Dairy Queen blizzard

Hello, my husband and I went to our local D.Q. last night. The lady who served us, did not turn the blizzard upside down. I called within minutes, to ask nicely if that means it is free, as per the commercials. She said no that's just a promo. I corrected her and said no I believe it's all the time. She said the restaurants are all privately owned, and the boss has the choice to do that. I'm just wanting to confirm, either way. If she was wrong, she needs to be corrected. She was rude, and dismissive. Thanks for your time. Also it was the worst liquidy blizzard I've had anywhere. They are always made the same, delicious! Not this time. My email is

Dairy Queen blizzard

I ordered the large ore cookie blizzard for $5.77, i first asked them not to put a lid on it bcuz the last visit a lid was on my blizzard and it wasn't filled all the way up so this is my second visit that i wasn't satisfied my blizzard looked like it was something somebody ordered and didn't get bcuz it was mixed well at the bottom of the cup and the top was just vanilla icecream and when anybody spends their money they should always get their money worth not no half cup blizzard at all

Dairy Queen anchorage ak tudor location has cockroaches

Hello, I came into your Anchorage, AK Tudor location today April 24th, around 2pm for my lunch. I sat down by the entrance of the store where the TV was located. While eating my lunch there were 2 cockroaches crawling on my table. I did not want to create a seen at the time, so I approached the counter and asked for the manager on duty to show him what I had seen.

He just took a tissue and killed the roach as if everything will be ok after that and went back behind the counter I guess to continue to make orders.

Being very disappointed about the situation, I had moved to another seat after that, but had lost my appetite because of what was seen. I have attached a picture where I was seated. The also was another employee that had approached me and mentioned that this has been happening for a while now. This is disgusting to know that this has been happening for a long time now and no one has done anything about it.

If for example I had gotten up to go to the restroom when my food was delivered, how would I be sure that those cockroach would not be crawling all over my food.

Dairy Queen drive thru

Her name is Josephine P., has been chatted with customers drive thru. Customers was show her that something cell. If she is on duty then need to move on and give customers get their foods, etc. I did horned and they ignored me and my husband then I yelled at her "Let's GO!" Customers did gave her cash for change but they did not change and just chatting and ignore customers on drive thru! After I yelled then she gaves customers for change then they left. We got ice creams but she forgot about our drink ordered. We did not leave till she said "Oh I forgot about that." No excuse for that. If your employees wants to chat on drive thru or dine room, need to move on and how many customers line up. If their break time then they can go outside and chat with someone else instead of duty hours! I was close to leaving them and waste food for nothing!

Dairy Queen manager

I have been going to the cranford way location in sherwood park, alberta every day and spending a lot of money. The service by a manager named grace has been disgusting. She has called me a liar, rolled her eyes at me and I was followed after going through the drive through luckily I had stopped to take a phone call and this lady who had been inside at the same time got my attention and informed me that grace had been making fun of my appearance after I had gone through and had an issue with a coupon and being charged full price. This is completely uncalled for and someone should never ever make fun of anyone else especially a paying customer. What's even more disappointing is that I had tried to talk to another person who I was told was another manager about this and was completely shut down and told that they believe her. I will never go back there and this has made me never want to give another penny to this establishment

Dairy Queen kelsey collins

I have witnessed and have been told by countless people that the manager at the Dairy Queen in Robinson Illinois is horrible to her employees. There have been times where she was screaming at different employees in front of the counter and making them cry and not even having the decency to tell them sorry. I would never have a manager work for me like that. Please do something about this issue, and resolve it as soon as possible. It's such a shame that we have managers like that in the world.

I am reporting the manger Kelsey Collins at the Dairy Queen in Robinson Illinois for being very rude to her employees in front of the costumers. She is also not a very nice worker herself, and whenever she took my order, I was very unpleased with it so I asked around to more Robinson Illinois people and they said that they have had the same problem with Kelsey Collins. I've also heard that David renshaw the owner of the Dairy Queen in Robinson don't really say a lot to Kelsey that's why I am contacting you guys directly

Dairy Queen survey for free dilly bar/a manager

I have been spending 20-30$/day there and one thing I liked was doing the survey and getting a free dilly bar. I don't think it's fair to limit it to only 2/month, if I'm spending the money (and dq is not cheap) I should be able to get that little reward which literally costs them pennies and also a manager named Grace is always so rude and acts like I'm a bother. I was charged full price for something I had a coupon for from the app and the cashier had screwed up so when I asked to talk to the manager she basically told me tough bc I had closed the timer of 15 min that starts when you press redeem and once you close it which I did after the cashier entered the code, you can't get it back and even though the cashier had said I did have the valid coupon she said she didn't care and unless she saw it herself she didn't believe me and said I was just trying to get something for nothing. I am disgusted by all this and will be taking my HARD earned money and giving it to somewhere else

Dairy Queen service

We sat in line for over 30 minutes. Once we got to the speaker to order our food we sat at the speaker for another 10 minutes before we was allowed to order. At the window I aske the young lady to let the manager know that I was not happy about the wait she laughed in our face and shut the window never leaving to tell the manager on duty she then handed us our food with no I'm sorry or explanation as to why just shear disrespect. As a business owner myself I found this to be quite disturbing so when I got home I called the manager and he told he he would deal with it but never once said sorry himself. One of the worse experiences in my life and I will not refer others nor will I return if my business is not appreciated.

