Dallas BBQ service

On 3-26-2019 at approximately 2:45 PM, myself and a group of 7 teachers entered BBQ's in Washington Heights; upon entering the establishment a customer was throwing up, so we proceeded to move towards the bar and asked a waitress for a table and she was unresponsive and walked away from our party. A staff member directed our group towards the back of the restaurant. We then proceeded to called the waitress over and informed her that we were expecting another 2 teachers and needed another table in order to accommodate the group. Without saying a word in a hesitant and abrupt manner turned a table around knocking and pushing some of the chairs towards the floor and left them on the floor. It was blatantly obvious from her demeanor, that she did not want to service our group. The waitress left without saying a word and would walk about and around us without any acknowledgment. We called a second waitress over, who informed us that the above mentioned waitress was in fact our server. We were seated and waiting for her to take our orders for over 30 minutes. We observed her take orders from patrons that arrived after us, talk on her cell phone, and serve beverages to numerous tables. She rolled her eyes at our group and pointed and shook her finger at us as if we were bothering her. Finally, we got up and informed the manager of her unprofessional behavior. As we spoke to the manager she stop servicing a table looked directly at us and behind the manager's back was smirking and rolling her eyes at our group as if she was bother by our presence in the establishment. Dallas BBQ customer service

My husband and I had family in town. So we decided to take his pregnant sister and her husband (4) to BBQ's for what we thought would be an great experience. Upon arrival to such restaurant. We were immediately seated but it took 32 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge our existence. When we were finally greeted by the waiter C.J our orders were taken. We sat patiently waiting for the arrival of our food while watching 6 other tables be seated. 2 of these tables had at least 6 people. After an hour we watched every single table that had been seated and greeted after us, receive their food. My husband then addressed the manager Mariano who told us the kitchen was backed up and that it takes awhile. The waiter C.J joined him in saying that cooking wings takes long. We were beyond irritated in that we had only ordered wings and fries and every table that placed their order after ours had wings. No one was apologetic but rather nasty to us as if we were wrong to complain. No one should ever have to experience being seated for more than an hour and a half without food. This experience was a complete disaster. We were not only treated poorly but the manager was very disrespectful. My husband who is a police officer showed him his badge and told him that he needed to do a better job at dealing with customer service. He just threw us the bill for our drinks and demanded that we paid. No respect for our inconvenience. In addition to this disaster we witnessed a waitress take drinks off of tables and place them in a freezer instead of discarding the drinks. Definitely an embarrassing experience.

Dallas BBQ service

I went to dinner this past Sunday (02/24/19) with two of my friends. We ordered a total of 3 Texas sized frozen cocktails and our respective meals. As We were nearing the end of our meal and I was getting to the end of my cocktail I noticed something in my glass. Upon further inspection I discovered it was a broken piece of plate. Our server brought the check over and I asked if were possible to speak with a manager. After waiting 15-20 minutes the manager arrived at our table. My friend politely explained the situation and the manager asked me "What would I like for him to do? Did I want an ambulance called or my drinks comp?" I told him I would like my drinks comped. He asked to see our bill and then told me he would comp my drink. I told him "Sir in light of the situation I would like all the drinks comped. He then replied very rudely, I cannot do that and stormed off. I was very upset at being treated as such because I found something that could cause me bodily harm in my drink. Not to mention getting that kind of service at an eatery located in the heart of one of the major cities in the world.

Dallas BBQ food/service and management

Ok when we got there it took them over 20+ before we was act knowledge. I had to ask a waiter can we be served He didn't seem to happy like I was bothering him. Anyway I ordered the chicken and waffles and when it finally came it had this sauce on it that made the waffle taste so bad, and to top it off The waffle head scallions in it as well just nasty, told Managerment some Chinese Asian looking guy he said he can't do nothing about it and wouldn't even take off anything off the bill

Dallas BBQ service

I went to Dallas BBQ East Village location tonight and had leave after waiting for my food for over 40 minutes. My girlfriend and I got our drink and when she tried to get water from the waiter it was impossible. The waiter was completely uninterested in taking out order to begin with. We had been waiting for our food for over 40 minutes and nobody ever approached us. I finally called over the manager on duty, Tamana and he never apologized. We asked for the check to pay for our drink and never did we receive an apology.The waiter/server only came to our table after he saw me talking to the manager and said he checked on our order because it had been over 30 minutes. Not an apology or anything. Meanwhile 3 tables that were sat way after us got their food while we never even got our appetizer. I am beyond upset and highly disappointed.

