Crossmark Employee complaint

I went to the Sam’s Club on Manhattan in Harvey, Louisiana. I went to grab a sample for my daughter and the lady slapped my hand and yelled at me. Like I was a child! Another customer told me that the lady did the same thing to her teenage daughter. I told a sams employee but I was told that they’re employed by cross mark not sams. But that they would tell her supervisor. Of course she did not apologize and proudly gave me her name so I could report her. The nerve of this disgusting individual.

Desired outcome: She should be fired. She’s lucky I didn’t press charges on her.

Crossmark Sexual harassment and unfair treatment with hours being taken away as a punishment

A new district manager came in on 8/26/2022, pursued me with sexual advances and inuindos, non stop, it continued for couple months love bombing me until he used his authority to force me into relations with him when he came to my city, said he was moving here and then turned into another person out of nowhere and decided to start punishment by removing (stores) hours from my mplans aka hub, he is a narcissist and will continue to pursue new reps that are hired for his supplies, and do ill will to the ones he has already subjected his self too in including talking offensively about them and giving out personal information to use against them.

Desired outcome: To not be able to use his job or authority figure to gain new supplies to his advantage , protect the regular and new potential reps from this mans control .

Crossmark The team lead

Her name is Susanne and ìò I only worked with her two times before today. The first time I got injured by falling off a ladder and busting my head open, and had to go home but i didn't want to. She said my hair was pink in the back so because of blood I had to go - the second time she told me she was going to let me go if I didn't get the 3rd project done. She made me resign anyway. She said maybe merchandising wasn't for me and i LOVE IT, and everything I did was wrong to her. Even wearing a backpack or fanny pack to keep my billfold, keys, phone and such. When she told my supervisor, not me, that I was slow and everything had to be redone, That was a flat out lie! Out of an 8 ft section one tag was in the wrong spot. She had me fired from Publix today. Previously she had taken 6 assignments away from me, from Publix, me being third party. Survey paid me $191 each visit which I lost to her. ACM said they didn't do that to them, so then she just lies to get people fired.

I love working for Publix. I try my best to do a good job but I've been left by myself every time except today. I cannot work as fast as two people she has and been there for 7 years. Crossmark is worse than all merchandising companies because of her. She didn't even give me a chance. The guy I worked with today was very informative and nice plus helpful! I was so happy to have a teammate finally! We were going kick butt tomorrow working so fast and so hard to show her what I can really do, no mistakes, not even one, but not now. She wouldn't let me sign out, or clock out, only to leave early while everyone else got to stay and work. I love to work... atleast three jobs if I can, but now I work 7 apps and Publix was my favorite. Plz don't let her take this away from me. I've already lost enough work because of her. She belittled me in front of others and I didn't like it. She is verbally abusive for no reason. I've never been treated so unfairly until after I told her I have a mental condition because had a huge brain tumor I had to get removed 4 yrs ag.o I work to get my mind off of my PTSD. And i work for depression. I take medication for that. I'm fine now but it changed her expression when I told her that today.

I just thought you all would want to know. I would if I were you. Bless you and thank you, for taking this seriously.

Teresa Shaver

Desired outcome: To work for Publix again

Crossmark Manager carlee winters, sams club la marque

Starting today, I have worked for Crossmark for three months. Miss Carly makes every effort to be little her employees. She refuses to call me by my first name, despite my largely printed name tag. Today, she threatened to write me up for “taking a long lunch“, when I had an emergency situation in the bathroom. When I attempted to explain to her that I was only in the bathroom momentarily, she began about how I’ve “been gone for my cart all day “. Many others have witnessed me displaying my product for today. For the past three months, Miss Carly has been singling me out from other employees. When a similar situation arise with another employee, they were allowed to go home early. Frequently, there is extreme favoritism and almost bullying in a setting that is supposed to be professional.

Desired outcome: I feel Miss Carly should lose her job, there is no reason why a 40+ year old woman is bullying someone who just graduated high school.

Crossmark Club supervisor never available

You have a club supervisor who works out of the Sam's Club at Lakeline in Austin, TX that never seems to be available. I've complained in the past. I've had questions (not complaints - I know why she would want to avoid those) multiple times and the person on the floor could not locate her. I've complained about this before and instead of getting better it's only gotten worse. I think her name is Rachael but that is all I know. Someone needs to make sure that either her floor people are better trained, or she is available to help them. I'm really disappointed in this service.

