CVS pharmacy service

I was dropping off a prescription that I believed was $0 co-pays because I called my insurance company couple hours before dropping it off and told me it would be $0 co pay. Especially after explaining that I was homeless weeks ago. So I went to pick it up and they explain to me it wasn't. Basically pharmacy technician was rude talk to loud not Private to me.

CVS horrible awful horrible customer service

CVS at Professional Dr in Holly Springs NC is the most awful pharmacy I have ever dealt with. my doctor prescribes a significant amount of pain medication every 3 mos, and I always have to call the pharmacy a week in advance or 2 weeks in advance to ask that they order it. It is not an expensive medication ( my physician has informed me it is very reasonably priced) and they just will not order in advance or keep in stock for me. Ive gone there for over 4 years but will no longer do so, I should not have to call a drug store to order drugs for my rx, there is no reason that they cannot order knowing I will be in to pick up every 3 mos., I have been given so many different stories as to why they never have in stock, and am treated rudely or spoken to condescendingly and refuse to go back/ I have spent thousands of dollars over the last few years but I will give my money to another store that actually provides customer service. When I asked the pharmacist who she reported to so I could submit a complaint she would not tell me. I will be cancelling all RXs at this chain, they are awful

CVS front end clerk

On June 9 2019. My 17 year old daughter went into the Plainview Texas CVS to purchase over the counter ibuprofen. The clerk Sonja was rude, condescending, and belligerent to my daughter. She asked her age and then asked her diagnosis and the reason for the purchase. She then physically removed the product from my daughter's hand. She then marched her outside to my spouse who was waiting in the car to question my wife about her age. She also spoke on Spanish to other customers about the situation. Research has shown there is minimum age limit to purchase ibuprofen. This is unacceptable

CVS sertraline

Cvs increased my prescription for sertraline for 50mg to 100 mg. My psychiatrist and my primary care doctor did not increase my medicine. Cvs pharmacy told my primary care doctor that cvs gave me 50 mg sertraline. The bottle label says 50 mg but when I took the bottle to the pharmacy the pharmacist said the pill was 100 mg and that I switched bottles. But the date on the present sertraline bottle is May 28. I couldn't have switched bottles because the date was just 13 days ago.

CVS pharmacy/insurance

Why is CVS no longer accepting bcbs insurance? I stopped going 2 walmart to go to u. Is there an explanation for this? I live n a small town and only have 3 pharmacies. One is walmart the other is privately owned, and is not open on Sunday's and closes at 5 on the other days. Not real convenient. This town would not survive without the factories. And I know that biggest factory here also uses bcbs ins also. So I know that is hundreds if not thousands of prescriptions that had to be turned doing by you. I would like 2 have an answer, please.
Sincerely. Alice Anderson

CVS gift card

I purchased a $40 Kohl's gift card for my Grandson at Christmas (Dec. 23rd), when he went to use it in Idaho (where he lives) he was told that the card had not been activated. He sent it back to me (including the cardboard it was in). I took it back to the CVS on Muirlands Blvd in Lake Forest Ca (where I purchased it). I was told it was not their problem that I needed to go to Kohl's, which I did. Kohl's informed me that as a third party seller it was a CVS responsibility, so back to CVS I go with all my paperwork, including my receipt showing the card had been activated. The Manager or Asst. Mgr. called someone after hanging up they gave me an 800-655-0554 to call which I did, gave them all the info (all the card #'s) was told they would look into it. I have called every two weeks and still get the same reply that they are checking on it.in the meantime I am out $40 and my Grandson does not have a Kohl's gift card. If, as I have been told they don't give refunds on gift cards then I would still like a valid $40 Kohl's card. #'s on the card UPC [protected] Card #[protected] Control #[protected] Bottom # [protected] Pin 3565.. numbers on
the cardboard holder 799366356940006219873919057756...[protected]...[protected] Amount on outside says $25-$500 however on the back of the card itself it says $25 although you wouldn't see that until it was being used for a purchase. I do know that when the manager saw that she told someone to go pull all the Kohl's cards of the gift card rack. I want a resolution to this as it has gone on way to long and I am still out $40. which was on my Visa charge card.