Dallas BBQ rewards program/ customer service

The rewards programs is completely bogus. They app says to use the code on the receipt (which doesn't exist) to redeem your rewards. After not being able to find the code I contacted true Co-op city location only to be bounced around on the phone until a manager rudely told me he can't do anything to help me then he hung up. Never again will they receive a penny from me

Dallas BBQ bad customer service

I had dinner at the BBQ's in Chelsea September 21, 2018 around 9 pm. I have been there a few times service there never is that great but, this time around was one of the worst experience I ever had there. My server KARENA gave me the worst customer service I have ever and this was the second time he took care of me and both times were horrible. This time around was far worse than the last time, she was extremely slow at bringing us everything we ordered and water, and she didn't even both coming to check on us to see if we were doing ok with our food. At a certain point I didn't see her around for about 30 minutes and of course all I wanted was the check. I asked another employee if I could speak with a manger. The manager came to the table and I explained to him what was going on and made him aware that this isn't the first time Karena has given me such poor service. I assumed he was gonna bring me the check but instead the server did and she just threw it down on the table a just walked away. She then came back and snatched my credit card out of my hand and walked away again without saying anything. I then get the receipt and of course she went ahead and charged me and added tip to the bill. I spoke to the manager again and asked why I was charged tip when I received bad service. He cancelled the charge and charged me without tip. As he was doing this Karena being unprofessional as she is was pointing at me while talking to another employee about what was going on. I mentioned that to the manager but it really didn't seem like he was going to do anything about it.

If your going to give horrible service you probably shouldn't be working at a restaurant. Honestly I shouldn't even of paid for the bill after such a bad experience.
I am extremely upset about this and don't think I'll ever go to the place ever again.
I would like a refund because again I shouldn't of had to pay for this nor should have anyone that experiences a situation like this. Karena should also be fired for being so unprofessional and nasty towards a customer.

Dallas BBQ I am complaining about the rudeness of the duty manager and what happened with my dining experience

This Monday September 19 i came to dine in with my wife at 8:30PM and we ordered Homemade colesslo to start with and two platters of Steak and shrimp medium well with yellow rice, first the two platters came but mine was missing the tarter sauce, i asked the server and he bring me two, then when i started to eat my steak it was medium not medium well as per i requested, i informed the server and he took it away, it took almost 15 minutes to bring me a new one but without no rice with it, i asked the server about the rice, he had to go again and bring me a new side of rice, during all this my wife was almost finished her meal then i started myself to proceed eating mine which was very annoying to me as i work in the same industry as fine dining restaurant manager, so i know how it feels like.
I am a Dallas bbq customer since four years and i never expected that service.
The main issue now that i asked the server to call me the duty manager, he came after 15 minutes and he wasnt smiling at all to me, i explained to him what happened exactly then he said that he will give me 30% discount, i checked the bill then i was surprised as i found him giving me a discount of 6$ on my platter not on the whole bill which i was shocked as 6$ will not make any difference for me and thats not the way to compensate a customer for ruining his night dinner with his wife, i spoke to the manager again whose name is RANJIT and he was very very rude with me to the extreme which i was expecting at all, he refused to do anything more where i was really very annoyed, i called 911 because of his attitude but when they came they said they cant do anything and i have to address the corporate office for a complain.
I asked him about his employee number and his full name but he refused in a very rude way and threatened me to get me the police again from outside.
I have never experience such an incident before cause i am polite with everyone and i am assuming the same way of treatment from others and i dont expect that your company will accept such attitude from a duty manager for such a large branch.

