I paid for the lifetime membership In 2008. There is no website that you can use and it's been years. So how I suppose to use my lifetime membership if they no longer exist. I spent all that money for nothing.

Is there anything you can do about the situation?

I feel paying for a lifetime membership means they plan on staying in business.

It seems so many businesses that you pay a lifetime membership for seems to be going under without any notifications, it's like they take your money and after a few years they disappear. It makes consumers cautious about joining any type of clubs, you are just waisting your money.

I joined Creative Home Arts Club in 2004, then paid $300+ for the Life Membership #[protected] in June 2004. Got the magazine for a while, which I really enjoyed. Got the rolling tote for the Life Membership, and 1 item to review. I've heard nothing now for years, so is their refund available? Was this a scam, bad business practices, or a product of inflating times?

I've been a "Life Member" since 02/2009 but after receiving a couple of tote bags and a couple of magazines, it stopped. Since I'm still alive, I should still be receiving magazines, supplies, and products to try. I've tried to get on the website, address on the back of the card. The website won't load, all I get is an error message. I've tried Googling it and the only web address that comes up is the same as the one that I've been getting error messages. I believe that I'm owed a refund. Please help resolve this issue.

It was good for a little while with magazines and crafts then nothing!

I really would love to see something of my money back if at all possible. The case I received was not even worth,$55.could you send me any information on how I can get some help. I'm 83 years old and could really use the money urgently

It would appear that I am not alone in my displeasure with my Creative Home Arts Club Lifetime Membership status. It's been no less than five (5) years since I received anything from this firm/group, as they promised when I paid the $350+ lifetime membership fees. I initially received a few great items and was most pleased with my decision to become a lifetime member, just given the quality and diversity of the items I received in the beginning. However, everything from the 'club' just stopped entirely, although it took me a bit to realize that they had stopped sending things with so much other mail and items to go through each day. So, it would seem no more magazines, no more products, no more anything...including any information as to what happened with this group, and how we collectively might be able to file a class action suit for taking our money and then not providing what was promised for that money. Paid my full amount to become a life member in 2010. Haven't heard a word from them since. I, too, would like a full refund. After 13 years, I should expect a bit of interest on this money. Have we all been ripped off? This was an opportunity for homebound people to fill their time and we put our trust in

I also was evidently misled about "Lifetime" membership. I paid over $300 for the membership, just came across my pin and thought I would look them up. First thing I see is complaints that they have disappeared. This is very disappointing. I spent the money for the benefits they promised me, but they didn't provide. If they were going to shut down they should have at least reimbursed people back on their membership.

December 7 2007 I joined as a lifetime member to Creative Home Arts Club. Paid $340 to be a member but it was short lived. Received very little by the way of membership that was promised to me and then all of a sudden nothing. Never heard from them again. Always wondered what happened and how I could get a refund.

I also want to know what happened to them. I bought a Lifetime Membership, I have found information going back to 2008 and would like to understand just what happened. Does anyone know? Whose lifetime? Mine? There’s? If there’s what happened to them? Where did they go? I paid a lot of money for that Lifetime Membership. I thought that I’d have craft ideas to last me for a long time. Now my money is gone and I guess so is my membership!

Free craft magazines & craft kits stopped then I started receiving scrapbooking club requests along with a request for more money!

How are companies allowed to take our money and give nothing in return and never experience consequences for their actions 😕

I joined in September 2002. I just found my lifetime membership card today and it reminded me. Tried to look it up and it brought me to this page. I can add my complaint to the many others I have read on this site. It's shameful that all of us paid a lifetime membership fee and never received more than a tote bag. I wonder how these people sleep at night knowing they have bilked many, many people out of over $300 per person. Shame, shame, shame on them!

I had joined the lifetime membership in 2009, I received the lifetime membership items and a couple of items to test. After that I haven't received nothing, being a lifetime member we were suppose to receive at least once a month to try out products to keep, but this was all lies. I would like to get refunded due to the company did not hold their promise of providing us with products to try or treating us with the respect that we all deserve.

I was a member since 2005. What happened.. My husband just cleaned out some cabinets and my card was there. So where do I stand with the life membership I have? What do I need to do about this. I really enjoyed this program

I received a few things but then nothing and I forgot about it until I was going thru my password book and found the original letter I received. What happened? Any chance I will get my membership money returned or is that a lost cause? I received my "Welcome Package 📦 ", the tote with my name in it, still have it in my "Krafting Korner". I received my "Welcome Package 📦 " from the "Cooking Club of America" also, a few products to test and rate, a few magazines from them and then a few from scrapbook magazine and then they were abducted and went into hiding! Lol 😆 🤣 😂, trying to show some humor, because I can't post what I really want to say! I'm a Piscean Queen and we are outspoken and hot 🔥 blooded! (Need I say more on the matter?)

I honestly thought they were a good company, because when I was able to track them in the few complaints I did receive about not getting my magazines or missing kits, they were shipped out the same day and received them by FedEx the next day.

The last time I actually spoke to someone from the company was way back in 2009 and I was filling a complaint about not receiving a kit for August/ September 2009. They were bought by the Scrapbook Company and changed their name and just faired faded away into the abyss of nothingness.

I had filled several complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General of Texas and the BBB in Minnesota. I talked to the BBB of both states and did a "Formal Complaint", have my statements, provided my proof of payment, a copy of my Membership Card and everything!
And absolutely NOTHING! No call backs or follow-ups.

I filed another complaint in 2010, 2012, 2014 and dead silence 🔕 💀 is all I received in return.

In 2015 I was given a phone number to call 📞 and it was a recording and no one ever answered anymore. The call would hang up on me after the recording! I tried again to track them in 2016 and the phone number was no longer in service. I kept my card and I keep checking every Blue Moon to see if anything has been done or will be done about all of us losing our membership fees.

If they would pick up and start searching for their members they would be shocked to see how many of us are gravely disappointed in their shady shenanigans!

They should refund all of our membership fees and still provide the service that we all made for voluntary and those that were coerced/ threatened into purchasing.

I joined the club a few years ago. Paid in full, and from then on, I have received nothing. No new idea's no contact, nothing. Was this a scam? This makes me wonder, why do you call then lifetime member, and no corresondance with me?

I joined this club in 2008 was good until I moved and never heard from you again got sick and it has been a long time to get back to where I am to day. My life member number [protected], so whats up? I joined the Creative Home Arts Club as a Life Member back in May of 2005 member number [protected] Paid around $300.00 plus for the membership. Everything was great in the beginning. Magazines was coming i was getting all kind of information until something…. scrap booking only! REALLY! Then everything stopped just like that. I didn't get ANYTHING at all. I just found my member card because we move and had stuff in storage for a couple of years and now i want to see what's going on and I can't even log onto the site. I realize things change over the years, but a Life Member should mean just that! A Life member. They should be required to refund membership fee's since obviously it's not a lifetime membership. I'm still here and we'll they are not. How is that fair!
