Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.

I ordered a watch for delivery to Portugal, but after months of follow-up, the latest update is that it's stuck in customs. It's been three months without any further information. The company advised me to directly contact customs, providing a phone number that goes unanswered. I requested a refund a month ago, but since then, all communication from their side has ceased. In conclusion, there's a risk that shipments can get delayed indefinitely in customs, and the company does not assume responsibility to assist in resolving such issues.

I ordered from Creation Watches on 17/07. Today is 14/09, almost 2 months since this order.

The item never arrived, my local postal service said it was delivered but it was not.

To date, we have exchanged 20 emails, where the customer service department has repeatedly asked for “time to investigate”.

On 21/08, they asked for 1 week, which they would refund me if there was no resolution. Guess what? It’s almost a month since then, no resolution.

Today I received an email saying “please allow us 1 week and then we will refund you” this is the 4th time they’ve requested time.

Worst customer service ever, I’m 2 months on and I’ve got no watch and I’m out of pocket.

It’s worth noting I ordered from this company before, so being a repeat customer I’d have thought they’d be more helpful.

I would have ordered more (I have a watch problem) but they have lost me as a customer for life.

Purchased a casio watch. Came with no light and the button to adjust the time didnt work properly. Paid for a casio box and came in a big standard one. I emailed to return immediately as you cant return without emailing them. Emailed 5 times and still no reply. I have checked spam and junk. Paypal claim logged and they want proof of return. And i cant return with out creation watches contacting me

Scammers Creation Watches! They say it's free shipping even though it's not! Upon delivery of the goods, you will be charged 40% of the cost of the goods duty! Buy a product a little more expensive in another store with real free shipping, but you will not overpay 40% of the cost for duty! Avoid Creation Watches scammers, these have NO free shipping, they are scammers! Overpay 40% of the cost of the goods bypass them!

I ordered a watch 7 days a go. I paid a fee of 84sek for DHL priority shipping 2-4 days. 3 days a go they sent me an email about "ExtendedAreaPre Shipping" 72sek, which I paid immediately. Today a week later I get the same email for "ExtendedAreaPre Shipping"(because I live in a “remote area”, wich isn’t totally true), so 72 sek more? Why? I have already paid both the DHL fee and "ExtendedAreaPre Shipping" once!

So I have paid:
- 1037SEK for the watch + DHL Express + import tax duties
- an extra 72SEK (January 23rd) for the ExtendedAreaPre Shipping
And they are still asking me for an0ther ExtendedAreaPre Shipping fee!
I should have had the product 2-3 days a go…
It says 2-4 days for the DHL shipping.
I have asked them to refund all my money but I don't think they will.
my conclusion:
Either the whole DHL offer is a scam that they are asking people for extra money for.
Or it's all a scam and I won't get a watch.

I purchased on-line a watch from CreationWatches website on 09th January. The website promised delivery in 2-4 days. I chose the DHL delivery option offered on their website. I received confirmation of my watch's shipment on 13thJan, ie already the promised maximum of 4 days, so it was obvious that the 2-4 delivery promise would not be met..

I have now contacted CreationWatches electronically 5 times asking where my shipment is and when will it be delivered. I have not even received an acknowledgement of my emails and I am still no nearer knowing when/if my watch will arrive.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the company's lack of customer service and consumer concern.

I ordered a seiko watch end of November 2022 and received a non working watch. I requested a refund or replacement and they offered me $15 for a watch I paid almost $100 for. The idea that I get a broken watch and should have to deal with warranty service myself is ridiculous. This is the message they sent me. I replied to this but have not heard back yet.

I purchased Seiko SSB399P1 via MasterCard and I cancel my order. I don't want to use this watch anymore. I filled out the form on the creation website also emailed to "[protected]@creationwatches.com" for the order cancelation and full refund before item can be packaged and shipped, it said it would be returned within "12 hours", but there was no response. Order number: [protected]

When I bought the watch in 19th April I was told I should receive your watch in roughly 2 to 3 weeks. It's been more than 6 weeks and the order still stuck in Singapure...

They don't perform as promised! Refound my money as you cannot deliver the product in time!

Very shady... I don't think I will receive my watch... looks like a scam...

I bought a Seiko watch from creationwatches also known as Downunderwatches.com AKA citywatches.co.nz.

They have a refund policy on their website of 30 days. I reached out to them and after taking pictures of the watch and emailing it back to them as requested, they asked me to send the watch to

I sent it via Express post with a tracking number - the tracking number shows that it got there 14th Jan. So now they have both the payment for the watch, and the watch returned to them and I never got a refund, nor an update about what is happening with the whole process. It's March.

Hello, a week ago i ordered a Seiko watch from the website and paid. I received an confirmation email of the successful order and payment. However, a day later i decided to cancel the order since i wanted to think better about the products, and wrote them an email of cancellation of the order. They responded within 12 hours that they are working on my refund, and in the next day they wrote that the payment was refunded but it has been 3 days since that and there is no refund on my Credit card so im really worried.
Can you please help of fixing the problem since im worried and its frustrating?