Dairy Queen my burger got spit on

An employee was having an affair at work with my girlfriend who was also an employee and once I confronted both of them later I was told by my girlfriend that she hoped I enjoyed my spit burger. I then confronted her Co worker/lover or whatever via messenger and she admitted everything. I contacted the boss and the unsanitary act was disregarded and he said it was harassment! The affair doesn't bother me. Spitting in my food crossed the line all because they got caught and confronted..

Dairy Queen receipt day - banana split

Hello
I do not want to be petty. But I just my receipt from receipt day that was 4/5. I had also bought a banana split with my meal which the banana split was 1.99. Well I wanted everything that was on my receipt including the banana split. I was told I could not. On 4/5 I was told I would be able to get everything on my receipt.
So needless to say I am not happy. It is a shame that you are told one thing and then told another when you go to use your receipt.

Dairy Queen moldy bun

My wife brought home a 1/4 pounder w/cheese. After a couple bites I noticed the bottom bun was MOLDY. Not Flour! GREEN MOLD! I had her return the item to the store for refund, and I pray she yelled loud enough for any customers present to hear. I will NEVER visit ANY Dairy Queen again, and will share my experience with ALL, through social media, and in person. We can all do without an episode like mine. I can only hope they fold soon.
So much for my hunger.

Dairy Queen few products

So I walk in and order two orders off the soft pretzels she's says we are out of them. So I ordered the kc pulled pork meal she says oh we are out of the buns for that sandwich so I had to pick another bun. My girlfriend orders the cookie dough flurrie and didn't have any cookies dough. I guess what I'm getting at is we went there for specific things and had to settle for something else. I see a big problem with that

Dairy Queen peanut buster parfait

My daughter & I went to the Dairy Queen On Forrest Ave In Dover DE. We got home I let her have her ice cream, as she got to the bottom she handed me a screw that was in her ice cream (as shown in picture) So happy she didn't swallow it but this is very unacceptable. Can't begin to explain how this made me feel, imagine where the other parts went. I hope someone plans on checking the machines so this doesn't happen to anyone else for safety reasons.

Dairy Queen blizzards, sundaes

My spouse and I have visited this location a number of times as it is next to our home. We have purchased a few blizzards that are consistently subpar with flavours blended only about 1/3 of the way through and the last 2/3 just plain ice cream. At first we attributed this to a one off as they were not all like this but after our third time we said we would not purchase these again. Tonight we have the location another try and I ordered a large sundae instead. When served my husband asked if it was a large because it was very small. He confirmed that the cup size was large but the serving was quite poor. We will not be returning to this location again.

Dairy Queen customer service

Ordered food waited 15 minutes inside the store for a 4 piece chicken basket and a 6 piece chicken basket with a chocolate milkshake after the workers said they made the food and another worker took the order to another customer. Then the employees had multiple icecreams and shakes on the counter and claimed they had no idea who ordered them. I was very disappointed with the service I recieved at this location.

Dairy Queen management

They hired workers let start to work without done the training either whims. They removed the hours from the employee that they don't like especially the supervisor name Richard and the owner Scott agree with that even the 5hrs they taken from the employee had worked that hours and they dont want to pay. We need to give or pay even that is only half an hour because people used their energy to done worked without any problems. If they dont like people they dont need to hired anyone. I want them to stop doing with that. They are not good influence to the employee and other franchisee.

Dairy Queen bacon cheese burger meal

Me and my wife was at newly opened DQ grill&chill for supper on 24th Feb 2019 around 6:00pm. We were sitting on table for supper and waitress came and brings some more people for same table and she never asked me about sharing table. It was highly unprofessional way to treat people because we don't want to someone listen our conversation. In addition I was eating my meal not even completed I can understand fast food restaurants limited space and no one wants to reserve that table for long. It was really disappointing experience for us.

Dairy Queen bad behaviour of your staff

Dear Dairy Queen, Today morning I had visited your salmaniya branch at 6:45 since I had missed my bus and my friend was on her way to pick me up and asked me to wait at DQ since my house is very far. I had even ordered a blizzard. My friend ended up being late for 45 mins due to morning traffic. I waited inside dairy queen for 45 mins only and one of your staff member asked me to leave the restaurant for waiting too long! That is so unfair. I had no other landmark to go at that time... this was such uneithical practice! Your waiter has no right to decide weather I stay or not and for how long. I was a customer and I should have been treated with respect and not kicked out for doing nothing. He also had a very bad attidur towards his co workers. You should look into the matter. He is a old indian man.

Dairy Queen chicken strips and onion rings

Ordered 2 x 6 piece strip baskets with onion rings to go and when we got home and opened the boxes we realized that they put the dirty nasty dipping sauce on our food inside the box. How many people have touched the dipping sauce packets with there dirty fingers that touched dirty money or something else dirty and they decided to throw it on our food. That is dirty and discussing and not food safe or sanitary. We just threw both meals away.

All condiments should be put in bag on top of the box of food, not inside the box on our food. Very unhappy and upset.
