Dairy Queen chicken strips

So me and my 2 brothers went to the Gresham Dairy Queen with our mom. We then decided upon ordering splendid blizzard treats, we then feasted upon these, and my littlest brother decided to go back and order a chicken strip. The boy who happened to be working at this hour decided to ring him up for a 6 PIECE! He then broke into tears when he heard he got this. We got a refund, but the damage had already been inflicted.

Dairy Queen filthy staff

These people including the supervisor handle money and never once washed there hands nor used any plastic gloves or nothibg! So how long has it been that you washed your nasty hands? How many wash your hands signs can you ignore? This whole location here in Gulfport MS needs a training session in how to more cleanly. In fact I'm going to involve the health commision because they also handle meat! This is sad because we only have one dairy queen.

Dairy Queen service & cleanliness

Store on Sussex Hwy 13 in Seaford, DE:
Had a very bad experience here last night. The employees AND manager were filthy, uniforms looked like they were never washed. At least 4 people behind counter & only one boy corrected something. Others were very angry people & rude! Acted like they couldn't be bothered. Please take this in consideration. My friends & I will never go back.

Dairy Queen cake not ready for pick up

Ordered a birthday cake online and when I went to pick it up not only was it not ready, they said there was no order placed. I showed verification email but they said sorry, no orders placed. I asked to speak with manager and turned out I was already dealing with shift supervisor. I asked them what I was supposed to do now and all they said was sorry. I stormed out, with no resolution. Dairy Queen service

Kandace at the Hereford, TX Dairy Queen was rude, loud, and saying bad words.
We will not be returning, it's always dirty, never have what you want. Everytime we have gone to this dairy queen it seems to get worse, playing basket ball from a small net hanging up, everyone standing around while one person is trying to serve the customers. No supervision at all. Clean the place up and do better background checks on people. Disappointed it used to be a nice place to take the kids.

Dairy Queen sanitation/customer service

I went to the Dairy Queen in Bremen GA. I ordered a hot dog with ketchup, mustard, and onions. When I received my hot dog it came plain. I told the girl at window and when I tried to hand it back. She saw it was plain and at said keep it and following protocol. Then a manager told her to get hit dog back so we handed it to her. I then got a hot dog with the right condiments ketchup, mustard and onions. The hot dog had obviously been microwaved excessively as the dog was overcooked and so hot. It was so hot It put a blister on the roof of my mouth. It tastes horrible but we had already left and couldn't turn around.

Dairy Queen banana split and hold the toppings

I ordered a banana split at The Elkton Virginia DQ, it came out with hardly any toppings. If you looked under the bottom you could see a little smearing of chocolate, there was maybe four little cubes I'd very dry pineapple, and a thimble full of strawberries. I told the girl " damn you're getting skimpy on the toppings and she just looked and said busily sorry, then didn't give my receipt.
This store sucks and always has. I've never complained before but I sure as hell am now. I stopped getting ANYTHING other than ice cream and now that a major disappointment. Buns on burgers have fell apart or the crust flakes off to where it's only white, fries are limp and white and have very little taste. Their usually slow as hell in the drive thru, they just seem so lazy and unprofessional.😡😡😡😡😡

You are not able to ask for a receipt, and yet you call a grown up woman a girl? You use childish expressions such as "this store sucks" and you call her a girl. You have no patience and you call the grown woman a girl. You act like a child and you call a grown woman a girl. Maybe she was slow because of a physical disability. Hopefully one day you are injured in an accident and it makes you slow and you have a jerk like yourself judge you. I doubt this will happen because most people are more tolerant and better mannered than you.

Dairy Queen service. im complaining about attitude of staff in dairy queen near gate number 24 in donmeaung international departure.

Saturday 25th May, 6.45am, the staff asked me to wait when I want to order cause she need to fill some forms?! After that she quite not happy and make me feel like really annoying her. She asked me to add topping with really bad attitude and haven't asked me what size I want but chose for me. If have chance 1 more time, I NEVER COME BACK.

