Cricket Wireless In need with assistance to file a complaint with cricket wireless

Ok I was a new customer for two months. Two lines for my daughter & myself. With insurance for both lines ok. My phone was a lg stylo 6 to make a long story short. On january 31st 2021 my phone was stolen. I've filed a report. With the riverside co sheriff. So one february 2nd I went to my nearest cricket wireless store so see if I can get my phone replaced because I thought my insurance will replaced it. But they told me I have to call the rebate pay extra money online. But I don't have no bank or credit card. Witch I was fine. So I was in need of a phone pluse I wanted to keep my same number. But no they told me in order to keep my same number. I'll will to call the rebate to pay with card to keep the number. Oh yes I forgot to mention before I was asking about the new phone. The bill was due so I paid $86.34 cents.. So in order to get a phone they was talking about adding a nother line to my account until I get that rebate insurance with that credit card or bank card which I don't have. I was willing to pay cash. So I decided to take my phone off the account. Point blank also asking the the clerk since i've already paid the bill can I get reimbursed of the portion for my phone since i'm taking mine off... She said yes at first.. Then she said wait let me make sure called someone from the company. And the lady on the other end said no. Because i've should of asked to be reimbursed first before I decided to get the phone off my account. I'm asking why what's the difference. They really couldn't give me no explanation they just said that's how it goes.. Thats why i'm coming to you for support can you help my name is staci nelson the number i'm discussing is [protected]=2095. Ive visit your cricket store at 385 e sixth street beaumont ca 92223 by the way I went to boost mobile a block down from your store purchase the phone from there with my same number i'm just asking for my portion of my money that I paid for that bill. Took my account off. Please help me in a situation homless situation with kids can afford money to go down the drain I really appreciate it thanks

Cricket Wireless No extension or help for new customers unaware of the exact guidelines!

I recently switched my service to cricket, however I not only did not receive any deal for switching, I also dealt with a horrible representative who did not off anything, barely spoke, was extremely rude when she did speak, and didn't bother to try and make sales when I asked about phone accessories etc. Now I explained I get paid biweekly! I was told should my pay fall a day or 2 after the due date that I would be able to get an extension for those 24/48 hours! I get paid tomorrow and my service is suspended and I cant even attempt to receive any assistance because the only option is bridge pay which requires an immediate payment of half the cost! Plus if u didn't set it up immediately u don't have that option as well! Worst phone company I have ever had! I am extremely unsatisfied and will be switching carriers very soon because I was also told my due date was the 23rd and yet by midnight exactly at midnight mind you, I was disconnected! I should be able to at least have time the day of so i'm very upset and highly disappointed because cricket used to be a top service chain but now we see why everyone has decided otherwise.

Cricket Wireless I am complaining about the service I received after purchasing my new phone plan... The cut off all four lines.

I purchased a one phone line for my daughter in early August. I went in on August 23, 2020 to update to a four line plan. I was told that would include my daughters line, her bill was do in one or two days. After waiting for my three numbers to be ported over to the new plan, I paid $220.66. I was assured this would fully cover four lines, unlimited with hot spots. Two of my phones can't even get Cricket hot spot (or so I was told). The next day, Aug 24, 2020, I called the Cricket store where I had purchased the phone plan because I received a text message stated that I still owed for the first line. I was told "that message is computer generated, don't pay it any mind". The next day, Aug 25, 2020, all four phone lines were disconnected, no service. I called the 1 800 number, they were no help, I could hardly understand what he was saying. So, I went back to the Broadway store were I purchased the phone plans. Halee told me it was nothing she could do, that it was a computer error and I had to call to 1 800 number for them to fix the problem and turn the four lines back on. I called the 1 800 number while still in the store. I was told I had to go back to the store and they could fix the problem, and it was the managers fault... I informed the manger that I was already in the store and asked him to speak with Halee, who originally set up my four phone plan. He agreed to speak to her... they got no where, he blamed her and she blamed him. I was in the store for about two frustrating hours. The manager said he would wave the turn on fee, which he never did. He hung the phone up on me... I could not believe it! I had no other choice but to pay another $56. I needed the phone lines back on ASAP. This whole ordeal has been unbelievable. Halee was very apologetic, however, that did not change the fact that I had to pay almost $300 for the four lines, not to mention the inconvenience of my time. I truly hope and trust that you can rectify this situation. Thank you in advance!

Cricket Wireless Customer service

Poor customer service! On october 3, 2020, I enrolled in auto pay. Cricket's website said that 90.00 would be debited from my credit card on october 4th. When I logged into their website later that day, it said that the payment would be debited on october 3rd (which is my payment due date.) on october 4th, cricket suspended my account and slapped me with a 15.00 late fee. I called cricket and I told a representative that I wanted the late fee cancelled, I wanted to pay the monthly amount to have my service restored. The agent refused my demands. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor refused to credit my account. I pay over 1,000.00 a year for phone service. Cricket is willing to lose a customer over $15.00? Idiots!

Cricket Wireless They refuse to honor agreement with customer.

The company is a scam I bought 3 phones there and I was told that after I had there service for 6 months that they would unlock my phones.

They refuse to do this because of a loophole that I was not informed of which is that the service had to be on those phones.

If I was told this when I bought them I would have done that. But I wanted to keep these phones knew until I needed them.

They refuse to honor there agreement with me. When I contacted the store that I bought them from the manager was not even aware of this policy, as a matter of fact she is the one who stated that it sounds like a loop hole.

That is why I will never deal with them again and I will report to them to everyone that I can!

Cricket Wireless How I was treated in a store and was sold a product under false prete

I was in a Canon City Colorado location today J went in to buy Tempered glass cover for my phone. The product I was sold was NOT what I was told it was and there was also a barcoded sticker that was taped on by the store that said TMP GLSS. The recipe that I got after purchasing stated that ALL SALES WERE FINAL but that the produced I purchased could be returned within 1 business day. I had only had rhe product for a hour when I realized it was NOT the tempered glass cover I was told it was. There was 2 wkman one by the name of Ashley B, And another woman named Roxanne S. J was refused the refund and was treated very very horribly and I want those women to be held accountable for their actions and selling me a product under false advertising.

Today I went in to a store in my area.I went in looking for a tempered glass cover for my phone I did NOT want plastic and I made that very clear.I was sold the screen covers for my phone.Nowhere on the box did it say GLASS but on the back there was a barcoded sticker taped on the back that said TMP GLSS.I went home and realized that the screen cover was infact NOT tempered glass.It was indeed plastic.I took the products(2 screen covers @ 29.99 each)And took them back to the store because the recipient stated that even though all sales are final that I could return the product I bought within 1 business day and I brought it back in 1 hour.The two women Roxanne S and Alshly B were very very very rude the moment I walked in and they also prejudice yelling at me in front of a other customers in the store and I am very offended.All I want is the refund I was intitled too and for the 2 women to be given the consequences for their actions.

Cricket Wireless Business practice

There are so many times that I will get a disturbing group porno spam message in my texts from some strange gmail account! I am not the only one this happens to! No "spam blockers" work on this garbage! What kind of deranged people work at cricket? Get your crap together cricket or face a lawsuit! It bothers me that I'm just minding my own business then boom! Some random gmail account sending me a group message that says "Giant pu*y need cam come date me" what the HELL is wrong with you?

Cricket Wireless Website not accessible

We tried to access our account through mycrickettwireless.com and the app on our phone, to no avail. Access was ok up until may of 2020, after that we could no longer access our account with either of the above options. To use their quick pay system, only cost us more in service fees. For four months they haven't gotten their system fixed for us to get in to pay bill.
When we did have service, it wasn't always the greatest of signal. Phone calls would be cut off, internet took forever to download, overall not a very good provider of phone service. Since the company doesn't want to fix the website, or their app, we are now shopping for a new carrier. We will "NOT", use cricket for anymore phone service, and I do recommend the rest of the population to drop their service with them, and run them bankrupt and out of the phone service provider industry.
The more people to drop them will affect their pocketbook.

Cricket Wireless The worst customer service experience i've had in 28 years of being alive

I've been through customer service hell with Cricket the last month. I'm not exaggerating when I say this experience with Cricket has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my 28 years of being alive.

(The quotes are direct quotes from Customer Service Representatives.)

April 20th: I bought a phone and shipped it accidentally to the wrong address. The website didn't let me fix the address online, so within five minutes of making the purchase, I called Cricket to fix it. I was told that they couldn't fix my shipping address there or cancel my order (already very surprising, but okay, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, and the woman, Patty, I spoke to was very nice). Patty said she was, and I'm quoting her, "100% certain" my order would be canceled.

April 21st: My order is shipped out from Cricket. The way they chose to alert me that they couldn't cancel my order, despite guaranteeing they would, was by calling the number of the phone that I explained to them was the one I was replacing, and therefore the voicemail hung out in purgatory until I bought a new phone somewhere else. Again, fine, I get it, maybe some wires got crossed somewhere. I'm still willing to give the benefit of the doubt, for now.

Later this week, I'm not sure the exact date: Because I'm unable to affect the phone going to my address in New York, which, because of coronavirus, is not where I am right now, I decide to go to Cricket on 2009 York Road to purchase a temporary phone. I waited until 11:30AM for someone to show up (store was supposed to open at 11AM). Several confused people walk by and try to enter but can't. I leave at 11:30AM, and a friend lends me their spare phone, and I can port my number over from Cricket.

April 22nd: The phone arrives at my apartment in New York. I call the pharmacy and let them know to refuse the package so it can be sent back to Cricket. They do. The UPS person doesn't leave them any sort of ticket.

April 27th: Finally, the phone thankfully returns to Cricket and is received, with Proof of Delivery.

April 29th: I message with Cricket, looking for my refund or for confirmation that my phone was received back. I was told that "my refund would process within 5-7 days".

May 4rd (7 days later): I call Cricket (livid, because this has been too much). Talked to Frankie, who was incredibly nice. He passed me on to the back office, where I explain the situation to the woman, and she tells me that it's "7-10 days" that the refund will be issued, she's "sorry I was told otherwise" and she's putting an acceleration on the ticket and I will "definitely hear within 48 hours."

May 10th: Lo and behold, it's been 14 days, and I've heard nothing. No refund, no confirmation.

I'm beyond angry right now. If this isn't fixed come Monday, I'm disputing the charge with my bank. At this point, I'm almost certainly going to leave Cricket. Plus, the people around me who have been going through this with me don't want anything to do with Cricket, and I'm going to have to tell people not to become a Cricket customer, because I never want to have to deal with something like this again, nor do I honestly want anyone else to deal with it either.

Given what you just read, it may not sound like it, but I'm a pretty easy going person, yet I've talked to, idk, ten, twelve, customer service people within Cricket trying to fix this? Above, I've left out some conversations I had over Cricket Chat, simply because they went nowhere.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this experience with Cricket has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my 28 years of being alive.

What do I want? I want my refund for a phone I never received. And maybe like a billion apologies. I want Cricket to put a button on its website that allows you to edit or cancel the order within a reasonable timeframe. I want Cricket customer service people over chat to make it clear from the beginning when they can and cannot help with my issue. I want better communication between their warehouse and customer service, because it's unfair that I couldn't cancel my order five minutes after making it, and it should have never shipped in the first place. I want Cricket Customer Service Representatives to follow through on their guarantees, either by not making them at all or having more ability to alter orders, because many of them were nice but apparently powerless to interfere in this process at all. I want that Customer Service can manually reinstate an upgrade, because I still can't, use my upgrade: it went on the phone that is now sitting in Cricket's warehouse. And, for the love of god, I want to talk to someone higher up in the company, because I don't want to foist my fury on minimum wage workers.

I switched my apple i phone 8 plus and husband's android to a new service. Wouldn't port. Why because #1 Cricket won't release the phones to the new company. They have the acct numbers we do not. We are not under any contract with them what so ever. My phone in locked they won't unlock it unless I pay for 29 more days of service. I am paid up until the 23rd and 27th of the month. So here we sit senior citizens no phone service, steaming mad at Cricket. How they stay in business is beyond my understanding.

Cricket Wireless Cricket Wireless took money out of my account

On March 12 th of this year I paid cricketwireless $60.00 towards my cricketwireless service. On March 16th someone within cricketwireless company stold an additional $64.99 off my debit card. I was angry. I told my bank to replace my money back because the transaction was unauthorised. So my bank had froze my account and replaced the money and sent another card...I called you all the same day and told cricketwireless all to stop taking money out of my account without asking me. That's stealing...on March 17th while my account was still froze they took money out of my account again ...even after I told you cricketwireless the first time to stop stealing my money and I frozen my bank account and got another card you all still took money off my card...I reported crickerwireless to the better business bureau and I'm in process to file a small claim... they have 3 days to respond to better business bureau and 30 days to respond to my claims or cricketwireless is going to be paying out more than $60.00

Called customer care today to see how much a bridge payment would be the guy tried telling me that it was $40 and I had to use a credit card I know I don't have to use a credit card and I asked him are you sure I can't buy a refill card and told me no I had to use a credit or debit card why did that guy tell me I had to use a debit or credit card when I've had Cricket for a couple years now I have three phone service through Cricket my son's my daughters and myself and I just went and got a refill card anyways and did it so then I want to why that guy tried getting my credit card information that made me very very uncomfortable and I thinking about switching back to boost mobile

Cricket Wireless misinformed on service.

We are Canadian as we were traveling to come to Florida for the winter we stop in Grove City to upgrade our telephone and get a program for the winter. The salesman we had was having problem to activate the new phone and it took a very long time. After we were there for 1 hrs and a half they finally figure out that they were trying to activate a demo phone and that's why it wasn't working. Long story short after they finally organize everything as we were walking out my husband ask if we could call Canada and he said no we needed to upgrade to the unlimited pkg. haven't loss all that time we just said well we will look into this when we get to Sebring Florida. Well I called cricket and they told me the same thing so I just said well if you can't do nothing for me cancel my phone, so she just said fine it will be cancel Dec 5. So we are looking for something else someone told me to callback and say that I was not satisfied, well the service I got from the employee was well it's only seven days and this is number eight so sorry we can't do anything for you, I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told this is crickets policy and they won't be able to help you. So I told her that my new phone was garbage and her reply was no just take a new program, a lot of help she was. I was not asking for a full refund I ask her to just unlock the phone so we could use it as pay as we go. This is only for emergency to call our family in Canada. We had the full pkg last year and we hardly use the phone it's very expensive for not having any use out of it. Hope to get a reply. Thank you for your time. Cricket Wireless customer service / total disregard of customer presence/ unethical behaviour

