Dear sir,
I have ordered 12 items but 6 were delivered and 6 were missing although daraz charged full amount, upon knowing the flaw i contacted daraz but it was late 2 days late feom ur 7 days policy, can u help us out as i had given 5k extra via COD.

It is regretfully stated that the order delivered to me did not meet the expectations.I ordered a pack of 2 rotatable cameras.The cameras are mounted on the wall with the help of screws in the mount attached to the wall. These screws were missing with both the cameras when checked.It is therefore requested to deliver these 2 screws a the earliest enabling me to mount these cameras on the wall. This is the second time i am experiencing this issue of sub standard or missing items.The picture of the missing screws is attached.

i am very old customer of daraz. There is some problem in my left leg so i cannot move freely in the market and also cannot go to the market without trouble. So i purchase a few articles from daraz on line. There online business is somehow good. But i have experienced a few sour & bitter almonds. Once i had ordered for a power bank containing 20-24 led lights. It is to my great surprize that i had received an old & wornout power bank without any led lights. I again ordered for power bank with 20 led lights. It was again surprizing that power bank came with lights but the off/on switch was defective. Once you on the lights it then never be closed. So i quitely kept the parcel. Once i ordered a fund box. The cost of box may be 200-400 rupees but daraz charged rs.=2900/- & the box received was broken from one side. It is said that there is always a room for improvement. Daraz may consider this proverb. Once i ordered 6 lawn suits. It is to my surprize that only 5 suits received. I started a campain of complaints and chatting then after 2-3 days the missing suit was received to me. So if there is any missing, start complaining and chatting. This may save you from sustaining loss & mental worries.
Me think that daraz is not producing anything, they are only marketting & selling products of other producing organizations. The organizations that are suppling products to daraz for selling to the final consumer, must be very careful about the quality & just price of the product, so that it may not bring any bad name to the daraz. In the same way the daraz has to take care of final consumers just interest. Though the daraz is doing well, any how there may be 0.001 % pitfalls which may be removed.

I generated widrawal request of Rs 8745 to my bank account. My account at Daraz showing that amount has been transferred to my account but actually I did not receive it in my bank account so far. I have communicated to daraz Team vuia chats & emails several times but no relief found. On 8th July I got an email from Daraz in which they senty me an Transction ID and said to contact my bank with this TID to locate the payment.
I visited my bank & they confirmed that no payment has received against your given TID. As all banking channels are centralized & computerized, I am really wondering that from which source you have transferred the amount that is not arrived into my account even after 7 days? It's really disgusting that I am looking for my refund amount since weeks & nobody at Daraz is actually trying to help me out. Looking forward for a quick resolution in this regard.

I ordered the 3 items under the above order number. One item came within a day or two.
This is the message I get for the other two!
"We would like to inform you that the item(s) listed below from your order #[protected] has been cancelled as delivery failed."
IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY SAY SO WITHOUT GIVING ABSURD EXCUSES!
I also got a message saying,
"The rider could not reach you on 3 difference occasions"
There is absolutely no way this can happen.
This is the second time I had to order one of the 2 "delivery failed" items!

I was thinking your site will be very secured for our society.. as well as especially for females. But it seems very awkward to share some Snaps with attachment you should check your employee how to present your your reputation where you are stand.. I don't think so after seeing my attachment the competent authority giving the relaxation to the person who's Name of Muzamil.. Hope so you do better decision on stipulated time..

Daraz.pk is using its Daraz Wallet to fraudulently rob people of their money, they advertise it as being secure payment method, Recently I had to purchase Air Conditioner worth 58000 PKR, I wasn't able to deposit more than 50 Thousand rupees to my account, I thought this would be per transaction limit, I deposited 40 Thousand and tried to deposit further 18 thousand, I was unable to do so, I contacted daraz they said there is 50 Thousand rupees limit, I than asked them to refund my 40 Thousand that is currently sitting at my daraz wallet, they declined, in-fact they acknowledged that I have a genuine issue, but apologized as they can't do anything, pictures of Chat with Customer service Representative is attached to this complain.

I was delivered a package today, but was not allowed to open up the plastic bag to even look at the product that I was delivered. We buy after we see. We should be allowed not to open the seal of the product but atleast to check what article and product we are sent. So unfortunately I had to return. Plus I could not find any customer care presentative with whom I could discuss. This is disappointing for the buyer to not open up the delivery parcel bag even. 😐😒👎🏻

placed on 8th May 2019. I have made advance payment. My order has not yet been delivered to me. After contacting your chat helpline multiple times no one tried to help me and replied with typical "copy/paste" answers that delivery time is 1-5 working days and i ll receive it soon bla bla. I asked them the courier number so that i can talk to them and know the actual status but they didn't give me the number too. I asked them to lodge my complaint regarding non receipt of order despite of advance payment but i was told that they are not allowed to do so.
I am an old customer of daraz. Your service was better before but now it has become pathetically slow and also customer support is not upto the mark.
I am very disappointed by the customer support provided to me by Daraz and i would like you to please refund me my payment because i don't think you will be able to deliver the order.

I am an old customer but this unprofessional behaviour from your side has been faced by me first time. I ordered a device from the seller Cacao and he gave me the tracking id [protected]. After two days i am reviewing my order and find that my order has been cancelled without any e-mail or information. Even that device is not on daraz anymore. I am really disappointed. Does this really justify daraz professionalism. I request you to make Cacao send the same device to me.

I have lodge various complaints at CS@daraz.pk regarding wrong product received however no positive response received till date.
I have called daraz call centre number various times and also sent so many reminders on email however i am unable to understand that why am i not receiving a positive response from daraz as i have received a wrong product which was not ordered by me and facing a pathetic service of daraz.
In this regard you are requested to look into this matter for refund of my amount accordingly.
