csinfohome.com Renege on promised refund

(A) I accepted on-line offer to access free videos on a multi-year arrangement. Shortly after attempting -- unsuccessfully -- to view any of the offered videos, I contacted the company who then gave me instructions on how to overcome my "lock-out" by implementing designated s/w products. I followed the directions given without success ... finding myself in a logical endless loop that didn't allow the system to recognize me as a bona fide subscriber. I took no further action until (many weeks later) the charge appeared for the first time on my August credit card statement (transaction date 22 July).

(B) I called CSInfohome 11 September @ [protected] and spoke with their rep Corinne. Initially, she was unwilling to accept my demand for a refund. However, when I explained to her that my system's environment was Linux/Ubuntu she apparently raised the matter with a supervisor who seemed to acknowledge the inherent incompatibility of their offered product and my platform. She then told me they would make me a full refund of their charge of $51.36, within 10 business days & that I would receive a confirmation of this decision by e-mail within 24 hours.

(C) 1. I have not received such e-mail confirmation.
(C) 2. As of yesterday morning, there has been no credit posted to my credit card.

The same replies and always as though they have sorted the problem but no passwords. The second time i recieved a reply i got concerned but by the third i knew i had been done. NEVER give them money. I'm not one for wishing bad luck on people but csinfohome.com can burn in hell

csinfohome.com transaction abusive

je conteste une transaction abusive en date du 7/7/2009 contre "Csinfohome" [protected], le tarif marqué est de 1 euro par mois pour une durée de 2 ans ce qui fait un total de 24 euros, aprés avoir payer avec ma master-card, j'ai recu un message sur mon email signalant que le montant débité de mon compte est de 64.07 euros et non 23.76 euros comme c'était signalé au départ. Je vous prie de bien vouloir me rembourser la somme prélevée abusivement, c'est de l'arnaque.
