BEWARE! The owner of the company is the most unethical and disgusting business owner I have ever come across. She pays her employees dirt wages and works you like a slave. She is interested in only lining her pockets and cares about no one but herself. She will hire people to work collections accounts for her and when enough money rolls in she will let everyone go. She will then start up again a few months later by hiring new employees with big promises to them as well. People will leave the job that they currently have because they think they are going to have this great opportunity with her company only to be left without employment when she is done using you. She will offer no training on the job she hires you for, you will have to train yourself and she will treat you like garbage because you need time to learn. She has a so called "Office Manager" who is as devious as she is and will lie right to your face about anything in order to get what she wants out of you. You will also be told that there may not be any money to pay you after you have worked for her! People, please for your sake, do not deal with CRC on any basis as she will use and abuse you and leave you with no income and she will not blink an eye.
I worked for Cindy Acker prior to CRC and she is a wonderful leader, teacher and know more about the business than anyone I know.
I also know alot of the CRC team and they are great!
I was also an ex CRC Employee of two years that was treated more than fair. I was always paid well and on time (even received several bonuses). I always knew Cindy Acker as a extremely kind but stern business women who expected hard work and results so there were disgruntled employees from time to time. It has been quite a long time since I've worked there so I don't know if any of the complaints are true or not but I find it hard to believe.
I worked for CRC 6 years ago and I never experienced any of what the complaint states... I was the billing manager and I trained every person that I worked with as well as any new employees. I made sure that every person was treated fairly and paid as well... I am not sure what has taken place since I left but I known Cindy Acker, as a professional woman who took care of her employees and made sure that everyone was trained to do there job and she showed appreciation for the hard work that was performed by each employee. I pray that if what has been posted is true, I pray that things will work out for Cindy and her business.
I had applied for a position with this company over a month ago and received an email today for the office manager Andrea Gaines, asking if I was still available for the position. I told her yes as I am still unemployed however now that I found this I will think twice about continuing contact with this company. My only difference is that this post says the company is in St. Petersburg, Florida? The job listing I applied for was in Hawthorne, NY but the company name and office manager is the same. I may ask who the owner is to be sure and take it from there. thanks
The Office Manager is Andrea Gaines. I heard that the prior office manager left due to Cindy's continued unethical behavior and requests!
This is criminal! Why is she not being prosecuted? Is this just another example of what our country is becoming?..Petty thieves are prosecuted more readily and harshly than someone who is blatantly exploiting and stealing thousands of dollars from law abiding citizens? This is a disgrace...! Get The Media Involved!

CRC should be closed down. I know for a fact that not only do they violate employees, but also their clients!
Whoever you are...you are completely correct! CRC Should be shutdown for violating employees, and treating them like she does!
