On January 25, 2022 I went to this CVS, which I have used for years, to find Hibiclens, get copies of medication history and a flu shot in preparation for a surgery on January 31st. I needed to use the restroom and was told I'd have to be escorted back there. First the signs were confusing and I had trouble figuring out which door to go into. Once I got in I was surprised at how nasty it was. There was poop around the edge of the toilet seat and urine. The sink was practically brown from all the dirt that had been sitting there from washed hands, I didn't want to touch anything. With all the covid issues I couldn't believe a pharmacy would let their facilities get this nasty. This wasn't a one day neglect. After seeing this Iooked around the rest of the store on my way out, Empty dirty shelves, dirty floors, etc. I am moving all of my prescriptions and have no plans to ever use this CVS again. I finally found a bottle of Hibiclens at the Benbrook CVS, which was so nice and clean they are to be commended. I hope someone will look into the situation at the Alta Mere CVS since prescriptions that affect peoples livelihood are be filled there. Thank you for listening.

CVS - unethical behavior
I had an electronically prescription sent to CVS Pharmacy at 3614 Camp Bowie in Fort Worth, Texas on Tuesday, November, 19th 2019 to be filled for my grandchild. I checked with that location about that prescription later that day to see if it was filled or not. I was told by the pharmacy tech at the drive through window that it was on order and come back Wednesday. I checked Wednesday by driving there and was told it was in and come back in 30 minutes and the prescription would be filled. When I drove back in 30 minutes, I was told it was still on back order. I was disappointed, but I was told it would be in Thursday and then told it would be in Friday. I decided not to drive to that location again, but called Saturday and the Pharmacist answered the phone early that morning and He apologized to me by saying the prescription could have been filled just 4 miles away at another CVS Pharmacy on Tuesday, November 19th. I experienced unethical behavior at another location on 3501 Alta Mere Drive until I told her, the pharmacy tech, I would report my experience to the right CVS personnel. She then said the prescription was there and would be ready in 15 minutes. I want to tell the CVS Pharmacy staff at these 2 locations, you are not professionals and if you have a personal problem with me, don't take it out on my grandchildren!
