Main karo meri samghj main kuch nhi aa raha hai.

This page is involved in fraud with customers. The seller demands advance money and then block number of customer. This person has also added wrong address. In reality there is no shop of this seller. It is my humble request to block this seller. such malpractices are earning bad to Daraz company. I have given half advance to this seller and almost 2 months have been passed, I have not received my order, neither my money.

Yesterday I submit withdrawal request through bank but still it is in pending when I will received my cash through bank

Subject: misuse of Daraz delivery number/Hacking
Helo, a person using this number [protected] which is officially draz delivery boy number. The person is using it in misleading and teasing others. May be it's hacking or as boy is expert in computer. I used my private sources to catch this man. But I want company take strong action against this criminal who is misusing and making tha company name bad.
He called me on my personal number and asked me that draz has bring ur order. And anoyed me for one hour by calling again and again and asked to come out my place and make me walk on road. I hope u u will take a strong action against this humiliation.

The product I received does not match the picture that is shown. Quality of the product is very poor. Then I placed return request on 30th November. On 3rd November I received a call from courier. I told him the pick up location but he didn't arrive. Today I called Daraz helpline, he said that the courier will contact you soon. But now i got an email which says that my return request has been cancelled. It's not my fault. I received the call and told courier my pickup location. It was his fault, you can enquire. I hope you consider this

i buy on draz online 11, 11 sale some sale price orders draz send me confirmation order details and after send me my normal price orders only and cancelled all sale price orders and tell me reason out stok an tell sory i am very upset this behaviour plz help me about this case i am many try to resolve problems on draz help line but any person tell me fake promise befor 15 days

I ordered cooking oil from dmart on 14th of Nov, paid by credit card but have not been delivered yet. Pathetic from Daraz! Now they will initiate a refund which is going to take 10 more working days. does it make sense. Their ride falsely remarked delivery attempt failed that is too twice. Have never received any call.

I'm writing this email for the issue of my both stores (Leather Hub ONline & New Fashion Trends) SLA. In Oct, I had emailed to enhance my store duration (SLA) because I customize the product due to size issues then dispatch it to customers. It takes almost 1 week to process the order. In this regard, I've contacted a lot of customers via live chat. I had emailed, personally called daraz seller support but I didn't get any responses. Now the Nov ending and still my issue is in pending mode. My store shipment grading is low day by day but it seems like the whole support is sleeping. There is no facility for sellers. My cancelled orders are also in pending mode. I didn't receive it. My payments are also pending. Support just shared the revised sentences otherwise they don't have knowledge about proper details. When called to the seller section they called Customer support and then I called them forward to seller support.

Is this really a way to run a portal like this? Kindly resolve my issue.

I am facing problem of missing items from my whole order. And its happening again and again for the 3rd time. Any one or two items are always missed although these are added in billing.
What I have noticed is its happening only from the time leopard is delivering. Although nothing such issue was seen till the time TCS was delivering packages

Such a pathetic service seriously, I have ordered on 11 nov but still my orders are not in karachi, it is still showing in ware house.. I have contacted the seller so many time but they blame on daraz. And what a great daraz zero 0 customer services no help centre. And yes the agent on the chats are suck. They all just give the learned script and reply when they woke up... Is this your service?

I have placed an order with shipment # [protected], tracking id [protected]. But I haven't received yet nor get any call from currier service. After checking tracking number it's mentioned you have refused the shipment. I didn't refuse it, i'm still waiting to get my shipment. Kindly solve it.

Kindly note that I have ordered 1 shoe rack amounting 9024 with some 5 other orders. I have receive my 5 orders on different days but my big order of shoe rack not get till date.

Please also note that I received message from TCS that our rider reach the given address but you are not available, After that I made complaint in tcs customer service that no one came to me or even not call to me she said to me sorry sir we will dispatch once again but today I receive call again from tcs and repeating same sentence that our rider came yesterday and you are not available.

Kindly I request you to solve this issue and give me the rider number I will contact him to receive my parcel.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is hereby reported that that on 13-11-2021, Placed and order # [protected] for Posture Corrector Belt, online through my MCB VISA debit card for Rs. 279/- only.

During the first transaction after entering OTP the system encountered some error and application halted. Screenshot attached.
I attempted again and completed the payment process successfully.

However, whlie checking the bank statement it was found that the amount Rs. 279/- was deducted twice whereas order was placed once.

It is still remained riddle that where the amount has gone? Means debited from my account but not credited anywhere.

Sir, can this system be trusted henceforth by millions of MCB online and ATM Service users.

I am sending you proof of payment / transactions, detail of order and bank statement duly highlighted.

Keeping in view the foregoing, it is submitted to kindly probe into the matter by taking corrective action to save millions of MCB Account holders from such situation. My amount Rs. 279/- may kindly be recovered and credited back to my Bank Account (My bank account details are mentioned in back statement). All the screenshots are attached.

An early action will be highly appreciated.

We ordered a Philips hair dryer. But why the box and there was a local type of hair dryer in it. The reputation of the DRAZ has been tarnished. So in the future I will tell every friend not to order anything from Draz app. This is all fraud. It is a total fraud.
The servant orders something but comes out with something else. On the contrary, the courier does not allow the box to be touched. That is to say, first the money, then the box. This is a total fraud. It's a total fraud.

I placed my order via Daraz app which was received by my TCS office Nawabshah City on Saturday 23/10/2021 and I requested the said office to kindly provide the stuff in time (Call History screen shot is provided).
The said office called on Tuesday night that My Home was closed while I myself was present at home, at the mentioned time in app (Screen shot is providedbelow).
It's therefore requested to cancel my order and also Make sure that The Said TCS Office Nawabshah delivers the stuff in time to other customers especially Iftikhar Shah employee, a very irresponsible person and misfit for the job

I am disappointed with your courier service in Kohat. They are not intentionally delivering my order. They have received order on Wednesday 13th Oct 2021 and are not delivering orders. The rider visits the area but doesn't deliver the order. Today on Friday, 15 Oct 2021, I visited your office at the Kohat Cantt office but your three representatives in the Kohat Cantt office misbehaved with me and refused to give order to me, even, I shared the order number #[protected] with them. This was a very bad experience with your services. I will also complain to the police for misbehaving with me.