CVS your techs in the pharmacy

I wents to CVS, West Main St, Danvillel VA this am at 9:30am to pickup a RX for my Father, There was 2 techs in the pharmacy along with the pharmacist, the black tech was at the consultation window working and the white tech was on the back side near the drive thru window, when I walked up there was no one there and no one at the window, I stood there and was never acknowledge by anyone there including the pharmacist, no one ever came to wait on me but when a black lady walked up black tech said "Hey Mrs Walker" and Mrs Walker responded back the White tech then left her station and walked to the left and around the back and up the side to where Mrs Walker was standing with 2 RX's that she picked up on the way and waited on her when I was already there and had not even been acknowledge, this is not the first time this has happened at this store the white tech that is working today is rude and abnoxious and should not even be able to work with the public. I have complained about this before and your rep called and apologized for them but what is this going to accomplish. Does my money not spend like Mrs Walker's money spends or are you all just racist against the white people, as far as the pharmacist goes the last time I complained I was told that she was new, what is her excuse now, You all have a real problem at that store and you refuse to do anything about it because the same ones are there. The black girl working is nice but she doesn't like to work the window. If there is anyway I can get my mother to switch pharmacies I will be doing so. People complain about CVS all the time, I think you all need to start listening and doctors do not even like to call CVS because they never are able to get through. So please continure to sit in your Ivory Tower and ignore what people are telling you and see how long you stay in business

CVS pharmacy

Hello,
My son takes a daily antibiotic, generic Bactrim. The last 2 times I have ordered refills to my local store the medicine was not sent when promised and no one at the store was able to explain why. I then Had to go across town to another CVS to pick up the medicine. The first time this happened, I was told by a pharmacy tech that the medicine was expected the next day. When I arrived 2 days later, I was Told it had not arrived and no one knew why or if it would ever arrive and I had To at that point go to the other CVS across town. Just recently I called To order the refill on Tuesday (5/28) and spoke to a staff member, explaining what had happened last time. I received A text the next day stating that my order had arrived. When my husband went to pick it up on Saturday he was told it was not there, had not been sent, no one had an explanation and it "might" arrive on Monday. This is not acceptable. I am disgusted by the lack of care put in to providing people with their medications.

CVS false accusation of theft and non-response after multiple attempts

Please see the attached police report regarding a reported incident on April 4, 2019 at the CVS store # 8958 on 5044 Ambassador Caffrey Pkwy in Lafayette, LA.

My family spends thousands of dollars at CVS each year at the pharmacy and participates on the rewards program that is tied to my wife's cell phone# [protected].

On the afternoon of April 4, 2019 my wife and sixteen year old daughter picked up some prescriptions at the pharmacy and continued to shop in the make up and jewelry section of the store. They were subsequently approached by a lady who inquired if they needed help with anything. My wife indicated that they were just browsing and deciding what to purchase. Several minutes later, my wife and daughter made their way to the check out counter and purchased almost $70.00 in items and my wife used her rewards number at the time of check out.

After leaving the store, they remained in the car for more than 10 minutes as they tried on make up they had purchased. They drove home and about an hour later my wife brought me her phone so that i could listen to a voice mail that she thought was a prank call. While listening to the voice mail from an officer Beasley (see attached), there was a knock at the door by two police officers who indicated they were simply making contact. I called officer Beasley (#13097) of Lafayette Police Dept while still at the front door with the two police officers and put him on speaker phone so all could hear. He indicated that CVS had captured my wife stealing on video and he had reviewed it himself and asked my wife to return what she had stolen. Apparently the store manager had made the call to the police after one of his employees had accused my wife of stealing and he asked the officer to review the video. Our response was one of disbelief and we immediately indicated that it was impossible for them to have proof because my wife had not stolen anything and had, in fact, made purchases. Needless to say, we received idle threats from the officer and my younger children who had by now come to the front door became visibly upset.

