مینے دراز۔پی کے پے آرڈر دیا تھا 8 آگسٹ کو تو دراز والوں نے جس کورئیر کمپنی کو میرا پارسل دیا تھا۔ کل سے اس کورئیر کمپنی نے نہ مجھ سے رابطہ کیا ہے اور نہ ہی وہ کورئیر کمپنی میری تحصیل میں ہے۔
اور انہوں نے ٹریکنگ آرڈر پے لکھ دیا ہے کہ نہ میں ان کی کال وصول کر رہا ہوں نہ ہی میں اپنی ایڈریس پر ہوں تو یہ سراسر کورئیر کمپنی والے جھوٹ بول رہے ہیں۔

Order cancelation
I made this order on 1st august. It was discounted. The price was rs. 700. Now they have canceled my order. And the reason is that the order is out of stock and the price of this order has been increased to 4200. I want my order back at the same discounted price. Package sold by eitgzwas. I doesn't received my package..
When i tract my package but show me 'You package was not successfully delivered' i give my cell number which is open 24/7 and give address of shop which is always open 24/7 but i wasn't received my package... I think delivery boy tell a lie to me and fraud with both of us...

Received 450gm injeer instead of 1kg
I, s. Zaheer Abbas shah book 1kg best injeer at daraz vide order no.[protected] about 4 days ago at Islamabad. But I received today about 450gram old black injeer through TCS. Because i bookef first time at daraz after disciunt i paid rs. 670. While on the packit it is mentioned 1kg weight when I get weight of it at a shop it was 450gram which is totally fraud. I do not open the inner packet and can prove it.
I can't believe that how an international forum do fraud with peoples. It was my first experience which was very bad. I will highlight it in different social forum.

The rider had two items. I received an email my carrom board was cancelled than I ordered other one. The rider called he had 2 items, both were carrom board. My parcel was handed over to daraz delivery but they didn't opened their shop for the whole day today. It's Eid tomorrow and i have to wear it. Now what should i do? Is this the way you deal your customers? Very non serious attitude.

I handed over the phone cover I ordered under number [protected] back to your Negombo branch on 2021.03.13. But I did not get back the Rs. 2457.00 I spent on it. Your company has not yet informed me of what happened to that money. I'm sorry a company like yours stole customer money like this.
I am complaining about a product I ordered on 14th July for which I ordered a return refund and it was canceled without a reason today.
I ordered a king Ab pro machine which was delivered on 14th July but I was surprised to see that it was not like the one shown in the pic/ ad.. The bar of the machine is also not moving properly. I requested a return on 15th July and filled the request refund form as guided by daraz, I'm attaching a screen shot of the request tracking number as a proof, but to my surprise again, today on 19th July I receive a message from daraz it was canceled without a reason.
I want you to help me return this defective item and I want a refund otherwise I'll never be able to trust daraz again.

I ordered the item related to the above order number on 25-June 2021, Daraz agreed to send the product before 5th July 2021. They have not sent the product on 5th July, but they have sent an email mentioning that the order is delivered. I made a complaint about this issue, but what they have done is cancelling my order and sending a refund notice to me on 15th June 2021. Is it possible to cancel this order and refund the money without getting any feedback from the customer? How can daraz hold customer's money like this?

Delivery service
I have ordered a pendrive in daraz. But the delivery man came to my address but did not agreed for home delivery and behaved so rudely and also was behaving like unprofessional. After a while I called him but the delivery man blocked my number and I couldn't received my product. I am really upset about this kind of behavior.So I want to complain about this.
