An hour b4 i had to travel by ctu route numbr 208 b bus numbr ch01g 5806 i gave 50 rs to c0ndactor the fair was on 15 rs he didnt give me dat balance anount of rs 35 he also abused me plz c0nvey dis c0mplint to ctu director i mean chandigarh transport undertaking direct0r its nt a first time but earlier i didnt c0mplaint i traveld on 18th of august 2011 on near abt 1200 n00n i had to travel between sector 17 bus stand to sector 45
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Local bus number 22(43 ti it park) is not providing service at fix time...sometime it is 15-20 min late and sometime it has gone 10-15 min earlier...No fix time...all depend on drivers and conductors..if they want tea on IT park dhabas..then they will come at bus stop after 15-20 min...if they do not want any tea, coffee...they arrive 10 -15 min earlier and not wait for passengers even 5 minutes...and i wil also suggest if any direct bus can start in morning and evening from mdhya marg or any other marg that will not gone through housing board and manimajra...because too much persons wil go daily to IT park in daily morning and evening...
