Customer Service — customer service
There was no check out staff available when I was ready to pay. When I found an employee she said "have you rung the bell". When I said I did not see a bell she appeared annoyed and begrudgingly walk towards the counter saying "it's where the light is".
At no time did she say ' how can I help you're.
She appeared to be annoyed that I had disturbed her.
This will not encourage me to bring my business in the future.
I believe that professionalism and good customer service is the hallmark of the best businesses.
I am disappointed I would hope that the employees would be reminded that their job is to serve the customer with courtesy.