Dallas BBQ online order

I made an online order last night and the store on 166street and Broadway gave me a totally different order which we couldn't eat and when I contacted the manager on duty I was told that he couldn't deliver my food to me even though he admitted that they fully messed up my order. I was totally livid not only was I not able to feed my young grandkids I feel that I was not shown any compassion under the circumstances with my order being totally messed up. Moving forward I don't think that I will be ordering from here again!

Dallas BBQ unethical behavior - would not serve alcoholic drinks

I've been a big Dallas BBQ fan for years. I love their Texas sized drinks and appetizers but last night something really unpleasant happened at their Times Square - NYC location. I'm 36 years old and I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend who's 34 and recently moved here from Brazil. She doesn't have a NY State Id but she has her official Brazilian picture id but the waitress would not serve her a drink unless she showed her passport. First of all, she is clearly over 21 (and so am I) and anyone who would look at us would see that we are at least 30 years old. Second of all it's very dangerous to carry a passport around the city because if we lose it or it gets stolen, it's very complicated to get another one. My girlfriend was eager to try Dallas BBQ drinks and we had planned a special night. I usually work late hours but I took half day off to have dinner with her and enjoy a drink but we were really disappointed. I totally understand that if a establishment sells alcohol to people under 21 they can get in trouble but she showed her official picture id from Brazil and that's what really pisses me off. Thanks for ruining our night Dallas BBQ.

Dallas BBQ online order not placed /when food arrives still missing items on the order list

I am writing this email because I am terribly unsatisfied with my experience with Dallas BBQ. A co-worker last day of work was on 1/30/2018, and since his favorite restaurant is Dallas BBq I ordered online the day before (1/29 @4: 40 pm) (Conf#408532) to make sure the lunch arrived at 12 pm when a scheduled lunch was in place for members of our staff. I called the Dallas bbq located at 1265 3rd ave and asked the 1st person I spoke to when should I be expecting my order since it was now 12:06 pm, I was transferred in total 3 times and the 2nd and 3rd person said he didn't receive my order? I questioned this because I kept saying to each person I have a confirmation number and only the last person asked what it was he did tell me he was the manager. After he looked into it said oh I see it goodbye..?! I yelled hello because I didn't know what I see it goodbye meant? I said when should I be expecting the food he said 20 mins and hung up. The food arrived in 38 mins and when it arrived it was missing a meal that belonged to a pregnant co-worker. I called back once again and the manager said I didn't order anything else and then said yes your right and when the food was delivered 29 mins later (the 2nd time) he gave 4 extra cornbread and 2 cans of soda. My bill was $112.08 and I feel I should be compensated for all if not some of this due to this chaotic situation.

Dallas BBQ poor management

I came to 42nd street bbqs for drinks and food with my 2 friends. Everything was going good until they brought the food out. As the guy was juggling with multiple plates to place them on the table he spilled the sticky wings sauce on my friends arm and shirt. Please keep in mind that the wings have sticky sauce on them which is extremely hot. When our waiter came we asked to speak with the manager. When the manager, Dennis Ray (I believe that's his last name) came we were trying to explain what happened and was speaking calmly while the so called manager Dennis was giving us attitude. He asked, well who did it burn and saying he only was concern with that person. I stood quiet because I didnt want the situation to escalate any further for no reason. I don't think that a "manager" or a so called "manager" should have been responding in such way. If this was my job and my boss heard me saying that I would be FIRED! It's not how you treat your value customers. My friends and I come here all the time and never have I experienced such rudeness.

Dallas BBQ ridiculous delivery charge

So I have ordered from Dallas BBQ's in the Fordham Road area for quite some time now but recently I've placed orders online because it's cheaper than calling the restaurant, when it comes to the delivery charge. but just in recent weeks I've tried to order online and they have disable the function so orders cannot be placed online with your address. which makes you now call the store and place an order directly and they charge a ridiculous 20%-30% on top of the bill that you're paying as per the restaurant policy is $50 or more.

