Covet Fashion covetfashion game expense/hair accessories

I am so disappointed with the lack of service provided. I have 2 CovetFashion accounts and have literally spent upwards of $1, 000 (and counting) on this game. In fact, I spend daily buying fashion packs for Flashbacks, season fashion packs, Tapjoy offers, etc. My largest expense has been on hair accessories. I have purchased 65+ hair accessories at $10 each. Covet has just accidentally exposed their greed by withholding from us the ability to use OUR earned/purchased hair accessories as we want, on any hairstyle we want. We reluctantly had to accept that if we buy hair accessories we could only use them on a select few hairstyles (& on some ugly ones at that). But we recently became aware that the ability to use them on ANY hairstyle is there, but Covet chooses to limit us. As a long time, loyal, paying customer, this really infuriates me. Smart business proves that customer support/satisfaction is the key to a successful business, but Covet chooses to continuously ignore their customers while they continue to take their money. I have been dealing with annoying, costly glitches for months now with no help or hope of resolve from Covet. (In fact, I believe that I have been penalized after the attempts I've made to request help. Coincidently after submitting a support ticket, my scores tank even worse than they already are). Which is another problem. I've been robbed of so many Top Looks/diamonds to be won. I invest time and money to buy the expensive top trending garments, follow trends and style nearly identical looks to runway looks and yet I don't even get 5 * stars because I don't clone (which is what everyone has to resort to just to get deserves prizes). My requests for assistance with this problem have been ignored as well. It is clear to me now that Covet does not care nor has any loyalty to its customers as we have had to Covet by continuing to invest time and money in their game. I will not invest anymore time and money in this game until Covet provides a level of service that justifies the thousands of dollars I've spent. In closing Covet should realize that providing better service would only guarantee the retention of its loyal customers. In need of immediate attention, give us the ability to use OUR hair accessories. This is not only beneficial for your customers, it also makes good business sense. People would actually invest even more money in the game. If people were allowed to use hair accessories on any hairstyle they want, this would incentivize those who haven't bought to buy and those who have to buy more. I sincerely hope that for once Covet will listen to their customers and start to provide better service and value for their money spent on this game.

Covet Fashion covet fashion game

Do yourself a favor and don't EVER play this game.

You will likely get addicted to it and get sucked into spending real money on it, only to discover that there are so many issues with this game. From costly glitches to blatant lies made my Covet regarding their voting/scoring system among other things. The latest despicable lie, is Covet sells very expensive hair accessories ($10 each in the US) and claim you can use them on only a few hairstyles within the game. A glitch has now exposed Covet and their greed and lies. This particular glitch allowed players to use all hair accessories on all hairstyles (including new levels as they come out). Despite the fact that Covet does NOT respond to or fix the costly glitches players have to deal with, Covet jumped in and fixed this glitch immediately (on a Sunday evening no less). They have now taken away our ability to use OUR expensive in game hair accessories as we want with absolutely no regard for their players. To really enjoy this game you have to spend quite a big of money on it, but Covet does not produce a platform and value to warrant the expense. DON'T EVER start playing it and don't waste your money.

You were so fast in fixing the hair accessory glitch, not so fast with the other annoying glitches right? I have had some of them for more than a year lol We want being able to use the accessories on every hairstyles, it has been proved that there is no reason to you don't allow us to do it except your greediness. They are just stickers, and they look fabulous. Me and many others are bored with this game, ready to stop playing, and this was finally something that interested and entertain us, also people would buy old accessories on old hair that nobody wants now. Give us that particular glitch back, or make it official!

Covet Fashion game providers do not respond

I have been playing this game for months now and have spent several hundred dollars on it. I recently sent in an email regarding an issue I had with the game but got no response, other then the automated response sent out I have heard from no one. My issue was with a look I was trying to make to get a prize but since I didn't get a response the time ran out. As far as I'm concerned there is no excuse for this to happen. It's very disappointing!

Covet Fashion option button is not working

Hi, I am playing Covet fashion game on my phone for almost a year. Me and my friends have experience constant difficulties to select specific brand/ color/ type and ect. of garments, because on many different phone models options button is almost inaccessible. This button is way too much on the right side. My recommendation would be to align this button by the left edge of button 'borrow'. Thanks, and hope you will take it seriously, as it is superbly annoying issue.

