I have a letter all typed up I can send you that describes just a drop in the button, but this is the last straw with this company. I also have emails that show I have asked to have this situation fixed long before the warranty was out. This last is a flooring issue that is not only in kitchen and dining but in the closets as well. Flooring bubbled.
Desired outcome: I want what was promised, either all the flooring relaced or a check for me to replace it myself.
The floor still isn't fixed, a person was sent and sanded the rotten parts down,from the leak that has been there since before we moved in,the second person was a roofer that was sent in to fix the bathroom floor,now our toilet sits on 2x4 and rocks...the plumber has flaked out 4 times..our floor still isn't fixed..we have been dealing with this since last October, we will be here 2 years in September..y'all are flakie, we have been asked if we could find someone to fix it and that y'all will pay.if we could go back in time we definitely wouldn't have went through this company period.