Dallas BBQ Disrespectful treatment

Mothers Day eve Comming from watching the ojays at kings theater my wife and I decided to go to bbq to eat. I had a Islamic button on my shirt and told the waiter to give me steak, chicken, and beef ribs. I pecifikly told him 6 times that im allergic to pork so make sure its beef and my wife ordered chicken fingers and rice. When he came back he gave her fries instead of rice and on purpose gave me pork ribs hidden under a pile of onions with the pork juice on everything. I knew something was wrong because he kept smiling like something was funny. I took 2 bites and through up all over the rest room and the manager who said his name is Robert A did nothing but offered me beef ribs before I threw up in the bathroom. On the way back from the bathroom the worker and manager were laughing together in my face, destroyed what could have been a good night for me and my wife and it really hurt me as a man and my wife because it destroyed her mother's day!

Dallas BBQ you better read this

I can not believe some of the things that I have seen with this company. I've frequented a few times; giving it the benefit of the doubt. What was one of the building blocks to my explosion is that I stopped by the 72 street location and I over heard a woman talking to a manager concerning a waiter and she had told the manager that he cussed at her. I refuse to get involved, but I had been a few tables next to her and she was complete piece of #. I'm pretty sure he got into trouble too. Me, honestly taking the time to write this is ridiculous because I know how much no one, honestly, cares. I laugh as I say, I hope you take into consideration that most of the customers i've seen are straight up #. Frankly, i'm surprised some of your workers haven't decked some of them in the face. On the complete other hand, your time square location is the reason why I could not - not say anything. I hope that some of your employees there get a reality check because I would not tip them # if I had to. I went there once and I think you'd have to pay me to go back. I cant believe im actually saying this! But, the actual glares I got from some of those employees were completely and utterly disgusting. I'm a server in manhattan and, my god, I still wouldn't give them a dime for my sympathy. The best thing i've seen so far is those people taking pictures. I gave that girl a bigger tip then my server and id damn well do it again. This has nothing to do with the mediocre food or even simply, "the customer being right" #, but the fact of the matter is that for the first time in my life, I feel like dallas bbq has single handedly destroyed common sense and rationality and that I can hang my head undoutedly in regards to admiting that I now feel that idiots are actually taking over all of our, what once was, hospitality services. I honestly don't expect too much to happen from this, unfortunately. But, I guess it's better that someone may read this and hide it from everyone else; ignoring reality, as expected.

Dallas BBQ Disappointing experience

I recently placed a take out order, and was shocked and utterly disappointed at the sub-standard service I received. The employee, who totaled my order, did not greet me, nor did she show me any eye contact. At the very least she did not thank me for my business.

Her poor posture and complete disconnect was that of a person that could care less about her job or the dallas bbq brand. Clearly, she does not take her position seriously and should not be on the front line.

Her cold and sterile attitude has completely turned me away from doing any future business with any dallas bbq chain.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to relay my horrible experience at your establishment located in NYC Chelsea Dallas BBQ restaurant Friday 3/18/16. Let me start by saying that I consider myself one of your most valuable customers but my most recent experience has led me reconsider where I eat and spend my money.
One of my co-workers retired Friday we all voted to take her to our usual place (Dallas BBQ) to indulge in a few drinks and dinner in celebration of her retirement. AT 5:30pm we were greeted by a hostess (young women w/glasses) who asked how many were in our party, it would have been a party of 11 but at the time it was just 8 of us. She stated we could not be seated until all 11 people were there, this is at 5:40pm the manager came out and asked the same question as the hostess and confirmed what the hostess had said. We asked if we could have a table for just the 8 of us and they said they had a table for 16 and it couldn’t be broken down, which I thought was very bazaar but at this point we said ok, we will wait.
Now it’s 6:00pm and the rest of our party has arrived. I went back to the hostess to let her know and she said as soon as a table came available we would be seated. She explained there was a large party downstairs (150 people) and we would be seated ASAP.
Now it is 6:30pm nothing yet, here comes 7:00pm (now at my boiling point ) NO way we arrived at 5:30 and it is now 7:00pm and we have not been seated and please believe me if it wasn’t for the fact that we waited so long already and the fact this was a suppose to be a retirement dinner, it’s late, we’re hurry and tired, we should have left and went across the street to Boston Market. Never once did the manager or hostess apologize or take in the fact the we all are standing in a corner for 2 hours. I felt like I was in the Twilights zone
Now its 7:45 the 150 people from downstairs are leaving and once again here comes the hostess asking for another 5 minutes to allow the table to be set up. Needless to say we didn’t receive our food until 8:30pm.
All the manager cared about was making sure we wasn’t blocking the doorway, again never once an apology or offered us a free drink or appetizers once we were finally seated.
How is this possible? This establishment is located in the heart of NYC. This is not acceptable for a reputable establishment. I honestly hope my review/compliant will be acted upon first by acknowledging this letter then by retraining the staff or closing the facility.
Note: We paid for the food served which totaled $414.00.