Chicken strips were broken and said have a nice day so I drove off went around again to get drink they forgot to give me and the had trouble with customer in front of me so by the time I got to window my
Ice cream was melting asked for another some one else gave me a smaller cup and said oh our ice cream is very soft today

Dairy Queen drive through kingsport tennessee

At 7:10 pm, we placed our order for two boxes of chocolate dilly bars. After waiting in the drive through line almost 20 minutes, we were told they did not have any chocolate dilly bars and was offered butterscotch. No apology was given. They usually confirm they have an item before confirming our order and making us wait. We have purchasing two to four boxes of dilly bars each week but it is highly unlikely we will go back.

Dairy Queen was not helped at counter

Today I entered the DQ on River Rd in Eugene oregon, there was not a single person in line, it was empty. I walked up to counter and no one was there, I waited 5 minutes and NO ONE ever acknowledged me. I yelled "hello" 3 times... still no acknowledgment, banged on counter. Finally yelled to a lady in back cooking, she replied "someone will get to you when they can" after 3 more minutes i walked out.
Called store 5 minutes later to get corporate number for complaint and was told they do NOT give out that number for complaints... interesting!
However I found the number on the internet so not sure why they will not give it out.
I go to this location alot and they are by no means ever "great", always slow but today was ridiculous... there should always be an employee on the counter helping customer.
I went to Albertsons down the street and bought Ben & jerry's.

Dairy Queen wait time in drive-thru line and cold food

I am currently sitting in the Drive-Thru line at the Leechburg PA Dairy Queen. I've been waiting approximately 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line because they never have food ready. When you do get the food a lot of times one or both of the items are cold. I only ordered the chicken strip basket meal without the soda no condiments no nothing. After 15 minutes I finally got my food my chicken strips for hot in my fries were cold. This is not the first instance where I've had this at this location

Wait time depends on what the people in front of you ordered. a lot of things are cooked to order...onion rings, cheese curds, grilled chicken, and EVERYTHING is made fresh. LIke it says in the slogan it's not fast food.

Dairy Queen dairy queen on 13th st norfolk ne 68701

I would like someone from the franchise or such to make a random stop at this location. I do go there from time to time as I like their products but the establishment isn't very clean. It doesn't matter time of day or which day it's just pretty gross in there! Floor is sticky, windows full of smudges, ice machine empty I have to wash my table off b/f I sat down. Behind the counter I realize they were working but just looking around it too appears nasty. By the trash the corner is dirty and it appears that it hasn't been swept for some time. I just finally after a year decided to comment! I have to wonder what OSHA or the food and drug would say! The 13th street needs a major cleanup! Please follow thru with this or give me the correct number to contact! Thank you!

Dairy Queen bun of my pulled pork sandwich.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich last night for dinner at my local DQ. The pork inside was good, but around the outside of the bun it was very hard all the way around. I had to cut off around the whole edge of the bun, top & bottom, just to be able to finish this sandwich. I had driven thru the drive thru & had taken it home, or else I would have asked for a fresher bun had I been eating at the restaurant. Very disappointing.

Dairy Queen service

While vacationing in Berlin Ohio a group of 10 of us visited the Dairy Queen. We placed our order at 1:11 PM on a Saturday afternoon at 1:47 PM half of the group had received their food and the other half had not. While other customers continued to come in and be waited on and served we still have not received our food. When I said something to the employee he yelled at all of us and said we're doing the best we can. I then got up and went to speak to the manager who did nothing. So several of us left without our food while the rest of them had eaten and most of their food was cold. Nothing was said to that employee for yelling at the customers I was very very disappointed. This has never ever happened at any restaurant before alone at Dairy Queen. It turns out that the employee that took our orders was the same one that yelled at us and he threw all of the receipts in the trash instead of putting them back to the kitchen to fill our order. I will never ever recommend that Dairy Queen to anyone while visiting

Dairy Queen false advertisement and owner not taking care of the problem.

