Cracker Barrel gift shop

Dear Cracker Barrel Customer Service,
In your gift shops you have displays and gifts that honor all the branches of the military
EXCEPT the United States Coast Guard.

You highlight the Army, Navy, Air Force, and even the Marine Corps- which is technically a part of the Navy.

To be ignored and excluded this way, is an affront to the brave men and women that are out there serving and protecting the nation each day at great risk to their own lives.

The Coast Guard has the greatest interaction with the public in promoting boating and water safety, life saving, law enforcement, as well as support of the other branches in a myriad of military operations.

I felt that I needed to call this oversite to your attention in hopes that you could recognize their service as well.

Cracker Barrel service-delay with being waited on/delay of food delivery

We were at Cracker Barrel store #404 on 7/25/19 from 12:05 until 1:30.
We waited at our table 10 minutes before our waitress told us she would be with us in a minute. Meanwhile 3 tables around came in after us, were waited om immediately & received their food before our order was taken.
The 2 men in our party finally after 20 min. received their food. Waitress said she would be right back with my food & my sisters as she didn't have room on her tray.
The guys were almost finished eating when we received our food! A manager came over and said it did take 13 min. before our food order came up. Who knows when the waitress put the order in. We had to ask for to go boxes because I has to get back to work.
This is unacceptable! I was a waitress for several years in my parents restaurant.

Cracker Barrel food service

My husband and I visited Cracker Barrel in Central Park, Fredericksburg, Va last evening. It was 20 minutes before a server even came to our table, and they were not busy. After taking our drink order, it was another 15 minutes getting it, and that was after another server told her to bring them. The other server took our order, and we were 20 minutes receiving it, and my husband only got half of what he ordered. He was so perturbed by then that he told them to put it in a box. They offered us dessert then said they couldn't cut the cake for four hours. This was really ridiculous. We do not think we should have had to pay for our dinner. Cracker Barrel product soldier in combat uniform

A year ago May my daughter purchased a soldier statue for me in rememberance of my sister Deborah D Jackson US NAVY. Large pieces of the statue are coming off. It started with flaking of his helmet around August of last year and has progressively gotten worse. I will attach photos.

I believe the deterioration of the statue is a defect. I have friends who have the soldier in dress uniform and the Eagle from previous years, both they have held up quite well. Its as if the statue I have missed the sealing process.

The local Cracker Barrel has been contacted, 9700 N by NE Blvd, Fishers, IN 46037. My daughter spoke to the merchandise manager. Was told she would look into it and get back with her. (my daughter) We have heard nothing and this has been going on for about 6 to 8 weeks. Have left a couple of messages for a return call, but have received none.

I am not asking for a refund. All I want is a new statue for my memorial garden. The statue is worth more to me than the money.
I am now asking for your help to resolve my problem.

Cracker Barrel food/ service

I was super excited when I hear that Cracker Barrel had started serving fried chicken, so we went to the cracker barrel in Concord NC at 4:30 pm on 6-22-2019 with a party of 10 . We were seated in separated area's even tho there was clearly room for all of our party to seat together with a few tables being put together, the place was half empty. After ordering our waitress informed me that there was no more fried chicken, so I needed to order something else. No fried chicken at 4:30 in the afternoon, really, so I had to order something else. After my food arrived, there are not enough words to say how bad our food was, my mashed potatoes were cold, my roast beef was fatty and at that point I was done, so when I see another waitress bring out fried chicken to a family seated in another area, I knew then I would never be back there. Our waitress did not show but twice, once to take our order and the next to give us our check. I will NEVER be back there, NEVER ! Worse dining experience in my life.

Cracker Barrel food

We have ate at several of these restaurants all around and this way by far the worst experience yet. A lady had a dog with her all you could smell was stinky dog and we asked to move they said wasnt possible. I am allergic and so I was not able to eat well the meatloaf was dry and the okra was burnt the pintos was so thick you could have made a ball. My child pancake was so small I cut it up into 7 pieces that was it and they was both hungry when we left there. My husband's steak was so dry and hard he couldn't eat it. We are very disappointed we picked to eat here for fathers day and it was terrible.

Cracker Barrel no product/service

My husband and I visited Cracker Barrel at445 Commercial Ct, Venice, FL 34292 on June 8. First a positive, the young waiter was great. My steak was overcooked, was asked if I wanted another one prepared. I said no for my husband and I prefer to eat together when on date night. I ate what came with my meal. Then we ordered dessert, I ordered coca cola cake, which came promptly. Unfortunately, my husband ordered banana pudding which did not. We waited 20+ minutes to never receive it. We were told by several employees including the manager it would be out soon. Very frustrated we left. Called manager, to tell her about our experience and her response was, next time she would give us a free dessert. HOW WOULD UT BE FREE IF WE PAID FOR IT AND NEVER RECEIVED IT? BAD FOOD, NO FOOD, MANAGER DONT CARE!

Cracker Barrel illness from food.

Cracker Barrel in Mt. Holly, NJ. Within a hour after eating an dinner of meat loaf, my wife began to have severe stomach cramps. Over the next 4 days she suffered severe cramping, diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pains as a result of the meat loaf not being thoroughly prepared. She had to visit urgent care shortly after returning home.

This lasted approximately 4 days. We contacted the store just to inform them, the manager apologized and took all the information. Shortly thereafter we were contacted by their risk management dept. not realizing that their purpose was to minimize our complaint and reducing it to nothing. Shame on them! we were not asking for any type of compensation. So we got a letter totally reducing our info to nothing. Basically downplaying my wife's illness as if iy never happened. Shame on them.