Dallas BBQ Customer service

On 1/30/12 my family and I attended dinner at the 3956 broadway new york new york location. I had one of the worst experiences ever at that location. We stood for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated the hostess that was on shift was sitting down at a booth and we had to sought after her to get seated. Then we waited another ten minutes until our server named patricia p. Came to our table and that was just for drinks. We barely seen her the entire time we had to keep looking for her when we needed additional napkins and extra condiments. What ended up happening was other servers had to help us with our needs. She never came back with our ticket we then had to hunt a manager down and they were no help. Another server had to find patricia p. And in the and she over charge me on my bill. After I explained to her the incorrect charges she then takes off three dollars when in return it should had been six. She walks away again and another server had to take my payment. All the while two managers where right there talking while this whole problem was going on. I would like to speak with someone immediately about getting my credit back on my bill. Thank you

I went to the Nostrand and Flatbush Ave Dallas BBQ, yesterday at around 2:15pm.. We was seated pretty quick, it wasn't crowded. We got this muscles looking black man, with noticeable long black Dread Lots hair, as our server. He was very friendly, . He ask us if we wanted cocktail, and we asked for two waters, and since I don't drink, my friend had the large mug glass drink, with the big bottle of wine, plunged in the middle. ( mango, pineapple, and a parasol sticking out on top). I order from the state menu, the sweet and spicy crab cake, and then ordered, the quarter rotisserie chicken, it came with my choice of side salad, and corn bread. My friend order, the salmon, and strimp grilled combo, the salad was her side, no corn bread. Our waiter brought out the water, and the big drink. Then about ten minutes later, another server brought out our main meal.( quarter chicken, and the strimp combo ). We asked for some tartar sauce, and the other server said, he will be back with my Bbg sauce, and tarter source, in which he did. Then I asked him about my spicy crab cake starter. He looked bewildered, he said that he will be right back. The our dread lots, muscles man, original server, came hurrying up to our table, he stated, " I am sorry about your crab cake, he said, due to a mixed up, then he asked, do u still want the crab cake?" Since we had out meal, already on the table, I said " ok you could cancel the crap cake" he said that he was sorry, and we will get one dessert free, for his mistake. After we was finish, we was wait for him to come and ask us, if we waned some dessert, I didn't want dessert, but we would have shared, the free dessert, that he promise me. Then he showed up with the bill, and these two small cup cake. I know that they give out these small cup cake to mostly everybody. I have been to Dallas Bbq, all around the country, and NY State, I live upstate NY. I asked him about the dessert that he promised me, for the crap cake mixup. Then he got kinda coy, with the stupid grin on his face, he said, that this is the dessert that he was talking about. I said, they give this to everybody. He had nothing to say after that. I wasn't mad, about this, but I felt that he was playing me as a fool. Then the bill was $48, and some change, we waited about ten minutes, and we was so in gross about the server foolishness about the dessert, I didn't even looked at the bill. I gave him three twenty, $60.00, he gave me back $11.00 and some change, but no check receipt. I left him $10.00, tip. As I was driving upstate, toward my home. I though about the bill, and the the $48.00. Then it hit me, $48 dollars, he charged me, for those Crap cake stater. My meal was $8.00 dollars (Quarter chicken), my friend meal was $14.00, and the big drink, was $10.00. That was it, plus 2 waters. The total should have been around $32.00 dollars, before taxes. I didn t get my slip, therefor I have nothing to check back on. Now, in or due fairness, do your include gratuity on the checks upfront? If you do, then he was correct, and I just didn t realized the upfront tip on check, and he got another 10 dollars on top. But if your don't calculate tip on the checks upfront, then they are pulling off scams, on some customers, in which, I have a big proplem with. Therefoe your management sould address. Dallas BBQ waitress

