Owensboro, KY. I have already tried to talk to someone here at hotel and also Customer Service. Filed a police report. On one will help me. Don't they have insurance to cover this? I have no clothes or accessories left! This is not right! This same person stole all my things in Pigeon Forge which she got away with! I am trying to figure out what I can do. So fed up with all this crap! She needs to be stopped!

Days Inn hotel stay

This hotel is terrible. The placed looked awful and to add to my dissatisfaction, it lacked a reliable wifi connection. I called the front desk and received a rude reply that wifi is down because of the storm. There was no storm. We booked for two nights and could not stand it, so we checked out the next day. We were just so exhausted the first night and needed somewhere to stay. We had no other choice but to stay for that one night. As soon as we entered the room, the smell was awful. The bedsheets on the bed were disgusting and worst of all, the bathroom was mostly rusting and the floor was filthy. This hotel should not be even in business posting nice pictures. It is false advertising! Never again will we stay in a flea bag hotel like this. I will not even let my dog stay here and even if we were offered a free stay, we would not welcome it - that is how terrible this hotel is so if you are looking for accommodations, this should not even be a last resort. Don't even look at this as an option. Room 116 is where we stayed.

Days Inn no security for loud guests

Mr. Chauhan,

I was recently a guest at the Days Inn in Destin. Friday the 12th of July 2019 (Room 221). At 10 PM, I was awakened by some loud screaming and partying from room 222, I got up and knocked on their door and asked if they could respect the time. They said they would try. At 12 AM (Midnight) I was awakened again by loud screaming and bottles being clanged together from the same room, I called the front desk and the person said they would contact the room. AT 2 AM I was awakened again by yet the same noises form the same room. I went and knocked on their door and once again asked if they would please be quiet. Once again they said they would try. At 3:30 AM I was awakened again by screams and bottles and banging on the walls. I called your front desk and the girl said she would call the room and ask them to be quiet. This apparently didn't work. At 4 AM I packed up all my stuff and went down to the lobby and stated I was leaving and asked how may I get refund. The young lady said that she was not authorized to give refunds and that I needed to call back at 930 on Saturday morning to talk to Abhi Chauhan (you). I said yes ma'am and went and slept in my truck in the gas station parking lot.

I have called every day since Saturday, and I have heard every excuse. From you not being there and you don't work weekends, to he doesn't come in 930 in the morning he comes in at 11. I have called at 11 and they said you weren't coming in at all. I called today and 6 times couldn't get through to the front desk and three times they said that you were in meetings.

This is unfortunate that you cannot obtain phone calls nor return them. So now I'm reaching out VIA email that is on your business card. I am looking for a full refund for the night due to the lack of security and management to handle such problems.

Days Inn room cleanliness, wifi

Not much I can say that others have not already voiced. This seems to be an issue with most Days Inns. I seriously doubt if anyone from the Days Inn corporate office care, so I would be extremely surprised if my complaint gets answered.
The Room was Dirty
Pubic hairs on the floor
Bathtub was dirty
Mold on the shower curtain
Splattered bugs on the walls
AC Looked like it had been caught on fire, cracked frame with cigarette burns on it
Cigarette burns on the bed spread
WIFI did not work, yet you advertise free WIFI
Smelt of old cigarettes
Staff was unhelpful and could careless. I would say the staff are simply a reflection of the management, so I don't blame them.

I do not recommend anyone stay here, or at any other Days Inn from what I have been reading.

Days Inn housekeeping

When my 2 children and I arrived in the room, the entire floor was covered in cat hair and little pieces of garbage. The room smelled like cats. It was disgusting. My children wanted to sleep in the car but the room is non refundable and I had no more money to take them somewhere else. We went out a few minutes after we put our things in the room and I brought it to the cashier's attention that we did not bring in animals but there was cat hair EVERYWHERE from whoever was there before. She just said 'ok'. There was no attempt made at cleaning the room, or changing us to a different one. I have attached a few pictures.

Days Inn front desk

I called in a reservation for 2 rooms on July 13 2019 at 5:50 pm, 1 w a small pet. She took all the usual information as well as credit card and email info. We were 90 miles away... when I got there, she only had 1 reservation for 1 room...then said I can get you a room but it will cost more. I asked to speak to a manager, which she said was unavailable and she wouldn't give me a name . She suggested I called a different phone than theirs, so I called the number and it rang to the front desk in front of me. I asked who was working before her( it would have been in the last hour) she said she didnt know! I never received an email for confirmation even though I gave her the address. What kind of games are these people playing w your hotel...I have never had anything like this happen and I stay in a lot of hotels!
Never staying at a days inn again!

Days Inn condition and cleanliness of the motel?

Ref # 83143EC011665, June 30th. I booked two rooms with my Wyndham credit card using points for one room, and paid $70.00 for the other. I booked online, so only had pictures to see, but trusted the Days Inn name. I will not stay at a Days Inn again, this was dirty, old and very run down. Said breakfast included ? I say take your top execs there ! Shame on such a place to stay in !

Days Inn false incident report

My name is sonovah Hillman. I booked threw Expedia a room at the days in at 11:24 pm on July 8 2019. We checked in approximately 11:35pm. The room is walking distance from the airport. A $50 charge was taking off my card for incidentals. When I got to the room it wasn't in the best condition but due to the circumstances of being stuck with my significant other and 6 year old daughter at the airport we stayed. We checked out at 5:50am. At 3:00 pm July 9th 2019 a charge for $200 from the days inn was attempted but declined due to insufficient funds at 3:01pm a charge of $150 was attempted and successful. I called the days in at 3:06pm and was told there was a hole in the ceiling by either mee or lee she would not repeat or spell her name. There was a hole in the ceiling when we arrived and it looked like it was due to mold and/or a previous leak. It was in the bathroom near the light. I asked to speak with a manager she said I could not. She would deal with the issue. She put me on hold after about 12 mins she hung up. I called at 3:30 she hung up I called back at 3:31 she hung up. Called back at 3:31 was placed on hold for 12 mins was hung up on again. Called back at 3:44pm was placed on hold for 9 mins then I was told there was no manager on duty. I called the following morning I asked for the manager spoke with Sarah who asked for all details to see if it was manager worthy. She then said she would transfer me then hung up. I called back she said she would transfer she transfer me 3 times to a voicemail that was full. I asked if she would place me on hold and physically get the manager 15 mins later a male got on the line and said yeah. I asked for his name he asked what was this regarding I told him that my card was charged and asked for his name again he stated osama would not give last name. I asked for details on the matter he said let me check and placed me on hold. He said a hole was in the ceiling. I asked for pictures and a receipt since I was charged he said it would take a day or two. I said that was unacceptable. The funds were taking out of my account I should be able to see the damages as well as have a incident report and/or receipt. I asked him if he seen the hole he said yes. He said he saw the hole yesterday when the house keeping supervisor Victoria informed him. (Keep in mind I was told there was no manager on duty and I called within 5 mins of being charged) when I informed him of that he said that he doesn't need to answer my questions or validate anything. I then asked how much the charges were he said $150 I said then why was $200 attempted he said that's what it originally was but he knew he wasn't going to get it so he settled for the $150 that went threw. I said If you really believe I did this then I should still owe a balance no company would wave the remaining balance. He said he deals with this all the time. I asked how often does this occur he went back to he doesn't have to answer my questions. He said he would send the pictures today July 10th 2019 after I continuously insisted that that needs to be done. We did not damage this room within the 6hrs that we were there. It is now 9pm and I have not received the pictures or receipt so I decided to go threw corporate to get refunded for the $150 that was charge along with my $50 deposit that I did not get back. I would like the people previously in that room to be contacted to verify that the hole was there prior. Also have these claims been made before? I can be reached at [protected]

Days Inn all

We stayed at 3926 us. Hey 17 richmond hill ga 31324.. We booked 2 rooms (132 and 133). I could go on about how there was an odor to the non smoking rooms we had the sheets the floors the leaking air condition the released water under the floors how hard it was to open and close doors the pool wasnt clean but the most important thing in all this filth was it has bed bugs.. Yes we took pictures in room 132... When we asked to speak to owner they would not respond to clerk so we left and called them and the clerk told us we would only be refunded the room 132 where we visibly saw a bed bug and took it to the front office because none was found in room 133 but my mother and 2 yr child has bite marks on them and there was blood stains on the white sheets from where the bed bugs was biting them. This motel need to be closed down indefinitely. Tried to call corporate and noone answers phone. Pleas be advised this is a true experience. 7/8/2019

Days Inn housekeeping

I'm not statisfied with my stay it took
Housekeeping almost two days to empty my trash only one trash can hardly any outlets to charge my phone breakfast was not all that great housekeeping never brought new soap or more toilet paper prices are way too high for the price I paid I could of got a fancier room at a more expensive hotel. Well not go back to the one in Davenport by Iowa machine shed

Days Inn hotel

Stayed on 7/6/19. Days Inn Corpus Christie beach location. Hotel was filthy, floors were soiled, bathroom mold on shower curtain and walls, interior walls had substances stuck on walls, bed was uncomfortable, and I was actually afraid of bed bugs. I slept on a blanket that I had in my car. The builing is in shambles. The outdoor pool was so dirty that you could not see the bottom and unusable. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. It surprises me that Days Inn would allow a hotel like this to bear their name. This hotel was not worth the 180.00 per night I was charged.
