Hi, I have received my shipment of order #[protected]. First of all I would like to give negative stars to the product quality delivered to me. I am very much disappointed to view the quality of the products. Meanwhile, i have received the thing that I have not ordered. Shoes quality was below average and it is tempered as well. Hoodie delivered which I had not ordered.
Last time I have backpack and that product quality was poor and i have complained against it. But I had lost the packing of that product so I was not able to through that [censored] on your face.
I want my money back Otherwise I will claim in consumer court. you are making fool of customer. Is this your services and quality control. If your vendors are not able to provide quality product than remove these [censored]s from your site.
I want immediate action on my complaint.

have ordered a luminous, scratchless, water proof wrist watch with blue dial on 23rd of October 2018, but they didn't fullfil my requirement. I've ordered a product from Daraz.pk on 5th October 2018, and i have paid through card and the order was processed and confirmed. The timeline was from 6th to 11th October but today is 29 and it's still not received. It's status was changed to Shipped on 13th October and they told me that you will soon received it. But it didn't came. I have complained 6 times but they are not helping me they just said that your complain is updated and we are working on it. Nothing else. The tracking code is still not working on leopard website. I can't cancel it because they told me that you can't because it's already shipped now. So they told me to wait. I am waiting since 11th October. It's been 24 days and they are not helping me out. Please check it out.

i want to return a package that i recived at thursday but the delivered status was not showing on my order detail at that moment so i was unable to return the package ..but today as the deleiverd status show on the order whenever i click on the return button it dosnt show me any thing but an error messege of"something went wrong" i have tries it several time ..pic is attached as a proof(due date of return is 1 nov)

I order a double bed sheet from Pristine Trading (Karachi) . Today When i received the bed sheet it was totally different which i order. I ordered the bed sheet with white and red flowers on it but the thing i received is of very cheap quality with yellow and gray flowers and very cheap stuff. Such cheater must be ban on daraz.pk.

It is said that my mother got 3 parcels Today ie.26oct, 2018. Which is didn't order. By mistake it was received and paid by my brother thinking she might have ordered it.
She doesn't even have any account registered with daraz.

We want to return those parcels.

And i have recieved last order from daraz this is fake ..

i had received my order on 22 oct 2018 monday . as i received my order i charged it but it is not charging..and the mouse courser is not working properly .
Then on the same day 22 oct 2018 monday i immediately made a complain on a number provided on your warranty card slip.
Then on the next day i complained on your daraz helpline number.They told me that " delivery status of your product is not updated so please wait and make a call after 24 hour.
due to these procedures the daraz returning time had passed away.
so, i want that register my complain and refund my money OR replace my order.
please resolve my issue as soon as possible.for contect me further [protected].
note : all the complained sources conversation and necessary documents are attached.

My order i received today is not same as in advertisement plz replace this. Color is different . Arm is printed but i order with out printed arm. Button on coat are changed. Stitching on coat is not proper.. one side is long one side is short. Please replace my order as soon as possible ... ... On 13th october 2018 i booked a led 49 inch of tcl by paying the amount through my silkbank credit card, daraz confirmed that my order # [protected] within four working days, however after four working days i.E since 18 th october i started contacting them for non receipt of product which they assure me that will be delivered soon, whereas on 22nd of october i was informed when i contacted them that your order has been cancelled on 20-10-2018 due to out of stock item and your amount shall be refunded in your credit card, may i therefore ask this question that why you have advertized an item that is not in your stock? and why have you recived that payment of out of stock item? however i m still waiting for my amount to be credit back, please help to resolve at earliest.

I have ordered chi silk infusion and have received wrong parcel please grant my request and place the correct product. And take the wrong parcel back.
The parcel which I have got is including pond's gold radiance, zafayer hair serum, rainforest radiance shampoo for coloured hair which is of no use for me.. So, kindly place the parcel which I have ordered or otherwise return me the money.

1 item is mitchels Ketchup price are different. my order shown price this item Rs. 116 & Shipment Charges Rs. 35. Total Rs. 151. I received my order But Invoice is Rs. 196.
I Contact your operator 2 Times. your operated called there are shown your system Shipment Charges Rs. 99.
Note: This is called Cheating.

I ordered 7 seater jercy sofa covers on 8 oct, 18 and when I received the item was not as advertised, was defective, used, has foul smell, and was incomplete (one piece was missing) and there was no invoice with it. I filled return form on same day and date and daraz service picked up my pakage on 10 oct n its almost 12 days have passed my money is not refunded n on contacting every time they are saying it wil take 8 days or 6 days just making excuses. My friend ordered the hair removing machine for me as I previously said that it is not working.i I inserted the battery swirchr d it on but it didn't work I changed the battery but still the same result. Hi my name is shahrukh and i ordered bright bugz, when they arrived, the packaging was bad and the product was also not working properly and also broken from corners, it opens up every time i press it, the product is trash. Hi, i have ordered a couple of items in this order which were supposed to be delivered separately. One of the item which was supposed to be delivered was 7 Piece brush set.
