Absolutely horrible company!!! I had a lease through this company for my furniture. They said they had to setup automatic payments, every two weeks, which i had no issue with. On march 7th, i paid off my furniture early and was told by a representative that the automatic payments will be stopped. My business was complete with crest financial. On march 17th they continued to take out the automatic payment. I was in shock and furious. I called crest financial, on march 19th, and was told by a representative that the automatic payments were not canceled and that i will receive my money back with-in 5 to 7 days. Today is march 29th and i have not received the money back. I just got off the phone with them and was told that my refund was never submitted in the system and that i have to wait another 5 to 7 days. This company has the worst customer service i have ever received. Not only did they steal my money, they won't even give it back. After sitting on hold for 19 minutes, i was finally able to speak to the supervisor on duty named "niesha". She was not helpful at all and did not offer to try and get my money refunded faster. I sat on hold to speak to a supervisor who told me the exact same thing the rep said... Wow... Bad business! Dont ever do business with this company! Run as fast as you can if crest financial is the lease company!!! Hopefully i will receive my money back.
