Days Inn maintenance

I have been at this days inn in Tillman Corner Alabama and I have been here for a month and a half. It is very noisy do to maintenance people banging on walls, drills, and slamming the doors with no kind of respect for people who has paid for rest and quietness. I understand they have to work but this event goes on through the night sometimes. If I can't get my night back or a night free so I can get what I paid for which is some rest and peace and quiet, I am leaving today and will go to another place.

Days Inn cleanliness, fridge did not work, room was disgusting!

Yes hi my boyfriend and l stayed at the toledo, ohio days inn and it was awfull, the room was disgusting
And the fridge was not cold, the microwave was useless for heating anything up!
The bath tub was gross, stains all over it, the room was a shambles, absoloutely gross!
Which did not make for a very comfortable stay!
I was extremely disappointed in this hotel!
We were on our way to chicago for the star wars celebration in chicago and was just stopping for
The night to unwind but ended up grossed out by this disgusting room!
Al in all I was very disappointed!
I hope there is something you can do for me!

Days Inn days inn willmar mn

My husband and I stayed at the Days Inn in Willmar, MN April 10 through April 12. We were billed for the room and then a 250.00 charge for smoking in the room. We don't smoke. The owner insists we smoked in the room, but that is simply untrue. I need to have the 250.00 refunded. This is ridiculous as neither my husband or I smoke. The room was reserved under the name Thomas Allison. Please call us to rectify this situation at [protected] immediately.

Days Inn everything

We booked and stayed at the Days inn at Fort lauderdale, 1700 west Broward Blvd on April 6th, prior to our cruise the next day. it was a great mistake. The rooms were dirty, hair in the bathroon, towels just throw up on the shelf. One customer was booked into a room that was already occupied, two others had to get their own towels and toilet paper. And to top it off another customer had their room rate raised on the third day they were there, from approximately 140.00 to 180.00 . Our rate was 125.00 and they were there before us.
Terrible place to stay and we found out while we were there, that it had a 2 and 1/2 star rating. This is about 2 stars too many.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Days Inn bed in our room

We rented and stayed at Days Inn & Suites in Gatlinburg TN on April 13, 2019. Everthing appeared to be very satisfactory upon arrival. We had a bit of a late night so we did not go to bed till about midnight. My husband had a stroke about 3 years ago and his movement is limited. When he finally got to bed with in a hour he realized something was not right. He tossed and turned to try to get comfortable only to realize the matteress was the problem. Our matteress was completly broke down, there was a large sage in it. He sunk into a hole and coule not get out. We did not report immediatley because to chane rooms would have been a MAJOR hassel. There were 3 of us and all the equipment I would have had to move is just exhalsting. This was the ABSOLUTE worst expeience we have ever had at a Days Inn or any other hotel ever. The price of the room should have allowed us to a better experience. I feel like a 10% savings on the room is just not quite acceptable for the disconfort my husband had to endure. He has enough to deal with in life and an experience like this is not acceptable. I am about to retire and we plan on traveling. We would like to think that you take enough pride in your hotels to not allow a problem such as this to go with out addressing. We stayed at a Days Inn in Crosseville TN the night before and had a wonderful experience so we felt there should be no problem with this one. Days Inn customer service/ cleanliness of motel

I'd like to start off by saying I am not one to complain normally, but my experience at Days Inn in Port Huron was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. First off the room was horrible the toilet ran non stop, the tub didn't drain at all, the sink was falling apart literally, the tub was dirty, there was trash sitting outside my door for 2days before being cleaned up, the a/c filters were horrible (I cleaned them myself), the parking lot had trash and cigarette butts all over it, every outside trash container was overflowing with trash. There was clear cut discrimination on my wife and I, when my wife went to the desk to get a new key card for the door the front desk informed us that after already 3 days staying there apparently everyone staying would need to provide their identification cards( which is fine but their foul attitudes towards us as if we knew this and were trying to hid something or someone for that matter was the issue), as asked we provided our license for all occupations. Then as the neighbors came n left repeatedly and very loudly I wondered if they also were asked the same expectation so I asked and they were clueless about that requirement. I do not understand why me and my wife who have been quiet and respectful was asked with such ignorance but not the loud younger crowd of people, made no sense to me, I figured if this was a rule for everyine then why isn't everyone being asked these things? Not to mention they were younger and we will say loud all hours of the night.

