I buy a watch on this site in November 2014.
I received it and after a few days, it doesn't worked.
So I returned for warranty.
I returned in January 2015 and since then, they still have not returned to me.
every time i send an email they always meet the same sentence like:

jason1428, CreationWatches.com rep has responded
“We are really sorry for the inconvenience, repairs can take longer if it is complicated and parts are required. It is also due to the fact that sometimes parts need to be ordered from Japan and if there is shortage of parts we have to wait for the next production cycle and this appears to be the case here. We have asked to repair center to speed it up. Thanks for your understanding.”

this response date there one month already.

It does not take three months to repair a watch.

this site is a scam, if you send your watch to guarantee you will never see her again.
I asked several times the Standard exchange or refund in vain.
They are thieves.

Hello, I have bought Seiko Lord Two-Toned Stainless Steel Fixed Swarovski Crystal Bezel Ladies Watch SRLZ88P1, order #[protected] on 05.12.2014 from the CreationWatches official on-line shop. On 15 of December 2014 they have sent me confirmation of shipment via BPost with invalid shipment number BPI0017SG000042227. On all my requests on delay and non-receipt they were answering that it will be received within 2-3 weeks.
It is already more than one month the item is not received. I have applied to local post office and they have explained me that it is impossible to send something internationally without registered tracking number and they have confirmed that the shipment number is invalid. At the same time, the Seller, Creation Watches (REDSOL PTE LTD according to invoice) cannot provide any information about the order and confirms that the shipment is not trackable. As a result, they have stolen my money.

I wasn’t satisfied with the services of www.creationwatches .com. I bought 4 pairs of watches from them, but all four were defective and one of them didn’t work at all. I contacted the seller and explained the situation, and he agreed to replace them or repair. After I sent watches back, this jerk simply stopped to reply and I have no idea what happened with my phones. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.

I was really excited to use creationwatches.com after reading the testimonials on their site. I should have shopped else where. I ordered a seiko diver on a Monday with 2 day express shipping. Creationwatches sent me an email and tracking number saying they shipped the watch. 4 days later the watch is still in Singapore... A week later they email me to tell me the watch is out of stock. Really? A week later? After telling me the item was shipped... And none of the emails I sent prior to finding out the watch was out of stock have been replied to. No communication, no timely shipping, they sure didn't forget to charge my account right away though... Go figure.

Creation watches should have alerted me right away that the item was out of stock. Not lie to me and tell me it has been shipped just to buy them selves time.

DO NOT TRUST THE TESTIMONIALS ON THEIR WEBSITE.
I was foolish enough to believe them, don't make my mistake!

They ignore inquiries from customers and DO NOT uphold their commitments (2 day shipping not 10 day).

This was my first purchase with them and very disappointed. Their Seiko watches doesn't come with the original packaging and if you want a nicer Seiko Box, you would need to purchase it for $6.00 which I did but when I got still got the generic Seiko Box that everyone else get. I do believe this additional charge of $6.00 is a scam for them to earn extra money in my opinion. I also believe that this isn't the first time that there has been a complaint against them regarding this issue.

Hopefully this issue gets resolved with your help and be addressed to for the last time so that it would not happen to other consumers.

AGO 16 - I purchased a citizen watch in CreationWatches.com

AGO 28 - They send me the tracking code to see where my watch is.

SET 9 - I send an email to CreationWatches.com with a report from DHL that say : The item could not be delivered and is being returned to sender.

SET 10 - CreationWatches.com reply "Dear Cristian,

Your order already has been shipped via Registered shipping. It might take 2-4 weeks to reach the pakage. Please do not worry about that, your package is already on its way. It will reach you soon. However you may be able to track the package once it reaches to your country with your country post."

SET 19 - After i told creationwatches to read carefully what i send the reply: "Dear Cristian,

We have raised an inquiry with DHL Global mail for your order. We will
update you soon as we get status from them.

SET 26 - After me asking what happendes with my order creation watches reply: "Dear Cristian,

We have forwarded your enquiry to the post concerned.
We'll keep you informed as soon as there's any updates from them.

Please note that the Post may take up to 2.5 months from the date of enquiry to have a conclusive reply.

OCT 19 - CreationWatches say "Dear Cristian,

You will receive the watch within 3 working days."

OCT 19 - My Reply "Awesome! What is the new tracking code?"

OCT 28 - I got this email from creationwatches asking for more money without a reason valid "Drear Cristian,

The watch has been returned back to us, if you want to receive it you
have to pay USD 20 for re-shipping fees.
Please pay the price from the following link:
http://www.creationwatches.com/products/order.php?id=20&orderfor=ReShipping&curr=USD
Also inform us after the payment is done."

OCT 28 - My reply "Why i have to pay re-shipping fees? I do not return the watch. And on the mail on 19th oct you say exactly:
"Dear Cristian,
You will receive the watch within 3 working days."
Please give me a good explanation for this. "

I dont really know what else to do besides make a dispute on my credit card. I preffer my watch.

Very disappointed with this company, ordered watch as a present it arrived damaged. Got in touch by e-mail as the phone line for UK is just an answering service telling you to email them. Email got passed to someone called Justin who told me all watches are checked prior to being dispatched. After a number of days emailing he finally said I could return for an exchange, this was a Xmas present for my husband. Anyway, watch cost £14.73 to return and according to my tracking arrived in 5 days but according to creation watches it was about two weeks by which time there was no watches the same type in stock. I got told that I would get the delivery charge refunded "shortly" this was over a month ago! So now I have no watch and am £14.73 out of pocket. The customer service is atrocious. The website showed that the watch was in stock so I ordered it again, money came out if bank then next day I got an email telling me that sorry watch is not in stock and we will refund you shortly. This is the worst Internet company I have ever dealt with.

Tonight the Bookkeeping of Epson Italia called me and she asked if I had bought a watch because Italian Custom and Federal Express invoiced to Epson Italia about 18, 22 and 10.80 Euro, respectively. Now I am in a big trouble : I could even be dismissed because I took advantage to charge the payment of Custom and shipping fee to Epson Italia.
You wrote to me that you never had problem with custom and that the shipment was free. I put in the order to you C/O (CARE/OF) EPSON ITALIA etc etc that is the address of my work office because no one is at home during the day but you make the mistake to ship to Epson Italia, so I paid the watch but Epson Italia paid the Italian custom and the Fed Exe shipment.

I am very upset and worried on what it could be happen next week.

More that that the box containing the watch is not Seiko original and the Warranty it is just an anonimous stamp on the instruction book : I wonder if the official maintenance network in Italy would accept to repair the watch in case of problems.