Covet Fashion covet fashion game

I am really disappointed with a package purchased for an especific Covet Fashion challenge named City of Light. I got a very low score and everybody who bought such package which included a dress got a low score too.
How could they sell a package without none of the required items like belts and a top?
Now, let's reason a little bit, anyone investing real money in a game wants something in return (at least the 4 star prize) and then players don't get it?!?! How come?
Their flashback prizes are not as good as they were once but my point is winning a flashback has become just like winning the lottery! There should be a warranty to the ones who spend real money in these damn flashbacks challenges!
I am mad and very, very disappointed! You are becoming more and more greedy. This way, I will soon quit this game and I won't be the only one.
Plus, Covet Fashion does not have a support team to listen to their players complaints. There is a hep tab in the game that is useless since one never gets an answer, when the answers come they are as vague an empty as a blank space, meaning the questions remain and the issues are not solved.
There are many technical game issues and not even these ones are solved... many players complain of disappearing dolls due to some makeups or hairstyles and all they answer is: we are working on it. When will these issues be resolved?
Really bad Covet. Improvements must come soon otherwise there will be a massive number of people who will quit playing this game, including me!

Covet Fashion I can't submit my look

There is a style challenge for the goddess prop pack called "From the Ashes" and I cant submit the look because it wont register one of the required items that I used. I need to use a Fall 2019 black item and nothing I use is registering. If I dont submit this style, I'll end up losing out on the goddess pack which I really dont want. Please see to it that this is amended. I only have one more day to submit it.

Covet Fashion covet fashion game

I am going to start this message declaring thay Covet Fashion support is the worst support I have ever received from any game I play. They have a Help tab in the game that allows to send a message or complaint to them but the messages sent simply disappear out of nowhere. When the message does not disappear, they take over a month to send you a reply that does not clarify anything let alone providing solutions.

There are about 3 months I am experiencing technical issues with makeups and hairstyles that make my dolls disappear. I have about 5 makeups that make my doll disappear from the screen what makes impossible to wear some of my favorite makeups. I have already cleared the game Cache, and it didn't work. I have already cleared all game data, and it didn't work. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still didn't work. I have already accessed the game from other devices like my laptop and other smartphone and the issue is still there. I need it to be fixed since this issue is making me score less but Covet Fashion support is like non existant since I have already sent 3 messages regarding this matter via the game help tab and the messages simply disappear. Can anyone imagine how frustrating it is to play a game with a bug for over 3 months and receive no response from a technical support? If such technical support exist, I wonder if they have a team for that or even a person...

When I get replies they are as empty as the emptyness since there is nothing there that can REALLY resolve the issues I am facing. I receive apologies instead... really? Is this the support they offer?

I have already sent them 7 complaints through the window game regarding another issue I am facing. I created another Facebook account just for the game and I simply can't change my Facebook account! I tried all tutorials available and I simply can't believe it is not possible to link another Facebook account to the game. It is just like saying that the user can't change any data. I understand there are security matters but I can give proofs I own both accounts and I don't want people I don't know in real life in my Facebook profile accessing all my personal data. How safe it is to have over a million people I have never met in my whole life accessing my photos and my personal life?

I need solutions for these matters and I need them right away. Only God knows how many centuries they will take to reply me and provide REAL SOLUTIONS.
It is simply not acceptable that Covet Fashion game doesn't have a support team to provide support to game players!

I am eargerly waiting for SOLUTIONS!

Covet Fashion game error (connection errors)

So, a few weeks ago I was having issues accessing my covet account because I kept getting an email about a confirmation code or something. I messaged Covet about it and they said to uninstall the app and then reinstall it again. I did that and it worked for one night! Then the next day until today it keeps saying that I have connection errors. I've tried messaging Covet multiple times explaining my issues. I havent even gotten a response from them. I've tried checking my connection from my settings but everything is good on my end. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I've been able to play the game before I had these issues literally anywhere I went. But now anywhere I go it doesn't work AT ALL. I really need to figure this out. I've been unable to play my game for a few weeks now. And I'm a head of house which isn't very convenient.

Covet Fashion the app

It kicked me out of me account I've had for maybe 6+ years and I have lost everything and can not get back into my original account. Could I please have some help with resolving this? I can not find a number to reach anyone to help me or any email to seek out help. Please I've put a lot of time and money into this to lose everything I have already done and I don't want to use the app until it's resolved or I'll just delete the app because I'm not starting over.

Covet Fashion linking to facebook

I used to play covet fashion and I linked my old account to my last covet account. Now, I want to connect my new one to my facebook account and I cant. It comes up with an error saying that it's already connected. I've tried linking my old account to a facebook page that I created specifically for it but, it still didn't work. I also tried logging in and out as well as completely disconnecting my account from facebook but it still isn't working!

Covet Fashion game experience

Where are the devs or mods on this game? I've messaged about issues to be completely ignored or they'll get to a certain point in messaging back and THEN I get ignored.
I love the game overall, I buy HA's and fashion packs but my god are those that run this game ignorant.
There's been compensation given for some issues but not given to British players?
When this game had that big that signed you out of your account I had no help figuring how to get it back. Only a week or so later I got removes from a rally, mid rally, as did another team mate and Covet responded that it was a known issue and they'd discuss with developers about compensation but then NOTHING.
This game crashes my phone, I sent a screenshot of what it looks like nearly every time I do voting (pixelated mess) and guess what, NOTHING! What is going on...

