Culver's Service on messed up order

Called back my local culvers at 520 A way Dr grand haven mi 49417 after missing items on my order. My order number is 201 on 1/8/2021 round 1:35pm. I placed my order thru the guy in the shack. I order 2 Culvers Deluxe meals both with fries and Dr peppers. The gentleman rang my order to incorrectly not to my knowledge paying $18 and some change. When I called back, the guy on the phone didn't seem to want to resolve my issue by pointing out I wasn't charged for the 2nd fry. After expressing my concern on how it was being handled he then tried to smooth things over, but at that point too late. Mentioning again I didn't pay so what's the deal feeling. I personally would never let my employees talk that way to my customers. Sad this location has become this way.

Culver's Absolutely the worst customer service ever and if I never come back it's my choice???

I'm sorry to bother you but I'm a concerned customer of the Florissant's location.
Yesterday I was there and ordered a cashew chicken salad and two concrete and a small vanilla ice cream.
I didn't have any cashews, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc
I know that it was busy because I had number 22 pull up waiting and the deaf girl brought me someone's order and I show her my number and I waited
I just couldn't find myself able to eat anything it was mixed greens like hay in texture and a little bit of chicken and I saved it for the refund
I called the restaurant this morning and a man who after 3 calls said he's a manager hung up on me and refused to take my information and I called him back to get his name and it was a fax machine and then I waited for a while and I called him and he answered and said that he's not allowed to make any refund whatsoever
I explained to him specifically about the situation and he said call a different manager and he refused to give me his name
All the nonsense over 6.89 plus taxes and lost a customer who usually has a great shrimp meal
I'm applaud
I was in customer service for 34 years and recently disabled
I just get out once in a while now and I really don't think it's policy to be hung up on
I just wanted my money back and I have the salad and the number 22 but I honestly don't know if I got a receipt or not
I had my dogs and ice cream and dog biscuits and target pick up
I just got to dinner around 8pm
I picked up everything around 1pm
I called back at opening and Natalie said she was then the manager and she said she is absolultely not refunding me and said that he hadn't hung up on me which one is out right lie and two he and I had a whole mconversation about his rude ignorance

Desired outcome: 6.89 plus tax and you will never see me again

no Natalie you and whoever made that horrible choice for me left a bad taste in my mouth with the food and the service and it makes no sense to be this disingenuous over a minimal issue that could have easily been resolved one and done is my motto, I enjoy a rapport smiling faces every single day I work in the public service opportune word is service FYI

Culver's Food

After waiting for my food for 10 minutes in a parking spot, the vegetable burger I ordered was cold and completely mushy. This was the very 1st time I have ever eaten at this establishment, probably never will again. The food was horrible and a waste of money. Very dissatisfied with the food, the service was very slow, but the staff was friendly.

Culver's Drive through

I ordered a plain double cheese
I order of sweet potatoes fries
A single plain burger on a gluten free bun
I was charged 868
I got a single bug at a bun and frie ms
Order 182 at 814 and wasn't happy when I got home .I come there because your the only
Culver's for miles abd it's always the wrong
Thing and some of the girls are rude !
I asked the guy after he handed me the bag
Are sure it's all in there and he assured me
It was !
I am really getting mad I am home and not coming back and you aren't answering the phone !

Culver's Pay

I was a manager at culvers
300 Montgomery crossing
Savannah GA with Judy n Terry Smith
My offer letter states that my pay rate is $16 an hour and because I walked out since the kitchen manager is bullying me and being bossy and rude, my last checks pay rate was changed to $7.50. How is this possible that i worked and i am not getting my promised pay rate. I also left because employees are doing drugs in the bathroom and faalling asleep on the toilet. I dont want to work in that environment. What should i do to get my pay that was promised?

Culver's Butter burger

I always held Culvers supreme to Mcdonalds until yesterday. what a huge disappointment that was. I ordered butter burger single with cheese, and everything on it. the bun was flat and dried out, the burger was cold and hard to bite into. I'm sure it had been laying around for a while. My family, my son, and his family eat at Culvers alot. They've always had good food and service there. Oh, I threw the burger out the window on the way home. Do you get better service by going inside to eat?

Culver's food and customer service

Food was so cold and the grilled chicken sandwich was soggy old . The workers there are so nasty and rude they handled the food with no gloves ! I really hated the food and service . We waited about 9 mins for the food no apology or thank you . I'm not sure if they served us a healthy chicken or it was past holding time who knows what they do in the kitchen !?