On at least 3 different sites, ( maybe more, I didn't check) Dairy Queen offers 1 small Blizzard FREE, just for downloading their app. Well, in Sweet Home, Or. the owner of the restaurant is not going to honor this. She asked me to send her screen shots of the advertising of the free Blizzard, so I wasted about 30 mins of my time searching. I found 3 different ads that promised the free Blizzard if you downloaded the app and sent them to her. I waited, and, waited, and, 3 days later, I am still waiting for her to get back with me! I've texted, and even called her, yet I am being ignored! This is after she said she will help me resolve this and asked me to send the screen shots. Which is not my job, SHE owns this Dairy Queen, she should know these things, right? People! It's 1 small Blizzard free... That I showed her proof of is being advertised, yet I feel as if this lady is treating me like a liar. Like I'm trying to get over on her or something! She is ignoring me even after the proof I sent her! This is false advertisement then! She is being unprofessional! She lied to me! I want the free Blizzard that is advertised and she has to honor it but is ignoring me!

As Kmart said, not every promotion is honoured at every store and they state that at the bottom of their ads/promotional materials (Select Locations only/Participating Locations only/excluding x/y state) If this offer is not on their corporate website, then screenshots from other sites like pennypinchers or whatever other sites hold no weight at all. I could make a website that said "Free $10 gift card when you download x app or come into store and say I'm your biggest fan" just because I publish it, it doesn't make it true.

Dairy Queen service and product

We visited DQ in Leduc Ab. Thursday May 9 2019 about 5:30 pm. I asked for a cheeseburger without the bun. I asked if we could have a lettuce wrap for it and the clerk said no, that's not done here, the clerk asked if this was a combo I said yes so we got ff, pop and a summertime blizzard. Total price $13. 94. I then ordered the same for myself but said I do want a bun on mine. My total came to $9.45. I questioned the difference in price and the girl at the till said I ordered it wrong. So I wasn't about to make a fuss and went to the table. When the food was delivered, the hamburger without the bun was certainly unappealing, no condiments, no toppings, just an ugly plain, bare peice of meat w cheese on it. I went back to the counter to complain and was told that's the way it comes, I told him this was disgraceful. They took it, put a pickle slice and squirt of ketchup. I said no more, bc I was so angry I didn't want to lose my cool. When I open my hamburger, it had lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion. I don't understand why they couldn't have done this for the 1st one! Very poor customer service, very high expectations of you to expect people to accept this.

Dairy Queen breakfast biscuits and gravy

Recently I had bought a biscuit and gravy breakfast and was by no means satisfied. The biscuit was too hard to cut with plastic utensils and there was a very small amount of gravy. The next morning when I stopped oh yeah I stop there every morning and have for quite some time the same lady was there and when I tried to express my concern she stated as I was talking "you shoulda called when you noticed it. So I go this morning, 5/8/2019 and get my normal biscuit and gravy breakfast and again when I get to work I see what looks like something has been placed into a blender or what I would consider just plain horrible looking. I am posting a picture of exactly how my breakfast looked this morning. I'm getting nowhere addressing this issue locally. Cannonsburg Ky Dairy Queen.

Dairy Queen service

My wife and I and grandkids have been going to this Dairy Queen for 15 years almost every week. My daughter got a peanut Buster Parfait and you could just look at it and see that the chocolate just wasn't right possibly only one pump of chocolate instead of two. You could see it was very skimpy, it was made wrong. I brought it up to the manager she said I could go up and pay for Pay for more chocolate if I wanted extra chocolate. I told her that it was made wrong but she said if you wanted more chocolate you can pay for my chocolate and she really just treated me with total disrespect and said that she just didn't care when I said I've been coming here for a long time and know what one should look like. All the while I was very polite but she wasn't.5-4-19 8pm.
I never had a single problem with service before or product. I was absolutely shocked that a place of service wouldn't honor their product or the customer. There was obviously training new people the person that took our order made 2 to 3 mistakes which had to get fixed by a manager. And it took an extra long time to get our ice cream. Dairy Queen chico cherry lovers blizzard

I looked it up on line and it showed it on there but when I got there the girl told me they didn't have it I was upset but she didn't seem to care [protected] I had gone earlier in the week to the one on us one in Miami Florida they had it seems like all Dairy Queen should have the same things I won't go back I ended up not getting anything I go to Dairy Queen quite often but not anymore
