Cracker Barrel I purchased the open face roast beef with potatoes and coleslaw

When I received my meal, the coleslaw was no good it tasted sour, I complained to waitress she said ok, but kept serving it to other customers. No one eating it, also my roast beef had no gravy on bread just a little dab in middle. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened and my husband was the same. Ask for cornbread but got it as we were standing to leave. So we will not go back here again. My waitress act like she could not remember anything, you had to tell her twice. Her number is 34094 name was Dallas at Meridian MS. Store. I spent $48.81

Cracker Barrel Quality of food

Total disappointment. Ordered curbside. Chicken Pot Pie and Shepherd Pie. Both barely warm. Pictures say it all. Order was 10 minutes late. Service has been really poor at this location since pandemic.

Cracker Barrel Management

Darrell has got to be one of the worst mangers to try to run a place of business. There are so many things wrong with him its hard to start. He messes up your time, puts you in a position you know nothing about. If you hurt or injured he could care less. And the list goes on. He knows nothing on how to schedule people to work in an efficient way at all. He needs to be replaced and cracker barrel in waycross ga would be a very good place to eat. As for me and my church and others shall follow we will not eat in a place after what we have seen going on. Its not fair to the employees at all. Due to the way the service is slack and he runs around like a chicken whose neck has been rung we perfer to go to captain joe's. Pay more but it is ran great.

Cracker Barrel Service

I first tried to place an online order through my phone. I didn't see any place to enter a gift card that I had for cracker barrel. I than called the store directly. They took me to the manager on duty that evening. August 6, 2020 around 5 in the evening. At the chamersburg, pa. Store. When I explained my situation to the manager. I told him there was no place to submit a gift card. He said just put in a credit card and hung up. I was very upset with his attitude and not his willingness to help in this situation. I let it go. Does it mean that cracker barrel gift cards are not any good?
Plus I am single mother I was ordering dinner for my family on my way home from work. This was given to me as a "gift" from my church. What if you have the means in your account to cover this? I am just trying to take care of my family during this time of crisis. [protected]@gmail.com

Cracker Barrel Mobile order

Wow! And that is not a good wow. I placed a mobile order on the app and picked it up at the Topeka, KS location. I didn't open the container before I got home and it's a good thing for Cracker Barrel that I didn't. Can not believe I got charged $11.99 for one small, and I do mean SMALL, slice of pot roast, six carrots and green beans. Let me tell you something Cracker Barrel—I fully expect to get the SAME amount of food for the price whether I eat at your establishment or order to go on the app. You just lost me as a customer!

Cracker Barrel Food & was disrespected on phone

May 26th 2020 around 6 I had ordered some food and when I got it it was not all in the back the tea water was cold the tea bag was not in the cup it was throw it in the bag the chicken tenders were the worst my chicken fried steak was terrible I've had it before from somewhere else and was better there I ordered for a sandwiches only got three that is not how you do your job plus a chicken tenders was not in the bag I had to get those two it was supposed to been a child's meal and the chicken was just in the container by itself I want that are service and I deserve better service better respect from the manager and the woman that answered the phone and I want everyone to be retrained in that place I am tired of people not having respect for me when a customer is right when you make an order you are supposed to have everything to you all at once not getting disrespected on the phone and saying well that stuff you're going to have to deal with it no I'm not and I want my money back and I want a free meal what I want and done right because I ordered for myself my sister and my child not everything was together when I got it who was missing and when you order for your family and nothing's all there together you got food missing how the family supposed to eat get together if you don't have everything I'm on Social Security and I want better respect and food given to me the way I order it I hope somebody get a hold of me as soon as possible cuz I'm very angry I left a message last night and nobody got back with me of the headquarters I'm not playing this

May 26th 2020 at 6 I order food when I got here it was cold nothing was warm nothing with us. I ordered for egg sandwiches to I was got for myself with just tomato on it and egg a little mayonnaise I only got one I order chicken tender meal for a child just got nothing for that one it didn't come I ordered a chicken fried steak with steamed broccoli and fruit salad and coleslaw besides we're good but the chicken fried steak was cold and nasty I was not done right I got a fish dinner for my sister everything or her meal was great but when I order something I expect everything to be in that bag when I get it I ordered my sister to egg sandwiches with ham she got her stuff but my son did not get his chicken tender meal I had to wait did I will deliver at 8 and my other a sandwich which was not done the way I wanted it everything was cold nothing was hot I order two hot teas the tea bag was thrown in the bag the water was cold I expect something to drink hot tea but like that and then getting my food late when I was told I would get it at 6:57 and then come to after 7 and then you want to blame doordash doordash didn't do anything it was on your end I expect my food be done right everything in the bag is supposed to be ordered and on time and I want it to be hot you owe me a free meal and I want a refund for my meal that I ordered for the whole entire night that is not how you feed a family and I was hungry last night and I still am because I didn't eat that what you said because I have health issues and I had to have food last night not when you feel like putting everything in the bag and not the way you're supposed to do it never ever do you disrespect the customer on the phone like you did me I want both of you written up who I spoke to that night and I want both to be retrained and I want a free meal for my sister for breakfast and lunch and my son breakfast and lunch and me breakfast and lunch I deserve it and I better get it tomorrow morning which will be Thursday or I will go take it to Higher Grounds and refund to

