i ordered a pack of 6 excel paris lipglosses and i particularly ordered these 6 lipglosses to get the one pinkish peachish shade which was shown in the picture but when i received the order it having completely different shades as compared to the ones in the picture. also i would like to memtion here that all these shades are of no use to me since they are very loud and bold shades . this was the first time i ordered anything from daraz and this is how you people disappointed me ! i would really appriciate IF you could please replace the products with the onea actually shown in the picture

I ordered dark brown wig. In stead, daraz sent me brown wig which is a deception. I wanna return it. My order no. Is [protected].
Moreover I ll suggest to use transparent packing stuff so that, before opening packings, customer can see the stuff is genuine in colour and form.

Sir, i book my order through dararz vide order no. [protected] on 4 sep 19 and daraz Conway to me that my order is shipped on 6 sep 19 vide shipping no. ALJCF9248000112YQ. Sir this shipment is not received to me till date. Sir way the shipment is to late. ajj kal gemstone testing laboratries buhat common ho gai hein,
app apni website per mojid kisi bhi ek aqeeq ka pakistan ki kisi bhi athentic laboratory say lab test kervalein,
app ki website per mojod taqreebun aqeeq china kay hein jinhein log asli krh ker sale ker rahey hein.
asli grmstone kay sath lazmi laboratory certificate hota hey.

I ordered Nintendo switch on daraz and paid by my credit card the next day I received a call from the seller ( Aj gamer ) that he already sold this product and cancel the order the next day he called again he tell me to buy direct from him and continues calling and whatsapp on my no when i refuse to pay him he used very bad words and send voice messages on my whatsapp.
Kindly take strong action against him.

Sir its my second time delivery boy dose not contacted me for parcel delivery and mark my parcel as failed delivered.. whereas my complete address is mentioned and he delivered parcel many time before ... some time it happen that due my office timing I wont be able to answer the call and when I call back he switched off his phone even then i left him sms about detail about address .
I request you to please fired these delivery boy immediately who is not serious with there jobs and do train delivery boy properly to save seller and buyer time...

I didn't received my order till now which was about to delivered till 7th of September. The shipment was handed over to the courier company. When I tracked it was 'Out For Delivery' but inthe evening the status was
'Refused due to order cancellation' then 'Pending in Faisalabad' and after that it was updated as 'Not received by the Consignee'. Then the shipment was dispatched for Lahore and returned to the shipper. Now it is marked as delivery failed. I used a voucher to buy those thing. Daraz should return that voucher or send me my order again.

I ordered an item from daraz & clearly stated that, better if courier service can inform me beforehand, when coming for delivery.
So, the item was handed over to pronto lanka & to their branch at seeduwa (who obvioudly had the worst customer care I have ever experienced), who did send the item on 2 days, of which one was a public holiday & the other was a saturday.
So the item had to be returned to their head office who contacted me then.
Then for my convenience, they promised to send it to gampaha branch.
So I waited for few days & contacted their gampaha branch just to come to know that my item was in seeduwa.
Since then I have been trying to contact seeduwa branch through whole this week but could contact then only twice where, on both occasions, they just ignored my issue & didnt respond.
Then I contacted their head office & other officials just to come to know, that too after 4 days of repititive calls, that the item had already been returned to daraz.
Nevertheless, until today they told me that it was in seeduwa office.
Moreover their head office' customer service officer who contacted me today, spoke so harshly with no proffesionalism what so ever.
I am utterly dissapointed.
Ultimately, I am left empty handed after 1 month form my order where I desperately needed it before tommorrow.

sir i m a regular customer of drazz and places orders. i received order well in time but your new courier partner blue ex is in habbit not to deliver parcels on address. thay call one time and say we are coming ro you. but no rider is to arrived and same parcel return with status as refused to collect by addresse. plz plz. i sujest that this courier is making very very bad name for drazz and also making poples unhappy so plz stop sending parcels through this and send by tcs.leopard etc .thay are good partner for you.

I have placed this order (Order [protected] (blender))with Abdulas store (Lahore) to buy magic bullet blender. They sent me a cheap different product and collected the price on delivery. Now they are not responding to my messages. I'm attaching the picture of the order and the different product they sent me. Hi Sir,

Actually on August 24, 2019 I received package order #[protected] from TCS but when I opened the package there was not our items in that package (Boya BY-M1DM Dual Lavalier Universal Omni-Directional Microphone - Black).
The blank package was handed over to us, so please let me know whom to blame here? How I can get my items, the amount around 3500 is not a little amount for me!
Please look into the issue at your highest priority!

Hello Daraz I bought these 2 products from your store first one mortein spray that product was useless means no fragrance no smell just feel like a gas and dealer said me that it's 600ml and he send me 550ml and that product was fake and 2nd one was led rechargeable light I choose 30w and that dealer sent me 10w after that when i try to talk with him then first of all he was not replying me ans second one his talking behavior was so rude so now I want that Daraz helps me to take me out from this problem and refund my money that's my contact no [protected]

Firstly, when I submitted the return form I was TOLD that I would be given the opportunity to CHOOSE the date for pick up
But suddenly the next day the courier arrives

What is the meaning of this?!

Because of that I had to run through all the stressful components.