After the officers left, i contacted the store manager and he told me this was out of his hands. It took several days and when i finally reached the police officer they said this issue was now closed and they never let the accused (even though they had promised to do so) know they are no longer a person of interest. I called the CVS store manager and he said as far as he knew we are still being accused of this and the police will not return his calls.

I contacted CVS corporate for customer relations and was given a case# [protected] and was promised a call or email within 48hrs. I waited 72 hours and after no response, i called again and referenced my case# and was promised a call or email as soon as possible. No call or email ever came. I then reached out to investigate who the district manager is for this area of Louisiana. I was told it was Aaron Stall and was put into his voice mail. Needless to say, after multiple attempts and voice mails left for Aaron i have yet to receive any contact from Mr. Stall.

In the meantime, we have moved the thousands of dollars we spend in Rx to a local pharmacy who cares about their customers. As someone in professional sales for more than 20yrs, I am astonished that I have not even been acknowledged. I understand that CVS is a multi-billion corporation that is virtually unaffected by losing a single customer but i am appalled that at least the regional or district managers have not made even an attempt to show care and concern.

On the other hand, I am not letting this go until I am fully satisfied with what is an obvious burden for reconciliation on the part of CVS. Maybe CVS can get away with hurting the poor and uneducated without recompense but this will not be the case this time, I assure you.

My contact # is [protected]

CVS customer service at checkout

I love CVS pharmacies, but there is one that I do not have the same feeling for, any longer. The CVS at Vermilion and Fairchild, in Danville, Illinois was once a very friendly and helpful store location at the check-out counters.
At this location, the last 2 times I have stopped there (and this is the last time I will go there), when I have gone to checkout, I am not welcomed, or asked if I have a CVS card, or if I found everything alright. I was not even thanked, or asked to come again. I just got very stoic, and very cold reception. I received no coupons, even. I have a feeling that they need to be retrained on customer service, and checked up on this. I am truly not one to complain, normally, but this is an instance where something needs to be done.

