DaiBo “Coach purse”

I ordered a coach purse, it Showed 1 price but charged my card way more. After anxiously waiting, I finally got my package only to be livid at the knock off wallet inside when I ordered a purse. After further investigation, I'm learning this is what this company does. They need to prosecuted! What a shame to rip people off. I wouldn't have been upset if it was at least real. I for sure thought I was on the coach website

DaiBo I didn't receive the item that I ordered

I ordered a mini printer at the end of May. At the end of July I emailed the company the email address of course has nothing to do with the name of this company. They asked me to be a little patient due to covet. Then I noticed I was given to separate tracking numbers. I emailed again a few days ago and asked about the tracking number and they said it was because they had to resend me the item. Today is August 24th I received the package I open it and it's a water gun. I emailed them tonight about what I received and they told me it was probably due to the person packing not paying attention. That I could either accept a 30% refund or I could return the item for full refund. The cost to ship this Dollar Tree water gun back to China would be more than the cost of the whole order. I emailed them back to say either I'm going to get my full refund or I will just call my credit card company if the dispute. I peeled off the top postage flip to see if there was any truth to them saying they needed to resend my item. The name on the tracking slip undermine was totally different there would have been no way they could have made that simple mistake and it also says that he wanted a camera not a water gun. I started searching to find if they had a Facebook page or anything so that I could of course leave a warning to everyone. I do wonder why Mark Zuckerberg has no problem with any company promoting on Facebook Marketplace without knowing if these companies are reputable at all. I know most companies don't like to advertise unless they know that the company is reputable just because they don't want the negativity coming back on their business. I guess it's all about the money with Mark and he doesn't care about all the people who he's helping be scammed as long he's not the one being scammed.

DaiBo Received something didnt order

I received a strange piece of cloth that looks like just a sleeve to pair of pants or shirt. Could be knock off to a ab thing that sucks in you fat. I have no clue. I am presently changing passwords and reviewing PayPal and bank statements. Nothing is showing. I read about brushing in China which is illegal bit believe this is the case with pkg.

DaiBo Goods sent

I just received a pair of Navy pants that I ordered back in March. I requested the Australian Equivalent of a size 14 which in their list was a Medium. I gave up getting them as it took so long then suddenly today they turned up. (29th Of May). They are so small. I measured them against another pair I had bought and they were way smaller so I checked the width etc, and discovered it is in fact a 10- 12 in size and would not go anywhere near me. I was angry as they had listed Australian sizes. Now I find there is no where to return them and no way to contact them for my money back, no company nothing and even though I usually write it all down all I have written was that I ordered them. They have taken my money and I got nothing for it.

DaiBo wrong order delivered

I ordered a pair of Paul Smith "Corelli" boots back in September (their product number/reference: Men's Black High-Shine Leather 'Corelli' Boots With Multi-Coloured Soles M1S-COR03-ACIT-79, 1, 88.50.)
A total of $108.50
On 9th September 2019 I received confirmation of order and a tracking number
On 29th September 2019 I received a tacky base metal and glass/paste necklace. Not what I ordered.
Despite a number of emails to them, I've not had any resolution to this nor any refund...

DaiBo handbag / backpack faulty product

This bag was supposed to be a leather backpack. It is definitely not leather and it is not the same bag as was Pictured on the website. It is grey in color and has brown straps. The inner sleeve does not fit and won't close securely into position. It is a faulty product, it is nothing like the item that was featured on the web and it is a very poor imitation - and the quality is appalling.

I want a refund as a matter of urgency - I paid $56.02A for this item on November 8th to galaxystore receipt no. [protected] HK

Ho pagato 59, 00 euro per un paio di scarpe Palladium. Ho ricevuto una sciarpa Gucci del controvalore di 12, 00 euro. Segnando sul pagamento della consegna un controvalore di 275, 00 euro (2400 Hkd)..in effetti non registrato dalla mia banca, tuttavia ho pagato 59, 00 per un articolo rintracciabile a 12, 00 sul web. Soprattutto non corrispondente a ciò che ho acquistato.

DaiBo cpap nasal mask and straps

I ordered and paid for a CPAP nasal mask & straps through DHGate (order no [protected]-15 GB)
This order was sent to Diabo SGJ Technology by DHGate.
Diabo sent me only the straps.
According to the DHGate advertisment the total price for the mask and straps was Australian $15.87 which I paid to DHGate .
Please send me the nasal mask. Straps are not worth that much.

DaiBo delivery of salomon running shoes

Sept 19 ordered a pair of Solomon running shoes shown as £19.99 plus £7 p&p. No suggestion of the seller being from China. When the money went off my credit card it showed £32.14 plus a sterling transaction fee. I received notification of item being dispatched and tracking number. When it arrived it was two pairs of fake Gucci socks. I have had numerous emails back and forth with someone presumably in China in broken English telling me that they posted the right item out and eventually they offered me 50% back or if I return the socks then I'll get a full refund, also that they are at a loss and that they have paid toward the shipping cost. I even sent pictures of the goods and packaging that I'd received yet they still persist in saying they sent the right goods out. I don't feel inclined to return the socks unless they pay for the return as it's their fault, which they are denying blaming the distribution, also the cost of returning would exceed the value of the goods. So it's a lose lose situation. My own fault but in my defence there was no suggestion of the goods coming from China which would have started alarm bells ringing from the outset.

