Bad site!!
Please don't buy anything from this terrible site, their customer service is incredibly rude and impolite. I contacted Craftsvilla because a lot of time passed since I made my order and there was still no tracking information. I was worried about my order so I asked them to send me a tracking number and their nasty rep said that it was already sent to me a long time ago. When I told them that I did not receive anything they simply did not care and said that I probably did not notice it. I asked them to give me another number and they simply refused to communicate with me any further. I tried to be patient and polite, but these people gave me nothing but run around! Order is still missing and they don't reply. What a scam!

I received a worst lehanga material which I returned back within a week of arrival but till now I didn't receive my money back. Formality sake they are creating tickets which they never solved or responded properly.

As well as the seller hasn’t told that the order was shipped already. He diddle-daddle and it was very strange. My wife is too worried and we hope that someone will help us to solve the problem.