CVS medication

This is a repeating problem and the second or third time I have contacted through this system to ask for help in getting it resolved.
The current incident has been ongoing from 5-02-2019 and remains unresolved today, which means unresolved until Tuesday due to the holiday weekend.
I am treated for major depressive disorder and I have had the same doctor and the same medicines for over 20 years. I have used this specific CVS for probably 8-10 years.
If I take in a written prescription, they are great. As long as they just have to look at the prescriptions, it is filled out correctly, it gets filled timely. My problems arise when I am out of refills and the doctor needs to be contacted. I am on a cocktail of medicine that has worked for me for 18 years. It is imperative that I take the meds regularly, in the same amounts on the same days. I see my psychiatrist once every 90 days. He gives me a written prescription and 2 refills. I try very hard to make it back in those 90 days so that I do not have to work to get refills, but sometimes it just does not work out. This cycle I needed refills because I was in ICU with my mother for over a week and did not make my appointment. Therefore, the doctor had to be contacted. I have been out of meds for over 3-4 days twice because of this issue, which means 1. It is very difficult for me to work 2. I emotionally and very unstable, and I become physically sick because it is like going off drugs cold turkey. This time, knowing this is always a problem, I started contacting the pharmacy and the doctor on
Monday 20th early in the morning. My doctor's office assured me that they were faxing in refills that day. Knowing this is a continuous issue I followed up
on Tuesday, the pharmacy did not have any record of a fax, but they stated, "they sent a fax to the doctor." The young lady on the phone said no problem I will fax it right now. I knew she was doing it on the computer because in a few seconds later, she stated, "it's done." I tried to explain to her that the doctor would require and old time fax and did not have the program to get online faxs' She just kept saying she had done it. By the time my break was over she was obviously not understanding. So, I called the doctor and told them that the pharmacy said it had not received any refill requests. The doctor's office stated they had sent it, we verified the fax number they had, and they said they would resend.
Wednesday morning, I called the pharmacy first thing. They still claimed they had not received an answer to their fax and had not received anything from my doctor. I explained again, the problem with the fax issues and they assured me they knew what I was talking about and would do it "right now."
Wednesday afternoon, pharmacy still states they have received no word from my doctor, and they will fax again.
Wednesday evening, the pharmacy still had not heard from the doctor and instructed me to call him and tell him to fax it to them……..really?
Thursday morning contacted my doctor and spoke directly to the physician. He stated it had been faxed repeatedly and remained on the line with me while he faxed another copy. Thursday after I was off work, 4:30 ish I called pharmacy, they stated they had not heard from or spoken to my doctor and again, instructed me to call them today and have the fax it AGAIN. I explained that my doctor had personally faxed it and I knew it was done. The person stated that she did her job the same way all of the time and if it would have been faxed she would have taken it directly to the pharmacist. I explained again, that I would really like to figure out what was causing this issue. She again, told me to call my doctor.
I spoke to the pharmacist who assured me that they had not received a fax or call. I explained that this was a continuous problem and I had not been totally out of two of my meds for two days. He stated he would call my doctor first thing this morning. PROBLEM IS, my doctor is out until Tuesday, which is why he personally got involved in making sure this was done. The last time I was out of medicine due to this same issue with this same pharmacy it resulted in some very difficult times for me and for my family. He wanted to avoid that as much as I did.

So here I am Friday, May 24, 2019 without any prescriptions or any POSSIBILITY of getting one until next Tuesday. That would be assuming they can do in one day, what I had been trying to get done for four days. I am a first-grade teacher, this is one of the most difficult and busy times of the year and it is very stressful, we are physical moving our residence and my husband is 77 years old and not in great health.
I am not blaming anyone; it appears everyone is doing "their job." However, every time it happens, they finally fix it after a week or so and then it happens again. Why doesn't sometone find out WHERE the glitch is instead of just giving me medicine. Obviously, there is a problem with fax communication between these two offices for some reason.
I believe the attitude of the pharmacy is like I am missing my vitamin D pills because they do not have any respect for the importance of medication management for emotional disorders. If it was heart medicine, I bet this would have been resolved the first time it happened.
Bottom line is that I will end up being without two of my medicine for 6 days, at the very least. During those 6 days I have to close out a year of teaching with all of the reports and moving that involves as well as pack up my own house and coordinate a residential move. I have not doubt that I will receive the medication between Tuesday - Thursday, but I know they will not address the problem and figure out what is happening. It is just a blame game to all of them. "it's not my job" issue. I have clearly been informed by the pharmacy that the had done what they could do, and I needed to contact my doctor. My doctor has the same stated, except his office has "supposedly" called in and left a message for the prescriptions, (which the pharmacy did not receive).
I hope you and your family have wonder holiday and I would very much appreciate it if, after the holiday, this issue be addressed BEYOND just getting my medications filled. You can attempt to contact me by phone, but as I have stated, I am a teacher and not allowed to have my phone out during school hours, except during breaks. Please contact me by email if at all possible.

The CVS pharmacy in Steubenville, OH is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Not only have they time after time screwed up my prescriptions but my wife's also. CVS there are never enough shopping carts at the cvs on pantigo road, east hampton, ny.

I am a handicapped person. The workers and/or staff in the CVS store in East Hampton, NY are always using all the shopping carts to load the shelves or for their own purposes, leaving none for the customers. Why can't the company provide the staff with something else to help them load the shelves instead of them using the shopping carts? I complained to the manager, but he just shooked his head with no response.

Do you not have any sympathy for the handicapped?