Covet Fashion constant glitch on the app

My fashion house has been going through a series of glitches this past month. This week, as we started our rally, three of our house members got toggled off by the app unexpectedly. They removed themselves from the house in order to not affect our progress and now they are not being able to join back. We have also experienced an irregular amount of freezing and have been randomly kicked out of the app while entering challenges.

Covet Fashion facebook profile error

Hi,

I have already sent 4 messages to Covet Fashion support regarding my Facebook orofile issue. I have created a new Facebook profile to use only with Covet Fashion game but I am unable to link it to my Covet Fashion account. Surely, I have already tried everything before sending messages regarding this issue but all Covet Fashion game support did was sending me a ready message with steps to link my Facebook account. Certainly I have already tried to link my account over 50 times and I follow all suggested steps. I am really tired of trying to solve this situation all alone... I need help... I am suffering with this situation for over 3 months and nothing is done to resolve this. Besides, I have already unustalled the game and reinstalled 5 times and it seems my complaints go to neverland since I can't find them anymore... how come? I have a profile and send a message then I uninstall the game and when I recover my profile the message is not there anymore? Something is very wrong... not only they take almost a month to reply, but also they don't solve the problem and apparently complaints conveniently disappear from their system.
Really disappointing...

due to a fault by covet i was logged out of the game over a month ago, i have contacted them to help me get back onto my account and they messed me around! they did not help at all and i could be waiting over a week for responses that did not help! i have spent over £50 on the game and i would like a refund or money going onto my covet account. i would also like to be logged in and given some compensation as i have waited a very long time and missed out on many challenges. my issue is i did not back up my account, and i am unsure of my username but i have provided everything they asked, a key detail i know is that i was in a fashion house with xsterminko, profedem and jamieleev, surely u would be able to find my account, it has ‘lucy' in it somewhere because that's my name and i am level 7

Covet Fashion f5 contest

I completed all 8 questions in the above new challenge which has now ended. All my answers were correct, and was confirmed by the response I received as completing each one. I have now had a message which states that I only answered 6 of 8 questions. This I strongly dispute, and I am asking that you please look into this. I just started playing the game and I am very disappointed that I have been cheated out of a reasonable prize or prizes. Hope to hear back from yourselves as soon as possible. I also researched my answers online, so I know they were correct.

Covet Fashion game

I had some issues with my iPhone 7 and I was advised by Apple support to:

1. Back up my phone to my computer.
2. Restore to factory settings
3. Recover my content

Now I am seeing a dialogue box that says:

Connection Error
There was an error communicating with the game servers. Please tap to restart the game.

RESTART

When I restart it appears to reload (very quickly) and brings me to QUEEN OF THE ELVES. As soon ans I tap on an accessory it goes back to the Connection Error dialogue box.

Covet Fashion customer service is useless

I've been playing Covet Fashion for over 2 years and have spent a lot of money. Now I can't borrow items. It tells me to reauthorize Facebook, of which I tried. Then it knocks me off. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it started my game from the very beginning. Whenever I try to sign in through Facebook it just knocks me off. I've left messages wherever I can. I left a 1 star review, hoping to catch someone's attention, and now I'm here. I'm beyond frustrated and believing at this point that whoever owns this is making so much money they don't give a crap that they're scamming people. Complete and utter scam. I'm sure I will receive no feedback or resolution by writing this, but oh well...

Covet Fashion premium store

Hi. I have noticed with my two rescent purchases in the premium store that the cost doesnt fit the withdrawal from my bank account.

A week ago I purchased for 6900 diamonds. It says it costs 219 NOK. On my bank account the amount of money went missing is 318 NOK.

Today I purchased 3300 diamonds that costs 109 NOK. I checked my bank account immediately after, and you have taken 219 NOK instead of 109 NOK.

This has never happened earlier when I purchased something in the Premium Store. Now I dont dare to purchase anymore since I cant trust the prizes to be correct.

Covet Fashion fashion house

So i have been playing this game for a while now. i play mutipl times a day, i open my game and my fashion house kicked me out 24 hours befor it ends. i have entered almost all challanges, i have spent my own money on this game we would have won the big prize and they kick me out. who is going to protect my right to play to receive those prizes, why do they not have to give a reason to kick me out. this is truely unfair. If something is not done, i will post.negitive feedback on your site. i play to much to get screwed over and be out all the rewards i am not going to miss out on.
