He orders the trainers to pic the product from your sites and post them in groups. if someone ask for buying, give him/her his contact number. He greed's the people buy telling him, he gives fix salary 17500 after a month when they have completed this work. After month he blocks or not replying the workers. He gained more boys/girls for their work by reffering. they use your website links and products for his greedy and cheater affairs and disgusting your company. These are the link which he is provided during training.

He called his fake online company name the star mart in Islamabad.
Me and my all training members have done work. After month when we demands our salary they did not answer anyone. He has also YouTube fake salary proofs and training videos. Whose links are below

Your company must close his youtube fake channels and punish him. we all training members request to you.

I ordered some stuff from different stores on daraz. This was my FIRST and Last time to work with daraz . I ordered some roti baskets from HOUSEHOLD STUFFS (on daraz.pk).after so many issues in having timely n proper communication.. After 2 weeks I got absolutely different designs from those which I ordered. I am an overseas pakistani and deal in import and export. From uae to pak and pak to uae.
Had a terrible experience with this store. And most of the displayed items are even not in stock... Such store keepers are enough to shatter Daraz's reputation abroad. We need to learn something from Amazon and Noon. They don't soare such shopkeepers and take action. Atleast give him some warning not to repeat this again.

I bought WiFi Router UPS Power Bank 12 Volts - 5 Hours Guaranteed Backup - Tp Link Tenda PTCL & Other Routers from Archon Mart Pakistan and paid amount in advance through jazz cash. The package has not reached to me till date whereas the daraz.pk sent email that the package has been delivered which totally incorrect. My parcel should be delivered to me. No parcel details has been communicated to me as to whether which company is delivering and what is order booked for delivery and who received the parcel. Its bogus process after charging money. Neither any delivery man contacted me till today.

this seller with the store name Enjoy Del is selling a prohibited product which is a stun gun or taser i have mentioned the sku number above kindly take notice. it goes against the store and country policy take action asap it is unfair for other sellers if someone is selling prohibited products on daraz.pk it is a safe marketplace for all the sellers and buyers.take action asap!

The 2nd last order i placed on daraz was a study table from "toys to toys" with tracking no.CN: [protected] which was recieved by tcs jhelum and they were required to deliver it on my preffered address which is my home but they did not deliver it at my home ( usually whenever i order from daraz, its delivered at my door step )but this time tcs jhelum celled me and told me that my area is out of their coverage and they returned the package without informi
Why this happened ?
Why all of a sudden my area became unreachable.
Quite unpleasant with the service.

order NO [protected] basbeen deleverd and i pay totol amount leaporad company dated 25-08-21 but some day order status show shipped, now status cancelled, thats all avoid return parsal .my order out of picture and low to low quality.

ma na order No [protected] kia tha . jo ka ma na wasool kar lia hy . or raqam bhi dated 25-08-21 ko ada kar di ha . mgr drazz na pahly shipped zahir kia rakha . ab dated 09-09-21 ko cancelled zahir kar dia tako customer parsal return na kar saka . fooran parsal delevered zahir kia jai .

I am so disappointed that I didn't get my whole package ( 5 items) at the same time. I got 2 items yesterday and 2 items today but definitely clueless about my last item. I understand that sellers are from different cities but there is no need to deliver product immediately. It can be late but please deliver complete items at the same time.

They canceled the paid products and committed the apology voucher which still not received

My 3 parcels not reached at my address. The delivery boy write the reason himself. I did not refuse the parcel. I call the number of time to TCS office but they said that your parcel will be reached at your home in 1 or 2 days. But parcel not reached now.And also I visit the TCS office and leopard office but they don't listen my words carefully.ai also call to the branch manager he did not pick my call.

They cancelled it and refunded my money in daraz wallet, but now I cannot withdraw money from daraz wallet to my bank account. It always shows an error and bug when I try to do so.

i have a complain regarding the products pictures shown on daraz webstore.
as a example i want to tell your is haier washing machine pictures. Haier Washing Macine 9Kgs Top Loading HWM 90-1789.
the sellers are showing the pictures of new models but they are old models which is cheating with the customer.

kindly make sure that you show what your sell.

last i ordered a night suit which was looking handsome in picture. but when i received my order that was completely different in color.