My name is Amy Tirado and I am 31 years old. Three years ago I met the man of my dreams, Marco Tirado while shopping at the Target store on Riverdale. We had our first date 3 weeks later at the Dallas BBQ'S on Fordham where Jimmys Bronx Cafe used to be. Everything was perfect and a year later he proposed to me infront of the Target store where we met and took me to lunch at BBQ'S where we had our first date. That place was always special to me because that's where we would go every Friday for my favorite crab cakes and blue hawaii's. The staff was great and very attentive. I always noticed that one waitress in particular was very attentive to us when we would go in there. She would really go out of her way to please us, or so I thought. I became pregnant with my now three month old daughter, Chloe and life couldn't seem better except I was always sick and my husband was never around. Needless to say, the thought of BBQ'S while I was pregnant was out of the question. About 6 months into my pregnancy things were getting bad between my husband and I. He rarely came home and when he did we always fought. When asked if he had dinner he would always say, I went to BBQ'S. During one of my doctor appointments I found out I had an STD and that's when I realized my husband was having an affair. I confronted him and he finally admitted to having an affair with the waitress from BBQ'S. Her name is /name removed/ and she is also the proud PERMANENT owner of the now infamous STD, HERPES! This woman destroyed my marriage, my life and my childs life. She had no remorse when I confronted her and infact blamed me for my husband or should I say soon to be ex husband, running to her. Now what I would like to know is why is she handling food when she clearly has something that is contagious. Do they know it, do they care? I wonder how many other husbands and boyfriends or lovers has she come between. My life will never be the same and I can't do anything to her for destroying my life. But I can post this and out her for the DIRTY SLUT SHE IS. Most of all it gives a heads up to anyone going to that BBQ'S and has her as a waitress. I will be calling the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH on BBQ'S and reporting them as well for having someone with that type of illness around the public. We eat that food and use that bathroom and yet she is infected. /name removed/ YOU DESTROYED MY LIFE AND NOW I'M GOING TO DESTROY YOURS.

Yea, you would know all that info about the virus wouldnt you since you have herpies too! you probably came across this searching your itching symptoms and all info on the virus... :( Poor thing... Oops did i hit it right on the money!. By the way bit** my problem is not herpies hunny it was hpv not that it makes a diffrence... And who said anything about Food or toilets or catching anything! Dumb f*** anything this poor woman went through because of her man cheating with this waitress and catching a disease while being pregnant is what caught my attention and why i told her to sue since brauds like that together with heartless pigs like her ex destroy marriages and lives too... Dallas BBQ poor customer service and fraud