Days Inn being turned away because of service animals and not being able to get a room

As my wife and I were traveling, we broke down on the interstate. There was a Days Inn located at the exit and we attempted to get a room it is located at 1015 S. Lake Dr. in Lexington SC but was turn away due to us having a Service Animal. By Federal Law and HUD this should have never happened. Nayan Patel was the manager on duty. I tried to explain to him that this was against the law and he could not turn me down. He basically kicked us out of the hotel, even after I attempted to show him my documentation. The picture that I will be attaching shows how aggressive his attitude was. If this issue is not addressed properly and in a timely manner, I will be reporting it to the local news channels, HUD and whatever Federal Agency applies, not to mention I will be blasting this incident on social media. I didn't serve my country to be treated like this by someone who has no clue what you go through while serving over seas and the mental issues you have to deal with once you return. Days Inn black mold in hotel bathroom

Me and my son stayed 4 nights at the Days Inn Jackson Tn, I have pictures of under the sink on the wall. A huge amount of Black Mold. My son has asthma. I had prepaid cash for the room. I had no option but to stay. I spoke to the management. They seemed not to care. This is well documented Black Mold can be very dangerous to your health. The drain on the bath room sink was rusted into. The water was going on the floor, I used duct tape and taped it up myself. That is when I seen the black mold everywhere under the sink. I took several pictures that I downloaded. I would like for the hotel to give me 4 rooms at no cost. I think that is more than fair for compensation for this, what could be a major health issue. I have a degree in business, worked in customer service. The managers need to be more customer friendly and helpful. A situation like this should have been dealt with in house. However, when I told the managered she offered nothing. Please contact me if possible. Me and my son have moved 2 doors down to a competive hotel. Days Inn unsafe room

I am staying in the Days Inn hotel in Lacey WA for the next two maybe three weeks . i am very bothered by the fact that my room has no smoke detector. I do know that it is a law to have one in each room. why would this company put my family in a un safe room for 3 weeks? Why would you danger my family like that? There is no fixing this! Being careless of a safety issue has no excuse. I am disgusted . I will be writing poor reviews everywhere . This is pathetic

I’m sitting in my room right now looking at it . The staff doesn’t care . They only allow two towels per room per day when I have three people in my family . The housekeeping doesn’t come until 7pm . Random people have walked in my door twice . The workers are a joke . The elevator service is expired by two years . There is no fire extinguishers .. shall I go on ?

Days Inn hotel condition/services

To whom it concerns:
I have been staying at the Days Inn, in Moose Lake MN since Feb 7th 2019, pretty much every weekend, and have this weekend booked as im sitting here in the room, as well as next week and the end of March. I would like to continue to stay in this hotel instead of finding a different location farther away as I have a family member at the prison. Last weekend Myself and my kids stayed here and the TV was out, ok fine we will deal with it with a very autistic little boy.. Today, I get here as my kids will be coming on Saturday, and I'm told the TV's are still not working - yet everyone else in this town have service. What is going on? Im paying for every night that I am here and im not getting to use everything that I should be able too. The Sauna in the Pool area has been out of order for 3 weeks now, the hot tub is SOOOOOO hot that you absolutely can not stay in it for more then 5-10 minutes, so that eliminates using that after so long. Then don't get me started on the pool. Its so cold my kids and myself don't even want to swim in it.. They get in it and start shivering and say they are so cold they want out after 15 minutes. The breakfast isn't anything special, its always the same thing, the muffins are old and dry, the Waffles taste disgusting and fall apart, The staff is AWESOME! The parking lot is so icey, bumpy, and so bad that I have to be severely careful what I am doing because I recently had a major major Back surgery and CAN NOT fall or I'll be in big trouble. I am paying a lot of money for these rooms. And no compensation. There isn't even any food for people like me with Celiacs who have to have gluten free and no sugar. This by far for hotels for me staying at, I would not recommend as for me, its convenience, but when im paying so much for things, I expect ALL things working and being able to use. I would like some sort of compensation, and with my little kids coming Saturday I hope something is changed.
And I'm sure im not the only one complaining, all though as of right now at 740 PM on 3/14 I am the only person in this hotel! AND the rooms do not have a microwave or fridge. Common courtesy for people to have these in rooms.

Again, so far ALL employee's I've had interactions with have been very nice.

My husband and I stayed at this Holiday Inn on October 9, 2018. Upon entering the room, we found the floor to be quite damp. We thought maybe the floor had just been mopped and hadn't had time to dry. We left for awhile and returned after dinner. The floor was still very damp. Days Inn hotel room

My husband and baby were bit by bed bugs at your hotel. We captured and killed one in which I have the video of one of the bed bugs found and pictures of bites. Your hotel manager refused to give us reimbursement or provide a new room when addressed; she stated the owner was out of the country. She called 8hrs later stating she could possibly reimburse. I am prepared to take further action, but would rather give you all opportunity to correct the matter. My baby is covered in bites; she had to be pulled out of daycare because she was swollen and had a reaction to the bites. She was examined by the pediatrician. Please contact me ASAP. Your bed bug infestation has to be taken care of before more are hurt.

This front desk clerk named brittany, who knows nothing about hospitality argued with me about getting a late checkout. Wyndham diamond members get a 2pm checkout, end of story.