Desired outcome: Ensure she is available for working with her people.

Crossmark Not being paid a allowance as promised

If your supervisor tells you they will pay you a stipend for covering extra stores, DO NOT BELIEVE IT! Luckily I have this all in writing and will keep following up until it is paid. I am going on 2 months now and they keep telling me each week that it was submitted.

FYI theu only pay .26cents per mile between stores yet the state allowance is .59 cents. They will not reimburse for any tolls you go through to get to your stores, they will ask you to take the long way around (17 miles out of my way) to avoid those tolls but will only reimburse you for the shortest distance (through the tolls) to it's a lose, lose situation.
If you ever have Amanda Davis as your supervisor, I pray you have the strength to call her out on all her wrong doings! She should NOT be in this supervisor position!

Find another company to work for, you will be stuck at the same pay rate, no raises and mileage reimbursement is a joke... .26 cents, yet the state is at .59 cents per mile.

Crossmark Crossmark

I work for Crossmark in athens ga. Been there going on four years now! I don't understand why part time people do not get raises? Even full time hasn't got one since I been there! My district manager says part time people do not get raises, that's not right! Why? Cost of living or something. Everything going up but our paycheck! I have been working full time hrs lately because of no help but nobody wants to work for 10:75. They laugh at us when we tell them. It's not easy standing behind that cart for six to eight hrs with only 30 min break!

Desired outcome: Need a raise

Crossmark Unfair treatment at work/harassment

This company was helped and promoted by my wife, Jennifer for years. She fixed and solved many of the different issues at several locations at the request of her regional director, John Moore. My wife was interviewed for a market manager position, until a much younger, less experienced supervisor from outside of my wife's market was hired for the position at the last minute due to her ties to the upper management of the company. This Market manager, Angela Ramsey (aka Peebles) didn't have the qualifications for this position. Jennifer helped her anyway. She was always calling on Jennifer on how to do things and procedures because she didn't know how to do her job. Despite the apparent disappointment and hurt she felt after 5-6 yrs with this company, out of goodness of her heart she did what she normally does and rolled with it and continued to help her. Crossmark continued to show favoritism toward the new market manager, even when that new market manager then started to mistreat Jennifer. My wife then reported the market manager to Employee Relations and her regional manager, John Moore, even though she was in fear of retaliation-which did come. Initially from Angela, which my wife again reported to John and ER. All that got her ultimately
was insults and a hostile work environment. The rest to come was just them inevitably coming for her job. At one point ER suggested that Angela be retrained. Then the pandemic came and they laid the Market managers off. Things ran smoothly for quite awhile. My wife worked throughout the whole pandemic. When the brought the Market managers back, ER did suggest that Jennifer not deal directly with Angela due to her issues with her so she was assigned to a different market manager, Jodi Marlow. Jodi followed the same steps as the old one in a more sneaky way. Jennifer then came to complain about the mistreatment and retaliation, not being allowed to issue counselings to employees for serious infractions like drinking on the job, time fraud, constantly using their cell phone on the sales floor, Jodi decided to say her and her employees were a lynch mob! Jennifer was a good boss and her team leads and all but select few bad apples truly did a great job. But now, since my wife was not able to control the favored few, the other employees have chosen to leave. So as of now all her and her employees are gone. Her merits in this company stand out as one of the better supervisor's in her field. Over six sams clubs she went in made Club and Managment relations better and fixed issues and hired people in the same position of her own to run those clubs. To leave all of them in very good shape till this day. Only to have an inconvenient circumstance happen. She got covid from this company not following state mandates and cdc guidelines, including city ordinance and mandates. Some of the very issues she was complaining to her Upper management team about and trying to counsel her "bad apples" on to prevent this from occurring. So they took the opportunity to oshtersize her. They are refusing to accept TN
Her doctor's recommendations and accommodation her to come back to work, despite having do so with other club Supervisors in similar situations. These are temporary restrictions and she is cleared to return to with out restrictions in 30 days. CROSSMARK has posted her job and is taking applications to fill her position. They told her that once and is cleared to come back without restrictions she can apply for another position within the company. My wife is a supervisor. She has worked long and hard to get to ensure she is. They are basically telling her she can start over or move to a different club, if one happens to be available, and drive there every day. Currently she is not being paid. CROSSMARK had opted out of the EFMLA programs to help those affected by covid so that leaves her without insurance money to pay her bills. Now she has to suffer with after effects of the lingering effects of long haul covid and the covid pneumonia that and contacted from being a dedicated employee. If you go to crossmark website it says their values and what there about. Everything that their company policy follows. You will see it says, about the physical and mental health of their employees and transparency is the most important. It's all Lies. My wife tried to go to her management team. And had gone to Employee Relations. Then even other people in the company. You are an expendable number for them to make money. That is all. If it comes down to even your life, the money will still come first. They have been recently been bought by another company. For right now I'm sure they are under crossmark.