I went to BBQ in Time Square tonight and was treated like garbage! I was extremely distraught with the way I was spoken to by the 3 managers at this location. Me and my friend went to this restaurant 2/22/2010 after work at 9:00pm. We were seated and the waiter asked us what we wanted. We both ordered drinks, I ordered a strawberry frosted drink, and my friend ordered the special which was a strawberry long island ice tea. When we received the drinks, we both began to drink ours, immediately my friend said hers didn't taste right. We then proceeded to tell the waiter and the waiter said the manager would have to come and talk to us about her drink. While we were waiting for the manager our food arrived and I was quite surprised that my meat was burnt and inedible, this is not the first time I have been to BBQs and ordered both the strawberry frozen drink and the rotisserie chicken, which tasted great when I had them in the past. When the manager arrived my friend told him the drink did not taste right and she would like him to replace it for a plain strawberry frozen drink. The manager told her very rudely that we don't do that 'anymore.' We were taken back by this remark, and then said what are you talking about. He said we don't return drinks, and we said we don't want to return it we want a different one because this doesn't taste right. He refused to take the drink back and I told him that we just won't pay for it! My friend asked for a glass of water and he went to go and get it and when he brought it back I asked him why my chicken was burnt, he said all chicken that comes off the rotisserie is burnt, this is a lie. I have eaten this chicken before and it was not burnt. The server brought a new piece of chicken and it’s burnt as well. The server left the chicken and when I spoke to the manager he said do you want another one that isn't burnt, and I told him that is what I should have gotten to begin with. I told he could take the entire plate of food I didn't want anything. During the time period of waiting for the manager to come back and forth to our table I ate the baked potato, do you know he put the baked potato on the bill! The server brought the bill over with the drink on it that my friend said didn't taste right, we told the manager we weren't going to pay for this and he still put in the bill. We left the amount of money for my friend entree and my drink and proceeded to leave. When we arrived downstairs the two men asked us about the bill and we told them that she did not like the taste of the drink and one man had the audacity to say that we are adults and we made the choice to order the beverage. Things were getting out of hand and I said the customer service I received has been awful and he said if I felt this way I shouldn't come back. I said I wouldn't and walked out, and told them to call the police because I wasn't arguing with them anymore. I work every day and for this restaurant to think I merely didn't want to pay $10 for a drink is ludicrous, I merely wanted to get another one based upon the taste, the drink more likely has soap residue in it. But they don't change beverages, working in the food and beverage industry that doesn't even seem legal or healthy. I believe the practice that they stated was based upon the clientele they attract. I don't believe they would treat a different clientele in this manner. I want an apology.

Carlos at the 42nd street location was rude, for a manager he has poor management skills...now after reading the post I see it wasn't just me... long story short the "crispy cod platter "was not a quality meal I didn't eat it. I reordered the salmon dinner that tasted like human food. Carlos refused to take off the "cod platter "which was 13.99, because he said it was at the table to long I should have told him sooner ...I asked had I told him sooner would he have sold it to another customer, because that doesn't matter I did not eat it I shouldn't have to pay for it.

I went with 7 of my friends to the Dallas BBQ at 281 West Fordham Road in the Bronx [protected]. We had a horrible experience of theft and lies there. The waiter, Ron P. lied to the manager who believed him. We ordered three large drinks which were $9.99. The waiter brought us three champagne bottles. I questioned him about the three bottles since we did not order them. He said they came with the drinks. At the end of the night, he added those three bottles as if we had ordered them separately. I spoke to the manager who sided with him. They were both so disrespectful. They laughed and even mimicked me in front of my students. IN addition, they overcharged us on the tax and gratuity. Not to mention, the waiter was short, ugly and balding and the manager was a huge whale with his pants ganging off his butt and an un kept messy face. He seemed drunk. PEOPLE be WARNED, if you like BBQ, make sure you check the prices and record the conversation. NEVER AGAIN! GOD SEES EVERYTHING!

Good evening I ordered the family special for 2 with honey basted chicken and one of the orders had a piece of the rotisserie string in it and I choked on it as I was eating the chicken and I called to complain about
The situation to the manager named carlos he wouldn't give me his last name said he was the only manager named carlos and he was also nasty with an attitude he could not even Apologize to me or even ask me if I wanted a refund on my order or ask if I was okay. This is very unprofessional an unexceptable for your business and me being a customer I could have been with the health department or a undercover for cooprate and that would have been a really bad review for your restaurant located on 42nd street in times Square nyc. I like bbq's but when you have the wrong people representing your business especially when it comes to a complaint it makes it bad for the company but some of these manager's need to show a little more respect for their customer's because of us being customer's they get paid and bbq's is still in business because without customer's bbq's would be closed down

THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THIS PLACE. The manager on duty, Mr Kar, states that he offered to send a delivery person to pick up your order so that he could process a refund. He also states that you refused to let the order be picked up. He is not authorizing a refund. I also understand that you were given a replacement burger and drink for free? And offered a gift card? Even after the corporate office told them to refund 16 dollars . Are they that press for cash that . they cant to the right thing LARRY@dallasbbq.com, Paul@dallasBBQ.com so more bad post for 16 dollars lmfao sad and petty for thei RESTAURANT, the MANAGEMENT STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACE
