Cricket Wireless customer service

I came into the store on frankford and Wellington and had the WORST experience of my life the girl was so unprofessional so rude and she was very obnoxious first and for most she had piercings on her face she had a male come in and give her marijuana and she kept bragging about how she smokes weed "blows it down" is the phrase she used she bragged about how she can get anyone fired she bragged about people bringing her gifts all while I was standing there waiting for my upgrade that I was unable to get because the cheapest upgrade was 98 ! And I only had 60$ when I asked if there's any options she said that's all I have if you can't afford our prices there's a cricket on bridge and prat so I just ported out and will NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN

Cricket Wireless garbage phone

I no longer have cricket I went through 8 phones in one year they kept melting yes they got so hot when you opened the back you could see pieces shriveled up they kept sending me the same phone and the same thing happened over and over when you call them you get a call center in a foreign country they have no authority to send you a different model there is nobody there that can help you if you want to complain you had to write to somewhere in the US there is nobody to talk to so I said F___YOU cricket they still owe me for all the time I was without a phone

Cricket Wireless cricket services in regards to my bill.

I currently have a cricket plan which consists of 2 lines of service. I recently used bridge pay with my acct. The deadline to pay the balance was yesterday. When I called in today to pay my bill and have my second line cancelled I was informed that I can't cancel the second line and just pay for one line of service because of the fact that I used a bridge pay. I have to pay the full months service for both lines of service to have my acct restored. I do not want or need my second line anymore though. I have already paid for this second line for the last 2 months even though I have barely used it and haven't needed it. Obviously I don't want to continue to pay for a line that I'm not using. Cricket customer service has told me they cannot do anything to help me get this second line cancelled and that I must pay the full months payment for both lines to continue service. I offered to pay the full amount if I could receive a discount on next months bill in order to relieve me of the cost of the line I do not need. They informed me that they could not do that either. I have been a loyal cricket customer for many years now and I find it very hard to believe that there is nothing that can be done to restore my service with just the one active line and without me paying for a line I dont need. It seems obserd that your company is willing to lose me as a customer over a mear 30$ when I've been a loyal customer for so long. I'm finding it very hard to believe that nothing can be done to rectify this issue. I would like to remain a customer of cricket because I like my service and I've never had any problems like this in the past. If fact, I'm always telling everyone I know that Cricket has always looked out for me whenever Ive ever had any issues and for that reason I've remained a loyal customer for a very long time. Hopefully a solution to this problem will arise and I will be able to remain a loyal customer. I leave that in your company's more than capable hands

Cricket Wireless refer a friend credit

I have been referring friends since the start of my service with Cricket which was since 2017. To continue with my service and continue to refer my friends and family I need my three referral credits that Cricket owes me. I referred my Sister Lourdes Sanchez phone # [protected] also my brother in law Pedro Sanchez phone # [protected] & my friend Jane May Encinares phone # [protected].
I have spoken with many Cricket Representatives & they promise I will receive my credits & I have not. I have spent hours of my time trying to fix this issue and Cricket has not resolved this problem. I have spoken with several representatives names are as follows: On July 26, 2018 spoke with Junie, on 8/1/2018 with Kevin, on 8/15/2018 with Fernando & John and unfortunately no resolution. Before July 26 I had spoken to another representative. They open up cases told me to go to my email where I can find codes and nothing was resolved. All I want is fairness and for me to receive my $75.00 for my referrals. I would like to continue with Cricket Service and continue referring friends. Please help me! It has been very frustating!

Cricket Wireless cellular service

Obtained new cellular service with a transfer from straight talk. Purchased new LG Stylo 3 with accessories.

Same day was unable to obtain more than 1 bar of service area within 2 miles of the purchasing store. Unable to obtain cellular service for calls or texts. No data service at all.

Contacted customer service after switching service back to straight talk. Requested to file complaint, asked for refund for service and phone plus accessories.

Customer service agent told me, "we don't have a complaint department". You can contact a corporate store, but they're aren't any near you. You can "google" search for somewhere to complain or search for refund info.

I would like to return the phone plus accessories, obtain the first month's refund and verify a "stop payment" for auto billing.

If I don't receive contact within 10 days I intend to filed a small claims action for breech of contract and damages for cost of service, phone + accessories and cost to switch service and purchase of new phone.

Cricket Wireless your employees

I live in Provo Utah and I went to my closest Cricket store which it said online they were open noon to 6 p.m. today on Sunday I showed up there to find out and it was 15 minutes to close but they're not open on Sunday to begin with I get ahold of the next closest store that is open and mind you it is now about 10 minutes to their closing time and told them I'm about 12 minutes away I got told yeah that's fine come on in I did that within minutes I called with two minutes left before they close and they told me they couldn't stay because it was against the law to tell me to come in in the first place

Cricket Wireless employee behavior

I have visited the Cricket location at 2024, 2616 Main St #100, Buffalo, NY 14214 quite a few times and it has REEKED if marijuana smells . The gentleman responsible says he's the manager there and goes by Darryl . I am shocked every time I go in and see his bloodshot red eyes and a mixture of cologne and weed in the air . Twice before I've seen him smoking marijuana in the immediate vicinity . I love Cricket but I can't believe that they would allow this let alone hire this drug user as their manager . It's unprofessional and disgusting !

8.4.18 Store:701801 Culebra/1604 Sa Tx. 78254 Unethical Behavior!
When in to exchange dead new phone. Was told needed receipt no problem just bring in next morning at 10 a.m., doors did not open till 10:12 a.m. by a manager from another store working there that day, several customers waiting outside. when in to be told that the 7 day warranty had expire. Manager wouldn't even give his name. Unethical Behavior!

Cricket Wireless service/harassment

Disgusted and Tired Of Being Harrassed Over Cricket Bill. On July 13 ( Friday) 2018 I Recieved A Message Saying My Bank Account Was Going To Be Withdrawn 57$ On July 14 (Saturday), But After Being Robbed Of 51$ By Cricket I Found Out Throught The Automated Service That My Account Was Going To Be Charged On July 16, ( Monday ). The Infomation That Was Passed Over To Me Was Extremely Incorrect And I Literally Went Out My Way To Pay The Bill To Only Hear That Since I Didnt Have The Bill Payment In Full That It Will Take 3-7 Business Days. Before Making This Payment I Went Over With A Sales Clerk On Payment Splitting But Felt Like I Didnt Need To Since The Automated Service Told Me I Had 62$ On My Account. It Was Then After The Fact When Payment Was Accepted But Not In Full That The Store Sales Clerk Informed Me About A Bridge Pay Option, Meanwhile She Could Have Let Me Know In Advance Before Making That Payment. With This Being Said Cricket Has Put Me In A Position That Has Came For My Livelihood And Account Finances. I am Highly Annoyed That This Has Transpired And I am Really Questioning Continuing Service With Cricket.

Cricket Wireless moto g6 cruise ordered online but lost in transit by ups

I ordered a phone from Cricket Wireless which was to be shipped overnight. Two weeks later, I still have not received my order. It was determined that UPS lost the order. Neither UPS nor Cricket Wireless will take accountability to resolve the matter by issuing a refund. The Cricket order number is [protected]. The UPS tracking number is 1ZEW54521303459259. My request is simple, cancel the order and issue a refund to me so that I can take my wireless needs to another wireless carrier.

Cricket Wireless general customer service and product support

We purchased a Phone for our daughter for her birthday. The phone suddenly went dead within 24 hours. I brought it in, and they made me go home and retrieve a small booklet that we left behind or they wouldn't replace the defective device. They also wouldn't replace the screen protector that was affixed to the brand new phone that didn't work, saying that if I wanted one on the replacement phone I would have to buy one again. I went home to get the booklet, and they told me that they were open until 7 and would have time to do the swap. I got back at 6:20, and they had left early. Also, on the ride, a service agent told me on the phone that they would have to replace the screen protector, as the phone issue was not our fault, and that she would note on our account as much so when I got there I could call the service line back and have them explain this to the very rude person working. Of course there wasn't anyone there to explain it to... So when I called customer support back I got another person who told me that the screen protector would not be replaced. I asked him to review my profile notes, and he still refused to help. I asked for a supervisor, who tried to tell me that there were no notes, then told me that he found the note, but it didn't say that the screen protector was to be replaced... And they did NOTHING about the deplorable customer service given at the Socastee SC location by manager Jackie and associate Karen. It's not our fault they sold a device that literally DIED within 24 hours without any cause (they checked), so being penalized for it was ridiculous... And then to tell us to fetch a generic manual and come back to exchange the phone or they wouldn't do it, then leave early so they wouldn't have to do it, was pathetic.
Thanks to these greedy, inept folks for making a teenage girl cry, and wasting my gas and time. Will be switching my service ASAP.
DON'T BUY CRICKET!

I went into the Sheboygan South Side Cricket Wireless and had an agreement to make a bridge payment to last until the 13th I called Cricket customer care and Jose was not able to help us for 2 days until our payday he said he's had multiple complaints with her before we wouldnt of done a bridge pay if we would have known our phones were going to be shut anyways. We shouldn't be put in this position when it was their fault not ours. They should at least giv
e is only 2 days. Terrible customer service.

Cricket Wireless cell phone

Customer support was called yesterday about switching lines and I was told to pay $56.42. I was waiting on my check so I had to wait and call back to pay. Customer support told me to pay this amount before midnight the next day (due date). I called again the next day, I had just put $57 on a prepaid card to pay the bill, and customer support supervisor says it'll be $58.33. I was never informed yesterday of any extra money being added for next day payment even though I technically still have until midnight. Customer support needs to fully disclose ALL information to its customers. I have to have my service disconnected for a measly $1 and change! Customer support barely understood half the things I was saying and basically ripped me off for an extra $1 and didn't try to help me in any way!

Cricket Wireless manager

Hi I just got out the military and had boost servic the service with that company wasn't satisfactory so I decided to switch to cricket I came in on Friday June 29, 2918 at cricket in Chester sc were a African American male dress in business attire whom was I assume the higher at being the general manager of some sort asked me was my biracial son my grandson and I being 32 years kid replied he is my son, he then began to state he was from New York and people have children earlier and try to mislead me on his rude behavior which then lead him to ask was I in my 40s after I already stated my age. Then when I was still intrigued with the servic I decided to add a line and he then cane and apologized and other customers stated that no I don't look the age and could understand my point as well as anger he then apologized and went back into the conversation I waited then after that display of non professionalism I then told the other store manager whom name was Carolyn or catylinbrubg shirt and Caucasian that I no longer want that service and left. As a veteran and a mother I feel his demeanor as well as unapologetic apology was very disrespectful as well as unprofessional and I will let higher know even if it be the major of such a small quaint rural place. I am very disastified and on edge.

Cricket Wireless service

As of june 23, 2018 I was charged $10 for hotspot & the employee fails to tell me that I was not gonna have hotspot on the 28th because I had to repay another $10. Why in the world would cricket not credit me my $10 for the hotspot when it's obvious cricket employee did not do his job by the book, but yet i'm being charged double.. I'm not a satisfied customer & I give customer service 10 thumbs down

Cricket Wireless customer service

Today, June 25th, I researched the most economical cell phone service and Cricket Wireless seemed like the best option for a 2 gb, single line plan. They also have a nice selection of reasonably priced phones. Tried to purchase a phone and a plan but their system wouldn't allow me to enter my address. I called customer service 3 times and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Even though they insisted that my address had to be the same address associated with my credit card and that's the address that their system wouldn't accept, they told me to enter a different address. When I said my credit card wouldn't recognize a different address and that I wouldn't want my phone to be shipped to the wrong address, they said, "Oh, right. Well, there's nothing we can do if our system won't take your address." I suggested they take my address and payment info over the phone but they are "not allowed" to do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 15 minutes and then the rep told me all supervisors were busy and one would call me back within the hour. It has now been 2 1/2 hours and have heard nothing. Apparently, the reps who are obviously from another country, are not taught to care whether or not a new customer is able to sign up for service. If this is the kind of customer service I can expect from Cricket, maybe the deal isn't such a good one after all.

Cricket Wireless sales, service and tech support

Current AT&T users, we stopped by a Vermont Cricket store to check phones and service plans. We were told by customer service reps that we could get two lines and unlimited data for $80, taxes and fees included. The Service reps told us that Cricket is owned by AT&T and our service would be exactly the same. Made the switch, upon our drive home, approximately 24 miles, we noticed that we had a reduced signal. Tried updating the phones, turned them on and off several times figuring that it just had to lock onto the signal. We arrived home to find no service on either phone. Checked our Microcell, did some research online--Cricket is not the same service, it does not connect with Microcell, Cricket gets reduced cell service priority. Our service reps failed to explain any of these shortcomings and deficiencies.

Contacted Cricket the next day via online chat since we still have no service signal. After a 1.5 hours of providing ime's and physical address, rebooting my phone almost ten times, they were moving my service order up to the advance technical support and we should be seeing a fix for this shortly.

The next day no word back from Cricket or signal. Drove back to store, en-route my phone blew up with missed calls and text from everyone but Cricket. Store reps said there's nothing they could do about fixing the service or returning the $50 activation and $80 billing. I had to call into Cricket again. Get this, I had to make the call outside of the store because we didn't have service to stay connected. After explaining that this service was not working for us on our Samsung S6 and S7, we would switch back to AT&T or Verizon and we would like to be reimbursed for the activation fees and billing service. Then they asked me for all the same information as the previous day even though they had my previous service order. Did the phone reboot several times and was told again that they would continue to work on it. I explained that this is unsatisfactory and we've already wasted more than 6 hours time and money for a service that was inadequate.

They still would not make it right. Went to the AT&T store switched back and had to eat re-activation fees but found a planned that fit our needs better than our previous one. That evening I called Cricket and asked for my charges to be refunded, they refused saying that I cancelled the service and they were still working on it and we should have been patient. After moving up the chain of service managers I got the same reply till one said "dispute it with your credit card company".

Thank You Cricket Wireless for making us aware that we live in a time when criminals dont need guns to take your money.

signed up with Cricket transferring my service from Verizon. When I visited the store I questioned them about the ability to transfer my Verizon Galaxy S6. They assured me there was not an issue as long as it was unlocked. I proceeded with moving my service to Cricket, since it was a cost savings I needed after retiring. The Customer Reps had issues porting my number over, and seemed to be incompetent. After getting Verizon on the phone, they were finally able to get the number ported.
Upon using the phone, I immediately had issues with functions on the phone. When I would send a text and attach a picture, the text would not send. There were not any notifications such as file to large. It would remain in my message app with sending as the status, but would never send. I was now also unable to download photos from the phone to my computer.
There were issues on redialing an incoming call from your call screen. When I would tap the number to redial, it would attach a # or a one and the call would not place saying it was an international call. There were also additional issues with phone functions.
After 3 months of trying to resolve these issues with four different Cricket Stores and 7 lengthy calls with Cricket Customer Service, including speaking with supervisors, I was informed all phones transferred to Cricket would not function properly in the Cricket system. I was then told I could upgrade to a Cricket phone and turn in my old phone, which was considerably higher in standards than the phone being offered. Cricket would also not offer any of the phones they had at the price available when initiating service, even though they did not advise the customer of potential issues of transferring a non Cricket phone. If you did purchase a phone from them it would be an additional $25.00 activation fee.
There is not anyone available which would allow them to resolve these issues past the person you initially talk with, and their supervisor who has no authority to make any exceptions. Most of the staff at the Cricket stores are not properly trained to handle any issues.
It is very disappointing that a company that offers good plans and coverage has such poor customer support and competent individuals to resolve issues with their customer.

Cricket Wireless a service representative of cricket provider

Let me begin by saying for the last 8 years I have been a customer of crickets 5 lines for $100. I've never been late with a payment nor have I paid a bridge payment. I also pay $6 a month for dezzer, so my normal bill has been $106 a month. So 2 days ago I went into the cricket store on 60th and Ames in omaha nebraska, I wanted to add a mobile hotspot to my line. The heavy set Mexican guy said my total was $157. I asked how he came up with that number since I was on the 100 plan. He says I wasnt on any plan. I might have raised my voice explaining that I've been on the 5/$100 for 8 years then cricket changed the plan to 4/$100 without telling me. He threw my money at me and told me to get the [censored] out of his store. I picked my money up and left the store and went to metro pcs and will no longer be a faithful customer of cricket. Cricket Wireless tempered glass screen

On Father's Day I bought my husband a new phone, case and tempered glass screen. Eric installed glass screen improperly and it has made using the phone difficult to the punt that the pressure required to place a call or text caused the screen to break where there was air underneath. So now the screen is broken and it's hard to use phone. All we asked was for the screen to be replaced. We've been here at the store for 45 minutes already. If Eric hadn't been in such a hurry to leave he might have taken more care in putting screen on correctly. He actually counted down his cash drawer with us in store and left in such a hurry that he left all lights and open sign on. I think the crap we are dealing with over a screen is petty. I'm actually sorry to say I have service with cricket at this moment. I have no idea how much longer I will be waiting here and I believe my time is valuable. Andrew went so far as to call me a liar with one of his friends sitting in store waiting to play. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my entire life.

As a customer of five years i have recently switched to another carrier due to unsatisfactory services from cricket. I went to a retail store in hopes to upgrade my phone and was very disappointed that cricket expected me to pay full retail price for new phone. When you have been a loyal customer for five years you should never be obligated to use the same phone for the entire time of service, but as i wanted to upgrade due to my phone being five years old the retail store clerk was rude and unhelpful . Customers of long standing should not be subject to high priced cheap phones and i left cricket due to this. The new service i now use offers discounts on the latest high end phones to there existing customers which is wonderful there retail store was much more upto date than cricket and offered wonderful services at low costs cricket is the worst prepaid company and needs to reinvent themselves fast to compete with metro . My family and i are so very pleased with metros corperate structure and customer appreciation. Cricket thank u for the years of services but if u only offered upgrade phone deals for existing customers i would have stayed. Good luck