Desired outcome: Help to file an EEOC complaint or board of labor complaint

Also during all this I was in the ICU fighting for my life and I almost passed away. My wife has gone through hell. She is one of the most loving, giving, people. She is giving to her job and to people in general. I have read other complaints here and this company needs to be exposed. They should have been supporting her during the worst time of her life but they have truly turned their back on her even she has almost given up her life for them-literally. Please help!

Crossmark Rude unprofessional employee

You have an employee who works at the location on 8130 N. Church Rd., Kansas City, MO 64058 she was very rude to me telling me to get out of her store just because she had prior problems with me and it was very unprofessional her name is Shelbe Chenoweth. She is an assistant manager and if she thinks it's okay to talk to paying customers the way she talked to me that's not any position for her to have. She even posted about it on social media she's that unprofessional. I am highly dissatisfied with the service this girl provided me.

Desired outcome: Her employment to be terminated

Crossmark Retail sales

I quit Crossmark 2 weeks ago for health reasons. I have Rhuematoid and Psoriatic arthritis. I have had procedures, tests and doctors appointments almost everyday for 2 weeks. I have the shipping label and box for my tablet. Fed Ex is picking it up tomorrow. Now, about the binders and product. I told this woman to send me a shipping label and I would have it picked up and shipped back. But, nooooooooo! This woman has harassed me everyday through Crossmark email, my personal email, phone calls and text. She just text me without any prior notification that she is on the way to my house! I have everything sitting in my driveway! So, if anything happens to it, she is responsible! I do not want some lady, that I hardly know at my house! She better not come to my door!

Crossmark manager/ gm/ andhr

On November 7 I was going to lunch and witnessed a theft I told an employee from Sam's and a mgr then I called the police. I did not know about the protocol for Sam's club or Crossmark. After everything took place im the one being shamed for doing what I thought was right. I have been with Crossmark for 3 years been loyal and persistent everyday of my scheduled event. I am now on suspension until further notice. That is discrimination in all parts. Does anyone know what I can do about this? I worked at the Flagstaff store. Ever since the new manager came in he's been trying to find a way to get rid of me. I've been bullied and harassed he didn't do anything about it. Grow some

I have learned the policy now for Crossmark and Sam's club. My mistake is taking in consideration and will not happen again. I would like some answers and information on what I can do to be reinstated.

I worked at the Flagstaff store for 4 years. Love my job. Loved the manager we had but she transferred. We get a male manager who from day one discrimination started with him against me. I complained to him that I was being bullied, harassed and a hostile work environment. He did nothing but take my promotion and wouldn't let me do the lead job I was assigned before he came along. He's a disgrace. He told lies about me to the GM to make himself look better. He is very close to the person who was bullying me even affectionate. I want Justice and resolvement . I'm still on suspension for no reason. Attorney will be notified

Crossmark employment

Avoid working for this company at all costs. Hired me for a food demo job that didn't exist. I went out and bought my uniform, shoes and accessories I would need totaling $180 then got told by the club supervisor there was no openings and the "recruiter gave you the wrong information" . Now I'm sitting here with no job and a pile of clothes I can't return! Terrible company, no professionalism and a total lack of communication or properly trained office minions.

They all say they will tell Sammie and view cameras and get back with me but yet nothing has been done still. The complaint was against a member( mr. But she opened the door for me and never once ask or told me she didnt want to visit with me or for me to be in her car. Now my job is on the line because she made a false report. Karen the ES at the Kenner store, #8261, is very rude to not only customers but I have witnessed her being rude & degrading to her fellow employees. She's not a good ambassador for crossmark! I think she is a boss & she walks up & down where the other employees have the carts giving samples & she says embarrassing things to her coworkers. If she needs to tell a coworker something they should be told in private not in front of everyone in the store