I am writing this letter to inform you of your staff and how it handles it course of business. Earlier today 11/13/19 i was completly shocked and appaled on how one of your managers named Alfred or Alfredo was screaming and handled himself in front of several customers including me. He screamed to another employee to the point of making her cry . I without wanting to know about the dispute found out what it was about. I really believe the your managment is key in maying your stores run smoothly but when managers dont have proper training on how to handle them self and have no clue in how to communicate with others, that in its self creats big burden and lowers everyones moral including customers. Now as a concern customer I worry how I will be scorned and treated if I ever present a former complaint. Iam debating and really considering switching carriers. Sorry to inform you but that is how I feel

Cricket Wireless nokia 3.1

yes my Nokia 3. 1 will not charge anymore I called the warranty department they gave me an RA number told me to take it to UPS I did that and they mailed my phone off and gave me a tracking number and it's been over a week and I tried to call Cricket customer service gave them the tracking number they said nothing pulls up on that record and they don't know where my phone is and I want to know I have proof of delivery

Cricket Wireless my wireless cricket phone

I took my phone to store manager she says I need to file a complaint for my cricket phone.
I can't turn my phone off. There is no connection. My phone is completely dead.I have been with cricket over 6 month and I haven't had any problem until now. I used my phone for phone calls. I also used my phone for work and receive business call. I really need my wireless phone. The store manager could not do any more work. She tried all she could do. She says my phone is dead and I can't use it any more.

Cricket Wireless new account establishment

Yesterday, 9/5/2019, I tried to purchase a hotspot device and establish a new, separate account from my personal cell phone service account. In the process of filling out the information to establish the account under my business name, the application required my FEIN and Tax Exempt numbers. When I asked why that information was required, the store salesperson didn't know. He called Cricket Wireless to try to find out why it was required and if there was a way to establish the account without inputting that information. I also spoke with the person he contacted and did not receive a satisfactory answer, plus, I could barely understand the person I was speaking with.

The need for the FEIN and Tax Exempt information needs to be justified and that justification has not been supplied to me. Before I supply that information, I need to know why you are requiring it. I cannot imagine any justifiable reason that information is required to set up the account. There has to be a justifiable business reason to require it and that reason has to be explained to the customer. So far, nobody has been able to supply it.

Until now, I've had no complaints against Cricket and I have not had any complaints against the sales personnel at the Derby, Kansas store. In fact, the personnel at that store have been very kind and helpful. They have my respect and gratitude for their efforts. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, they have not been able to help me regarding this issue.

I hope that this problem can be resolved as I would like to purchase the hotspot device and associate it with an account in my business name. The question is: Are you willing to take this issue seriously and resolve it?

I hope that this issue can be resolved quickly as I will be needing a hotspot within the next week. I also hope that I will not have to go to another wireless provider to get what I need.

Cricket Wireless sales representative

Have been a Cricket wireless customer for many years and I have never had any problems with any of the employees at any location. In fact the vast majority of the employees will bend over backwards to help me with whatever problem I have and any purchases I make. That was until today when I went to pay my bill...Rosio L had a serious attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor by letting me pay my bill. This little girl needs a lesson in customer service and tactfulness. You don't ignore customers waiting in line while you play on your phone and act like we ruined your whole day when we need help. She needs to know that if it weren't for paying customers like us she wouldn't have a job! There are plenty of other wireless carriers out there who would love to have my business! I am now seriously considering switching carriers due to Rosio's indifferent attitude and demeanor. This girl has no business being employed at any job that deals with the public.

Cricket Wireless their service in general

Couldn't get the customer service reps to port in #'s then they asked for additional money saying I didnt pay it all. Denied the $30 a $10 a month for 3 months for BYOD. Called me a liar about it. Refuses to refund my money told me to file a dispute with my bank! One rep even hung up on me and the straight talk representative. Then the last 2 reps I talked to, put me on hold and never came back. Worst customer service ever! Over 6 hours on the phone for nothing! And they still claim I owe $30 for my $100 plan they say that I only paid $70.

Cricket Wireless service and treatment on complaints not complete

Cri cket had tower issues over a month ago.. I put in 6 complaints an nothing done so I had to leave.. Returned after 30 days an issue was worse. 4 days now in a row an still not getting service an customer servi e is giving the run around with no options of resolution.
Too bad attitude,..
No one takes the complaints further either.. There are 8 now.. Still no resolution/compensation.. Nothing.
