hi team,
Please note that i have ordered the subject product from Daraz on 9th Oct. order # [protected]

Now i have received multiple msgs from Daraz and Leopards Courier that my order hs been arrived on 12th Oct and that it has been delivered within 6 hours. its been 3 days since then order not arrived.
i am very disappointed from the service. Specially from Leopards Courier. they are doing miscommitment.

i have requested multiple times to cancel my order. but of no use. Chat agent MUNEEB ended chat during conversation while i am still typing and wanted to know something more. no support received from CSR Jibran either on Helpline.
i have made the order to give surprise to my Husband who is return from Dubai today. i thought by buying the shoe rack i will organise his shoes collection and he will be happy. now i am thinking why i even made order from Daraz.
please do something for this resolution.

I ordered twinkle razor 2 packs and each pack was of 80 rs and contain 3 razors as shown in the picture but they sent me only 2 razors instead of sending complete packs of 2. They should send me 6 razors pack of 3, 3 razors in each, , i paid 200 for it with delivery charges, its not in a proper packing dont know save or not to use
Seller is from Khurrian wala Main Bazar Faislabad(FOSP)

My order was to be delivered on 6th of October and till yet I havent received my item ... Your delivery logistics partner (PK Blue-ex) once called me after i complained but their was no positive response from their side so i had to reach you now maybe youll be able to help ... But i'm very disappointed that till todate i couldn't received my placement order.
I have recieved various text messages about order confirmation but not recieved my ordr uptill now.
Instead i recievd a phone call from leopard courier service on 4 octuber 2018 at 6:42 pm from mobile#[protected]. He respond me that Sir our agent is saying you have cancelled your order. I am shocked and quickly responded that, i'm still waiting for your order. No one contacted me neither i recived placement order.
I further gave him my second postal address to send me there . But not received yet. No one confirms my placement.
I am very disappointed at this kind of service & your shipment dealings. I really want to know is this "an official policy of drazz.pk " ?. Should i trust draaz for my further shop-up .
It is irresponsible behaviour by leopard Courier service. I want you to inform me who ia responsible for this negligence. I am waiting for your true response. Hope u will consider & respond me very soon..

ive ordered silk epilator from your site but the parcel recieved is either used or display sample it's not brand new product. I've submitted online return and replacement form 3 days ago but hadn't recieved any response. This is the first time i didn't recieved appropriate parcel. Really disappointed by your service this time. Now tell me how to replace the parcel?

I am M.imtiaz khan from rawalpindi and i ordered a chappal a month ago, Actually when I got my chappal I found that the size was not the same I ordered and I returned it and I returned it many days ago but I didn't got any voucher...plz do something fast...I have contacted the daraz crews and workeRs but nobody responded I want my voucher code fast it's getting to late..

Please add the mailsi city into your app region punjab pakistan... Few months ago daraz app has mailsi city but after months you removed this city... Plz plz add mailsi city asap... And I want to know that why you removed mailsi city from daraz app... It was pretty good that I enjoyed my shoping from daraz but unfortunatelly u removed my city... Now I have anger on this...

We ordered a blender & grinder of Dawlance few days ago and received the delivery of our our order (package IdL OP06422000090107 ) to day (6 October at around 1200 hrs) by the delivery van of Daraz after paying the amount of Rs.3220 in cash to the delivery boy.

When we opened the box of the product we found the the jug of the blender is broken. Now let us know what to do as we want to return the product for replacement.

Let me start by saying that I have been ordering from Aliexpress since 2010, I switched to Daraz in 2018 and just in 2018 ordered more than 1 lac worth of items. Everything was going fine, at most a phone with an open box and bad charging cable but I wont make a fuss I'll accept it and give a bad rating. Then I ordered a smart watch. The seller sent an older version instead of the one I ordered which was worth half the price not only that but the box was opened and it was a fake Chinese copy. I sent it back within 2 hours of receiving it without turning it on. This is the first time I ever returned a product to Daraz so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for a replacement. Weeks pass by and no update, every time I contact them they give me new dates even though the return was received by them after 2 days. I raised my issue on social media and immediately their customer support to save face offered me a refund if I deleted my comment, I did so and then he scammed me by asking me for my bank information and then not even sending the refund, he then ignored all my future messages. I talked via calls, via emails and tried everything. They never once gave me a straight answer and just reply with general messages like "we take X amount of time", "our system has problem", that's not my problem wtf!

Finally I've give up and requested the support of the Punjab Consumer Court who guided me to send them a legal notice. I've sent the notice and they have still not even replied. I just hope the 15 days pass by after which the Punjab Consumer Court will step in and fine them. I suggest anyone who has a problem also contact punjab consumer court and send Daraz a notice and then stop using this stupid website for good and this is coming for a loyal customer.

I had nothing but good things to say about them and moved so many people from Aliexpress to Daraz but now we are all going back to Aliexpress as their service, refund policy has never once let me down in fact they let you keep the product and even give you a discount if they make a mistake this bad of sending you a fake or bad product.

Daraz is completely and violate Punjab Consumer Court law so raise your voice and send them a notice when they do this to you as according to law they MUST issue a refund in 15 days.

I have ordered 1matte pack and 1 gel mascara from daraz Friday sale from Facebook from this id [protected]@yahoo.com I pay for both on delivery of parcel bcz names of both items were written on bill on envelope of parcel... But when I opened it mascara was not inside I talk to that daraz emplyer from whom I have ordered from Facebook he said that they will deliver it but they have not delivered it yet plz let me know about this

I bought meizu m5 mobile about 7 days ago the phone run smoothly 7 days but now it is annoying us and showing message that Android has stopped working and restarting itself and when I open any app like whatsapp it shows that whatsapp has stopped working please help me or i want to replace this phone because according to 7 days return policy it is my right

now i have a problem.i recieve my order of huawei mediapad doji or rupees 14382 on 24th September my order id is [protected].it looks like its used and fake before as its packaging has no original huawei logo on back, brand card or manual or sim opening key only tab and fake cheap charger.the tab was not in any inner covering. Now when i on it it shows that it is reset before which shows that it was used before and asking me a particular email or phone number of previous owner which i don't have.
After confronting immediately on whatsapp they gave excuse and news of delay due to the systems upgrade .now on contacting today they said they would give me a refund voucher in eleven days.
Seriously, I don't want to to shop further i want my money not voucher code.what would be i purchasing of 14384 rupees. Its not a short amount .also on my complaining you didn't black list the seller of fake and used/ repair product. He will sell some other innocent people and cause them same hassle.
please help and refund my money back not some voucher code.

Aoa. I ordered a pack of 3 full sleeves shirts on 28th sep 2018 from daraz app. It costed 798Rs including shipping.
I wasn't at home so my family received a parcel and there was my name written on it along with my address. They paid 1000Rs for that parcel which wasn't actually mine.
When i opened the parcel, there were some other shirts in it which weren't what i ordered.
So now i want my money back as i have to pay that money for my original order, which is on its way according to your order tracker.