Cracker Barrel Quality of food

Did a online order on may 19, 2020 for 2 pc fried catfish, sides mashed potatoes chicken&dumplings and turnip greens, biscuit... Catfish was ok have had much better.. Mashed potatoes looked and tasted like they was cooked 3 days ago put in trash.. Chicken&dumpling no sign of chicken very dry and tough... Has been better... Biscuits very hard could not eat... So out of that meal all I could eat was the turnip greens & 1pc of the fish... Eat there often but after these last 3 online orders being not good at all just had to say something.. Don't have the money to throw away food and still hungry...

Cracker Barrel Poor customer service

Made an online order for pickup at the Cracker Barrel, Maume, Ohio, for a pickup on Sunday, Mother's Day at 10am. On Saturday day before I called the store, spoke to a manager to confirm my paid order and pick up time. I arrived to Cracker Barrel Sunday morning at 0945am, at 1045 my order was still not ready, I was told that they don't fry chicken until 11oo daily, they could have told me that when I confirmed my order the day prior, at 1100 my meal was ready, but it was the wrong meal, I ordered Southern Friend Chicken and they gave me Home Style Chicken, the did apologize, but refused a refund, said I had to contact the Regional Office, by then I was really pissed. We will order from here again, Poor Customer Service

Cracker Barrel Food

I ordered the homestyle fried chicken dinner with sides. Everything was good, except the chicken was most definetly left over from lunch. The crust It was very hard. I like crunchy hot fried chicken, but this was truly old, couldn't eat it. Sad thing is, my son gave me this gift card because so many of us are unable to get together he wanted me to have a good dinner and trusted I would receive that from here. This is very disappointing. Especially $23 dolloars for more thane main course to be unedible

Cracker Barrel Dinner?

Restaurant was REDICULOUSLY sweltering HOT and uncomfortable from totally unnecessary fire burning in fireplace. Management should be aware location is Florida, after all.
Food less than appealing. Gravy on country fried steak, mashed potatoes rounded out what seemed to be afternoon leftovers.

Cracker Barrel Food / quantity of food inventory

This makes our 3rd complaint filed in the last several years. We again visited our local Cracker Barrel restaurant at 7:30pm on February 25, 2020; there were approximately 20-30 customers/ guests dining around this time.

The server took our order of - Grilled Chicken Tenderloin 2 sides, Chicken Dumplings 2 sides, and Haddock 3 sides. Upon placing the order in the kitchen, we were told that they were out of Chicken Dumplings, and insisted we order something else and so we replied that's her everyday choice of order when we come here. Then the manager replied that we could wait 20-30 minutes for Chicken Dumplings order something else. Which our daughter ordered the same thing as her mother did Chicken Tenderloin so that she wouldn't miss out eating with her parents. And so they continued to explain that they didn't have any Baked Potatoes, so I requested if they had Sweet Potatoes, in which they did have one, that tasted/ looked like it was cooked earlier in the evening and reheated - (mostly blackened) inside of the potato skins area. Furthermore, the Haddock was cooked on a griddled top over oil that tasted like it hasn't been changed in awhile, which all I could taste was oil while eating the fish. Management was apologizing repeatedly for the services and food being dissatisfied. But ultimately it doesn't change but a few times throughout the year, then it goes back to dissatisfy taste/food services. It's like clockwork when trying to get dinner at 7:30pm through the week and by 8:30 pm on weekends, they're always out of something and they are refusing to cook something that would hinder the 2-3 early clean up to get out the door when it's closing time, and don't bother eating their if it's past 8:30 pm they would like to refuse to seat their guests because it would hinder the cooks/ staffs early shut down.

Cracker Barrel Waitress stole my, medication holder

Had dinner, had placed my pill holder next to the lamp on the table to take meds after eating. Left, realized that I had forgotten my meds, around and returned to store within 10 minutes...Waitress admitted to clearing the table, but said no container found... My wife also saw it on the table before we left... Manager said he directed employees to go thru the trash, and found nothing... I needed these meds, and the little silver container. I left them on the table. Waitress now has container and assorted meds along with 3 hydracodone.

cracker barrel has always been the best place to dine in Meridian, ms..until the re-opening...my favorite meal is the roast beef meal & the open roast beef sandwich, not only has the prices gone out of site, but the gravy taste like crap, I don't know why they changed it, my husband loved the hamburger steak and gravy, they changed the seasoning on it and it isn't even close to the way it was..i understand the prices, but not the food changes, they must have bought the cheapest gravy and other things. the portions are very small also. we paid $23 for breakfast, the only thing on the plate edible was the bacon, two tsps. of hashbrowns, lumpy grits. I won't go in to the server, she was new and should not have been on her own. needless to say, unless things go back to being as good as before, we won't be going back..i know what I can get at mcdonald's, they are better than cracker barrel at this time.