Please cancel my order of the Seiko SRPD09 dive watch. Order number [protected]. When I ordered the watch (11-1-21)there was OK communication by email. 11-5-21 I provided additional info for my order confirmation. Address, card, and phone number. After my order I had questions with no answer to this point. Email of request and questions 11-2-21 to 11-08-21 no response. The amount for the purchase showed "processing" on my bank account then disappeared. This concerned me. I'd like the order canceled please, with an email confirming that. Also no answer on the U.S customer service phone and I attempted several calls.

Hi i ordered a Tissot Seastar Powermatic 80 and even before it was shipped i sought cancellation due to a personal situation where i no longer had the need for the watch. I was told it was being shipped and there is no way they could stop it. When i asked them to initiate a return they stopped completely responding and i have an emergency travel to make before which i am not sure if this return transaction will happen. Is my money considered siphoned off? I do not need the watch pls help.

Before shipping, I received several emails asking for confirmation of my credit card and address.
Had this process been explained on the site, it would have been fine.
Instead, this appeared to be a phishing scam requiring additional contact to confirm its validity.

Then, according to the site US orders would be shipped free two day FedEx.
Instead, watch was shipped DHL from Singapore and I was charged $8.
When I had not received any shipping info, or the watch, after 8 business days I sent an email asking for information.
Instead of receiving any real help all I got was a email stating it has been shipped.

When I did get the watch, I found it was not the watch the site described or that I ordered.
The watch shown and described on the site has a white dial as I wanted.
However, the one shipped was the one with a ivory dial.

Finally, feedback I left on the site was deleted to prevent any negative reviews showing.

Based on the poor service and communication I have received so far, I am not going to waste my time trying to return the watch.
I do not believe I would ever see a refund or get the correct watch.

Stay away from them the low prices dosn't worth for trouble The site says free delivery in my country but when the package came i had to pay the double price for custom fees which creation mailed me thats very low.i ask the seller to sent back and refund me they accepted..they have received the package back almost a month ago and they did not refund me anything also they reply to mails with auto respond that they working with their team..took my money for nothing .. scammers

Bought a watch off eBay from them and returned it. They already got it back but have not refunded my money. I wrote them inquiring about it and and got an email from someone called Vanya; saying that they are 'checking' with their team. No details, no refund and absolute silence from them after this e-mail.
They also told me to contact Sally, their eBay customer service person... Sally never answered.
They had been reluctant to provide any after-sales service.
Hopefully eBay could help me to get my money back.

The watch functioned correctly during my first wear. I wore it for several days with no problems. I changed over to another of my other automatic watches for a few days, and when attempting to wear again, I could not get the watch to function?
I have had email correspondence with Creation Watches and they have told me to contact a service centre, which is completely unacceptable. They also offered me $10? After several emails, they have offered $20 and stated they could repair if I return, however, could take 3-5month, which again is unacceptable. I have read several similar reviews in which customer have returned watches and never seen them again or the money they paid so, of course, am reluctant to do this.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Creation Watches that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. The goods a neither fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality as the watch does not function.

they sent me a defective Seiko, could be fake, whatever, they wanted pictures, videos, then try to offer lousy $10 for me to keep the garbage. They told me to get it serviced locally they would give me $15. hahahahahahahahaha. Insane scumbags. They expect me to pay shipping to Singapore. Stay far away from these complete and total careless thieves.

I ordered a watch 4 days ago, and after that, I asked for a cancellation order and refund. The order was not shipped yet.

I am trying to contact the creationwatchs.com in order to cancel my order and be refunded without success. I have sent so far 10 emails asking, I left messages via Facebook chat, I tried to contact them via phone all the numbers they are on the website are not available.

I had good feedback from a friend about your service but I am having a desperate experience so far. Hope this situation solves quickly.

I received my watch promptly however problems started when I had to return it back. I was requested to send some photos of the watch and wait for further instructions, which I did. After a few days writing back and forth I finally received the approval and instructions as to where I could return the watch. I sent it back as per instructions.I received confirmation from Australian Post that the watch was received by Creation Watches a week ago. I emailed Creation Watches saying that I still have not recived the refund, to which they replied and confirmed that they received the watch and will issue a refund soon. After a few days I emailed them back again saying I still have not received any refund, its been a week now since they received the parcel and on the website its written they issue refunds within 24 hrs. from when they receive it. This time I received the email saying that they have not received the watch and will issue the refund once they receive it! So I emailed them back with a screenshot of website from Australian Post confirming that the parcel was received by Creation Watches a week ago and they confirmed with me that they received it! Im still waiting to hear back from Creation Watches.I think that the whole process of returning the watch is appalling. Its not acceptable that Cretaion Watches keeps the watch back and does not send the refund! Its called theft!
