Bought a dish washer. Leaks. Wait 4 days Tech check for 15 min. Left. after 20 min. It leaks again. After 4 da. Tech came in. Chk again.Show that my documentation I recorded. . and tell him to wait for full cycle and said cannot finish the cycle and left. I'm angry. Tech said that I, m rude and abusive, He want me to smile and happy for all these.Wife return it coz no one answer the phone. Terrible customer serv. Hard to return item. Sales are final. dont buy in daniels, , its Frigidaire brand. daniels furniture store in anaheim, euclid ca.For almost 2 weeks of haggling with management they exchange it to Maytag.

    Purchased a room full of furniture. . .table, sofa, decor, the works. . .went to pick the items up and noticed the shyty return policy. . .three days. . .The federal government law says you have 30 days to return anything that you didn't sign in agreement to. So, I returned the items the same day, after I paid cash for them. Had to wait longer than 14 days to get a refund, because the refund check was post dated, and the cashier wasn't going to cut a new one. At pick up and before items were placed on the truck, noticed a tear on the side panel of a leather sectional. Wasn't there when I purchased it, but they wouldn't refund or take something off for the additional damage. Store personnel didn't even wrap it up. . .The cashier was really, really nasty. . .She needs to be fired and in the unemployement line. . .very nasty, no matter how you try to be nice. She didn't want to refund my money. So now I'm stuck with a torn leather sectional that has abroken leg, and I spent $1, 100 for. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DANIEL'S FURNITURE STORE IN CLEVELAND, OH. They are sharks and out to get your money, due to the bad economy. For those of you that use the layaway, never purchase anything, as they will give you just a hard time as paying in cash.