Culver's service

On 12/07/19, I purchased 1 spcy chix bsk with an extra fry. After making it home that day I noticed the top bun was missing. I took a picture of it and called the store [protected] and Spoke with an manager so I thought. During the phone conversation over the phone the lady said that the only thing that will be replaced was the sandwich. "I explained the point was that my order was not complete due to a part was missing and the spcy chicken bsk should be replace, due to that's what I ordered and also for the inconvenience". Today, I went inside to pick up the order and I seen Mr. Neil the manager and explained that I'm here to pick up the order that was messed up on 12/07/19 and showed the picture as well. He then told the lady Zulma and she remembered speaking with me regarding the sandwich. I explained again that I'm here to pickup the order that was incomplete. Zulma the team leader, keep stating that she was only replacing the sandwich. By thia time another lady (Jen) heard and said to Zulma we will make the order correct. Zuma then rewrote the corrections in the tablet. I then said, "I asked to speak with a manager that day and Zulma the team leader, no wonder she don't know how to make right what was wrong with a customer". Jen replied, "that's my mom so don't talk about her like that". I then replied, "what does her being your mom have to do with this professional setting". I then said, "you shoukd never bring up who a person is to you to a customer, that has nothing to do with anything and your relationship to your mother shouldn't be brought up at anytime". I then told both I will be contacting the corporate office and they both said go ahead. It is my experience as a customer an employee that all personal relationships are just that and should never interfere while dealing with a customer. Mr. Neil stood by and said nothing or made any apologizes regarding the behaviour. As a customer, I'm not surprised at how any customers are being dealt with in the manner such as this. Customer service is and always should be the most important service that is provided. I also am aware that some customers are rude and very disrespectful at times as well. However, today was not on me the customer. I requested and this was the response and behavior I was given. I love giving business to the places around me, but not if this is the out come. Thanks for listening.

Culver's service

I waited over 15 minutes at drive thru. Four Customers behind me go their food before I did. All I order was shrimp and a burger. I think they gave my food to someone else. I don't have a problem with an honest mistake. But no one apologized. I went inside after 20 minutes. The Manager refused to look me in the eye, then she got an attitude when I asked for a refund. still no aoplogy, I believe this branch is racist. I reported to the BBB. Will be willing to speak with media for the total disrespect.

Culver's carry out/rude workers/order wrong

Went to culvers for lunch, the customer service was horrible, they were very rude and unhelpful. Asked for crispy chicken with no pickles! I got grilled chicken with pickles. And I wanted the sandwich because I had a drink, and was charged for entire meal. On top of that, the gun was flipped upside down (picture attached)
I go to this location at least once or twice a week due to working directly across the street and NEVER have problems until today. Very upsetting how the girl upfront was acting.

Culver's burnt overcooked or old oil used...

The staff is very helpful and courteous at this Culver's located in Ripon, Wisconsin 54971.

On 10/12/2018 we dined there and had the cod and chicken tenders which were burnt or cooked in old oil. If we were not on a tight schedule we would have asked for the manager or waiter to recook our orders but we could not spare the additional time delay!

I contacted Culver's through their on line complaint form and informed them to only contact me by email or postal mail which the never did.

The franchise owners (DIANNE AND JOHN MAYER) are not that concerned about food quality and attempting to rectify a problem with their food.

I assumed we would be reimbursed for the meal and offered a complimentary gift card for our terrible meal but have not heard from them whatsoever.

I can only suggest you reconsider where to dine in Ripon, Wi even though your choices are somewhat limited the food will probably better than what we were served.

Culver's management

I ordered three two piece fish dinners from the culvers location. I only received two but didn't realize it until I got home. I called Culvers to let them know and the female employee that I spoke with took my name and said she would have the meal ready for me to come pick up. I get there and wait 5 to 10 minutes for the girl to then ask for my receipt. I explained that I left my wallet and my receipt at home as I'm trying to get these meals for my kids and left the house quickly . She tells me that she needs to get her manager. He comes to talk to me and tell me that he can give me a discounted price for it. I explained that I am not paying for a meal that I've already paid for and had to drive from my home to get due to their error. His name was Gilbert and he proceeded to treat me disrespectfully. He rolled his eyes at me multiple times. When I asked for corporate's number, he said he'd have to look for it, then made me wait another 10 minutes. I can't imagine that number isn't handy somewhere. I will never return to this location again. I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the Okemos Culvers.

Culver's milkshakes

4:34pm, receipt #722265, store: portage, indiana
The worst milkshakes I have ever had... Anywhere.
I went through the drive-thru & was in a hurry, or else i'd have gone inside and complained.
Poorly mixed, chocolate was covering the inside of the cup & was pooled on the bottom.
My raspberry shake was not as disguisting as the chocolate, but still undermixed, white swirls were present in the pink.
Both shakes were thin like milk... Seriously! (my shakes from the valparaiso, in culvers are always thick, these 2 today from portage were runny.)
I am amazed that the employee found these shakes (especially the chocolate) satisfactory to sell to a customer. I attempted to upload 3 pictures, I hope it was successful, so that you can see for yourself.

