I order oppo buds 4 piece few days ago.. One of them is not connecting with phone. I fully charge that but buds not show in my bluetooth device.. I went to oppo office and submit that for replace.. Today they call me and tell that ur product cant b replaced or repair... So what should I do now.. I perchaed that item in rs.10,000

And even once dont pair with my phone..

On Fri, Nov 11 I order "Alfa Wifi Net Wireless-N USB Adapter Fixed 3DBi W113 Antenna Soft AP Wifi Utility Routers For Windows For Pc" its cost 500Rs from Daraz store but I haven't received it yet because the delivery rider give someone a package it cost 1000Rs. I went to chat with HM STORES, and he acknowledged the mistake of his delivery rider and promised me my package will be delivered in 2 days. Now I haven't received it yet and he didn't response to my chat.

The above product was delivered me on oct 31 2022 which was not working at all, I tried it on my all devices but even the PC did not showed it on the screen.

So I filed return request on daraz on November 02.

Now the irony is that they rejected my return request wasted 2 weeks of my study time. So I am filling this complaint to git my refund payment as soon as possible.

Daraz.pk improved their services for a year and I started to shop heavily until their so called quality team started to make returns impossible. Huge banners of "easy returns" is a massive lie because you will get stuck with bad lowest quality products. Daraz management and team are straight out of some mental asylum. Worst shopping experience so far. My order #[protected] was a winters coat that turned out to be a light springs coat, itchy material and mini version of the advertised pics. Its been 3 weeks that daraz is not giving refund because they want customer to buy and wear something they didn't like. Despite getting the CEO involved, daraz idiot team is trying to steal my 4000 because they find the product a dream come true. Have you heard of a more ridiculous people who think customer would just accept their wishes and pay for something they didn't even like? This quality team last month returned an incorrect pair of shoes saying its a toothbrush and I was refused refund of a toothbrush while I had paid for leather shoes! The recent 11 11 sale was a massive flop as their team couldn't even activate bank discounts as mentioned on every banner. I have now joined the majority of people who always told me daraz is FRAUD!

Dear Customer Service,

We ordered some stuff online and we expected to recieve purchase item on saturday dated 15-10-2022. Since last week we recieved multiple calls from Daraz delivery person for no reason and many times.

We consider Daraz releable portal to order and purchase stuff. This kind of Act from Daraz delivery employee create bad image in Customer mind.

I am attaching evidance of a number which we recieved calls several times. I expect and trust that management will take action to this person and in future customer should not face such problems.

In case if you will not take action i will go to the top management to complain again this delivery helper.

ہے۔میں دراز کا مستقل کسٹومر ہوں ۔ ابھی کچھ دن پہلے میں نے دو استریاں منگوائی ہیں اور اسی اڈریس پہ آئی ہیں۔ اس بار آپ کے ڈیلیوری پاٹنر نے جھوٹ بولا ہے کہ میں نے پراڈکٹ وصول کرنے سے انکار کیا ہے۔ مجھے کوئی فون بھی نہیں کیا گیا۔ اور میرے اسی اڈریس پر چند دن پہلے دو الگ الگ ارڈر وصول کر چکا ہوں۔ میں ابھی بھی یہ پراڈکٹ لینا چاہ رہا ہوں ۔ اگر اس سٹیج پہ آپ مجھے ارسال کر سکتے ہیں تو میں آپ کا بہت ممنون ہونگا۔

امید ہے کی میری شکایت پر ھمدردانہ غور کیا جائے گا اور اس آرڈر کو پایہ تکمیل تک پہنچایا جائے گا

i ordered a wax heater on 6 september. I used it today and it wasn’t heating at all at first i thought it’s just wax so i heat it on stove to check and wax melted and when i again try to heat it in wax heater it didn’t heat up . I msged the store from where i bought it they didn’t refund me or help i am on read that’s all i order so much stuff from daraz but daraz is not made for us (customer) my question is why we spend our hard earn money on you when you can’t help your customer

I m regular costumer from daraz since 2015

Last week i ordered a watch from watchzone.pk seller on daraz. One of the thing in the box was missing, i contacted the seller, and raised the issue with daraz official for not fulfilling the requirements and return/refund of the item.

Seller wasn't cooperating for return according to their policy, and daraz officials are are involved in the fruad, they cancelled my return request

The seller was calling me from private numbers

They also rejected my honest reviews about the product on Daraz page

Aslam and Alaikum Sir, I am a daily customer of Daraz. I have to receive a couple of parcels. When ever a parcel comes out wrong, they take a lot of trouble to return it. TCS, which is from Shahdara branch, I have Daraz office. The people of Shahdara are very tired of these TCS people, please resolve this issue immediately or else the people of Shahdara should leave the shopping center.

Every time it says system error is coming system is not working properly different excuses please revise.thanks

left Shopping on Daraz due to poor services, but by forgetting all unfortunately I order and paid amount in advance 0n 3rd July via my credit card, expected date was 15th July but still order can not be traced. Neither chat is supporting.This is very pathetic service. Your requested to trace my order [protected] or return my paid amount.

Why daraz charged 100rupees extra... Total calculated amount was 699 but they billed 798

Assalamu Allaiqum, Daraz app is somehow a useful for the citizens but it has a flaw of decieving the customer by attracting him toward product by free delivery mentioned there. However when we click on product to buy it, we get charges for shipment to pay.

I placed order [protected], parcel received late, I paid cash. When I opened it was wrong item. When go to daraz app to return. My Order was not marked as "delivered", it was order was showing "shipped" I complaint via chat & email even on call. Your staff asked me to wait for 24 hours as it would be marked "delivered" I waited but it was not marked delivered but marked "cancelled due to wrong delivery address" it is also marked "unpaid" while it is not possible to receive even wrong parcel without payment. I have provided all evidence about fraud seller. Than your staff said me " actually seller has delivered directly to customer (me)" so we (daraz customer service) is investigating about the fraud". Since than 1 June - 22 I was just being given timeline repeatedly and in every follow up I was given new complain number to divert attention from actual 1st complaint number I am calling to get update of my complain number [protected]. Actually I observe that daraz staff is avoiding to take action against the fraud seller as they are daraz real partner while to eat up customer's amount is more easy for daraz system that's why they make my refund unnecessary difficult and unreasonable delay.

Wrong delevery

I am writing this for highlighting the Issue regarding the Withdrawal.

I received payment from the seller into my wallet on Apr 12, 2022 and processed it for withdrawal through bank. After 2 days, the request got failed. I tried again on April 21, 2022 for withdrawal but the amount got frozen and still is in pending situation. I have contacted several times with Daraz Customer Care and received each time a new deadline date. It took more than a month and the issue is still not resolved.

I am asking for my money which I have received after the refund of the product but they are not resolving the issue. I am very disappointed from the Daraz.pk Service.

I am complaining of your delivery men in Pakistan Punjab Sialkot. I lives in Sialkot magtown and use to buy products from daraz but the delivery mein is always on angry mood and 5 to 6 days gone i order a pressure washer and delivery men is not giving me the delivery ...there is only one delivery men who delivers in my town magtown so please strictly ask from him