DaiBo matrix powerwatch

Ordered a matrix powerwatch at the "special introductory price" of $0.01, but after they stole $80.00 aud from my bank account they sent me 2 pair of socks. Once I tried to contact them the email and website pages suddenly and conveniently didn't work. I'm extremely frustrated as my banking institution had to cancel my account as to protect me from any further financial loss from these thieves.

DaiBo not receiving what was paid for

Bought a pair of hush puppies from the above company and have today received a cheap size 7 ring 2nd Oct 2019 order done on the 12th Sept 2019 because i paid by credit card im not expecting to get a refund, But just want to warn others so you dont get caught in the same trap one thing i did notice on the payment web site was that it did not have HTTPS at the start that should have rung bells to me but continued on anyway and have paid a price.

DaiBo adidas shoes

I ordered 3 pairs of Adidas shoes last 15 Sept.2019, But I received a piece of scarf.
It stated free delivery on orders costing $100 up, so i got 3 of different sizes for my me, my auntie and cousin. This is very disgusting and disappointing. I work hard to get money and buy something for myself but, these people takes my money just that easy?
help me please. I have to get my money back

DaiBo wrong product received

Paid 30 pound for a dress I've had my heart set on, I live in the uk. Was so excited to receive it and wear it for an occasion, for myself to receive a small package in my postbox. I open it to find Gucci socks. I never ordered socks and apparently I paid 12 pound. I messaged their Facebook page and they blocked me, their email is now invalid, there is no number to contact them at all, just a webpage, I've deffo been ripped off.

This has happened to me to. Ordered some trainers for my little boy for Christmas. Looks like he won’t be getting them. I’m gutted. I paid £50 & received confirmation email but nothing since. No delivery info or anything. They don’t respond to any emails. Looks like they are linked to a company called Dinues.com aswell. Crooks!

The same happened to me - I order a jacket and paid £76 and have not received anything. The website still exists but they are ignoring my emails.

It’s happened me today. I received a fake sunglasses instead a jacket.
I was paid for them 75£!
Now they don’t answers my emails and I saw that their website do not exist

DaiBo scam website - sent us counterfeit products not products ordered

We ordered a Wedding Cake Topper on the website http://www.st-sebastians-inclusive-church.co.uk and after a few days I used the contact form on the website to contact the company asking for a tracking number which they provided. when they emailed me back with a tracking number they used the emailevalee.servicehome@gmail.com I kept checking the tracking number and when it said the package was delivered I did not receive a cake topper but a package from a China address (the website said they were based in the UK) and the package contained a illegal Gucci replica scarf. I emailed the company back asking why I received an replica scarf and not the cake topper, they admitted to sending me the scarf, refused to give me a refund and kept asking me to just be happy with the scarf and keep the scarf or to resell the scarf to get my money back. These people are scamming people, taking peoples money and sending people illegal replica items.

DaiBo ordered a pair of boots - got a necklace instead...

I placed an order for a pair of Paul Smith "Corelli" boots - around US $107 inc p&P.
I received an email confirming the order
The company sent me a cheap nasty necklace that isn't worth the box it came in. No self-respecting drag queen would be seen dead in such a ghastly piece of tat.
Please reimburse me immediately - I'm returning your nasty necklace.

DaiBo scam, online shoe purchase

ordered 1 pair of Vans through http://www.authentic.pt/, they sent me the wrong shoes. And suggested me to keep the shoes because they where bestsellers from the warehouse when I complained.
after i said i want my refund, they suggested to agree to a parcial refund to be agreed with their manager.

It's a scam. I've cancelled my credit card.

Didn't have a reply since then.

DaiBo unsolicited parcel

I have received an unsolicited parcel from the above company containing a ‘GUCCI' scarf. I am concerned I am going to be charged HKD3, 850, approximately AU$716 for an article I have not ordered. As a security check, I have cancelled my credit and debit cards from today. I have researched the internet and can see I am not the only person to have received a fake scarf, this company appears to be a scam

DaiBo cover-up

This item arrived and was not at all as expected. The fabric is very cheesy and looks like something I would buy in a five and dime store. of course, this company does not supply a receipt or any information for returning an item. They are now on my list of Fake businesses to avoid. Buyer Beware!
I am out $12, which seems to be insignificant compared to what several other complainers have lost in dealing with this company.

I hope my complaint will help to get these fakers out of business.

On June 17, 2019 I ordered on line 2 Pure Air Coolers & paid with my Visa $ 223.98 for 2 with a 3 year warranty. The order number is WV [protected] & the tracking number is LL [protected] CN. Today July 12, 2019 I received only 1 from Canada Post at 12:36 pm, Guarantee code CPA 3. Would you have a telephone number so I can speak to someone live?