Cracker Barrel poor staff and management

Pitifully understaffed. The restaurant has about 40% capacity filled and the wait was 15 minutes. We have been seated along with many others who have not being to be served. The table we are seated at is loose and not screwed down. The fire is not kept and the tables have not been bused. What a far cry from the good service at other cracker barrels

Cracker Barrel service

Very disappointing experience at Cracker Barrel on I-55 in Jackson MS Saturday night. We were seated 20 minutes and never had anyone come to take our order or get us drinks. A waitress walked by us 5 or 6 times to take care of others who were seated after us. This restaurant is in need of major help. Declining customers due to poor services. Last time we ate there I ordered chicken and dumplings and just got dumplings. I was not told they were out of chicken until after I questioned where my chicken was. Very frustrating as this has been my husbands and my favorite place to eat in Jackson. Will not be returning but felt somehow should let my complaint be known.

Cracker Barrel employee complaint

I'm a server at this store. I've been working here for a while. And I've always been dedicated to my job. The only thing that demoralizes me constantly is the hypocrisy of management. Just last year, I saw the GM get fired for sleeping with his employees. Obviously this is against company policy pretty much anywhere. And the rest of the management discourages fraternization. But now one of the girl servers is dating one of the guy AMs, who always makes fun of Ricky for getting fired for doing the same thing he's doing. And no one cares or is doing anything about it! Honestly I'm just sick of busting my tail trying to do right by the company, and seeing these guys who are in charge constantly breaking policy and never getting in trouble for it.

Cracker Barrel dining room service

My family went this evening to have dinner. After being seated the waitress came in 15 minutes to ask about drinks. 15 minutes later they arrived. 15 minutes later she came back to get out orders. 45 minutes later our meals showed up. Meanwhile other people got up and walked out due to this.
We ordered dessert and 15 minutes later waitress informs us they are out of that particular dessert. When we left we told the cashier it was the worse experience we ever had. She snickered along with two friends she had been talking to. By the way, we were the third table in the entire dining room so they werent exactly busy. Management needs to be aware of whats going on at that store... No excuse... Poorly staffed

Cracker Barrel lady manager

My family and I love your restaurant and have been coming for many many years.
But today my experience was horrible and embarrassing. My famly's food was serve to us cold. When the manager came to our table she was very rude. She said "what do you want me to do" very nasty. She was not polite. She didn't say i'm sorry. We left there feeling very bad. I hope no one else was treated that way. No one deserve that type of treatment. I don't know if we will ever come back again.

Cracker Barrel Online order not ready on time and not correct

Firstly - I am a long-time fan of Craker Barrel! I also want you to know exactly why I am very dissappointed. Placed online order on Dec 22-2019 at 1513 hrs for pickup at 1600 at store #42- Columbia, S.C. Arrived at store at 1555 and was soon told (turkey dinner was not available, no phone call)! I said I would take grilled chicken instead. At 1620 hrs I was contemplating asking for refund and asked to see a manager and I spoke with a very busy young man that was unaware I was waiting on my food, he took my receipt and dissappeared into the kitchen. My food arrived at 1630 hrs by another employee who had no idea what was going on. Upon unpacking and checking our food order I was even more dissappointed at the inaccuracy to fill our order. I am listing the accuracy issues in the order of our receipt, photos attached below. Fried Turkey Dinner (not available). Meatloaf dinner (meatloaf charred and no mac and cheese pics attached). We ordered bisquits and got nothing. Vegetable plate (house salad with ranch on side, we got nothing).in pictures you will see my receipt and food photos at least what we got. Normally you guys do a great job and we have always been happy - tonight we are at the polar opposite of that.in total our check was $42.81, I just dont feel like this is somthing normal to your business and I wanted someone to know what happened.

Cracker Barrel Chicken and items on the menu not available because according to the server the trucks didn't bring in the food

Went in to eat and ordered kale salad and Brussels sprout salad also squash casserole was also not available due to the fact that the truck did not bring in the ingredients for the last 2 days according to the server. The fried chicken that was ordered was very greasy . Spent 55.00 and was very disappointed. We have eaten at a lot better restaurant than this one in Sevierville Tn.

Cracker Barrel complaining about management showing favoritism, and firing me just because they had the power without investigation or anything

I was fired simply because I responded "whatever I know I didnt do anything wrong" to a manager that talks to people any kind of way.. I have never been written up or anything. I feel I should take legal actions for pain and suffering because the while situation was unfair. I was fired in the middle of lunch without even being able to be heard. Every since this manager been at this store he has shown on many occassions that he doesnt know how to talk to people as if his position over powers everything. If u haven't been there for along time they treat u very unfairly