Culver's customer service

Spent $17 for 2 meals included 2 deluxe burgers, lg fries, lg onion ring, small soda and lg milkshake. Waited 15 minutes for food. Noting at least 12 employees, busy but NOT incredibly busy. Food delivered minus milkshake. "Machine was being maintained". Fries and Onion rings were not even warm. Took them back to counter to ask for hot orders. Waited 5 minutes went to count. still not ready. 5 minutes later still no return of fries, onion rings or milkshake. went to counter. A lady "Adella"? was there, I noted what appeared to be in the window. I asked if our order was ready yet as we already ate our burgers. She looked puzzled I stated, "the order was cold and I sent them back". She replied, "Our food is always fresh and hot". I said, "maybe sometimes- but ours was not even warm". She had a very harsh attitude. gave me my fries and onion ring order- no milkshake. I went back to our table and observed many milkshakes being delivered. Then noted a gentleman staring at me leaning against the serving counter. This man proceeded to our table with the milkshake and without introducing himself, sat next to me and i proceeded to tell him I was there one other time- when they first opened and it too was a bad experience- but thought i would give it another try, as it was new. He reply was not of an apology but stated, "well Honey, if I were you I would not come back here again". MInd you I did not raise my voice or act out in any way. I did however say, "Please do not call me Honey". He then said, "like I said if I were you I wouldn't come back" he then walked away, stared from counter again then came back to the table and said, " I need you to finish your food, get out and do not EVER return, you offended my wife and I called the police to trespass you" dumbfounded, I looked at my companion who is 58 years old. I am 50. we did not reply except, "OK, that is fine". we cleared our table and walked out. This man stated I am the owner. He then came from around the counter, followed us to our vehicle and took down our license tag number. I went on to the website to express my experience this man called me, "stating I called the police on you, I replied good, I would like to file a harassment charge, I ended the call stating I believe he has an anger management issue. (Call recorded). and that I would not feed into him. Is this the policy of Culvers and Franchise owners? I am in management with strong focus on customer service- I would not only be appalled at the treatment of someone as we were treated. But, they would be terminated. This mans head is too large and should not be in a position of representing a company- whos mission statement is seriously faltered by him.

Culver's mold

I was driving home from work and just wanted something good to eat. I was very disappointed and upset. When I noticed it I tried to call them but they were closed. The guy was nice ...but ... I ordered a bacon deluxe snack pack and the bottom bun was molded. How could this not be seen. It was covered on the whole bun and there were flakes on the top bun as well. I would like a refund and to be compensated further than that.

Culver's burgers from the culver's on algonquin road in schaumburg, il

We have tried to complete survey's as well as contact Culver's regarding the dry and overcooked burgers we received at the Culver's location on Algonquin in Schaumburg, Il. No one has ever responded to our complaints - not even a message back to say that it was received. We waited for a long time to receive our burgers at this location and when we got them home, they were over cooked and almost charred.

Culver's butter burger

Lately the butter burgers are very very dry! No juice to them AT ALL! It's dissapointing to order a burger and bite into it, the flavor is on the outside, but then you get a mouthful of dry flavorless meat that over powers your mouth and you don't want to finish it.This is The way it's been the last 4 visits. I even asked them to NOT over cook mine. But it came the same way. What's going on? Do they squeeze ALL the juice out when the smash it on the grill? I miss eating there! The butter burgers USE TO BE the best! not any more! TO US ITS A BIG ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!

Culver's custard ice cream

I purchased a regular custard vanilla ice cream with snickers and snickers cookie dough after sharing half of it with my son i bit down on a very sharp piece of plastic i am very angry because that could have been very easily cutting my sons mouth I need too talk too someone because this isn't fair this was my first time going here after hearing such great things it's truly sad

Culver's product and service

Wife ordered 2 burgers and large fries at drive up on 10/28/17 @ 5:39 PM. Asked for senior discount. Told it would be given at window. It wasn't. Had to ask for it again.
Food was all cold when she got home. Meat was over cooked.
Called the store and asked for a manager. Katie came on the phone. I explained the situation. She said she was sorry and wanted to send us coupons. I asked who the owners were, she told me people in Indiana. Said local store manager was Alan. She then told me the General Manager was Cody. He got on and we went through the same info. as Katie. He told me the senior discount was not done by the same person taking the order. He was very defensive when I asked for the names of the owners. I told him there was a training problem. He wanted my address to send coupons. He told me goodbye and hung up. I found him to be too defensive and not friendly. The young lady was pleasant.
We have been a consistent customers for about 1.5 years. Never had a problem before. I would not give my address to people I don't know. I told him it went beyond giving me my money back. I don't want other customers treated as we were.

Did you ask if you could go to the restaurant to pick up the coupons? It was a kind offer of them and it sounds like they did try to resolve your situation.

Culver's food coupon

I was given two coupons to any Culvers location, from my father(not sure where he got them), with no expiration dates, good for one value basket. I have used one at this particular, they pointed out that it was not marked on the back for which store it came from, so she would need to speak to her manager about if it was valid. They ended up giving me the meal, and did not say anything about me not being able to use another one, with the knowledge I have another one at home. I come back a week later, this time through the drive thru, the manager tells me the coupon is not valid because it is unmarked/stamped, and they have already let one slide with me recently. I was understanding, but still let her know that I was not told that I couldn't use my other coupon last visit, and how I told them last time and this time, I had another coupon at home. She was apologetic, and explained why they couldn't take it. I asked for my coupon back before I drove away, and she refused to give it back, saying that because it isn't marked, that she couldn't, by company policy give it back. I've worked in the food service industry for 4 years and turned down several expired/or not approved by our franchise coupons. I've never heard of having to take the coupon from the customer. This was not a fraudulent coupon, it came from one of Culvers locations. I would not have submitted this complaint if she had just given my coupon back.
