Covet Fashion I am complaining about errors

Covet game is starting to unfairthings, first they gave gift belt only one person which is effecting our competition so mıch. After that wrongly they sent 5000 diamonds to some daily players with the message of ‘we missed you' again this effect us because in game we are spending real money to win the games. We asked these things and they said only they did error. But these errors effecting us some of us do not have game money to enter the challanges, automatically we are loosing because of these errors. And there is no compensation for all these things.

Covet Fashion tapjoy diamond rewards

Hello,

I very much enjoy playing your game but this week I have had a negative experience with tapjoy. I completed an offer, provided proof and was informed that there were extra requirements that were not initially stated in the reward. I am seeking compensation of 16320 diamonds for completion of the lottogroove offer. My username is ajhriahna and I have attached photographic proof of my account with lottogroove created on the 10th of february and the required deposited amount. I have been trying to resolve this issue with a representative from tapjoy but have been unsatisfied with their service.

Covet Fashion cant use borrow function in app

For almost 48hrs now I have not been able to use the borrow function tells me I need to re authorise Facebook but then I'm already linked to account so log back out and back in again and I'm stuck in this loop no matter what I do. I can't even borrow from house. I have reached out in game but have gotten no response, I have reached out to customer service crowdstar and have gotten no response and even Facebook with no response. Glitch's like this destroy the game especially when you are a customer that has spent lots or real cash in game. I think the most frustrating part is not getting responses and feel like I'm just being ignored. I'm very disappointed.

Covet Fashion reward support

I am a daily player and I fulfill multiple reward offers during the week. If the reward doesn't automatically get applied, then I submit a request usually after 24hrs. I get an email then I respond with the correct info that is needed. However, it has been taking up to 1 week to get my rewards. How am I supposed to compete in challenges when I have no diamonds on my account? Why is it taking so long to get my reward?

Covet Fashion design home

This is constant, but my latest problem is signing up, and giving credit card information for a subscription to rakuten kobo audio books, within 2 minutes after fulfilling the offer tapjoy put on their reward wall both that they gave me the reward, the 13158 diamonds, and at the eact time put on the reward wall that they closed the ticket because they did not hear from me... Did not hear from me, 2 minutes after fulfilling the offer! I wrote them using the ticket number they had on the reward wall which they responded that they would not even look at it because I didn't have a reference number, which of course they would not give me because they listed it as solved! I sent a letter instead to crowdstar the developers with a picture of the reward wall and a copy of the letter that said tapjoy would not look at the email, plus all the proof that I had showing I fulfilled the offer. I heard nothing from either for a couple days but then crowdstar said they would escalate the problem to tapjoy. Then a week goes by and tapjoy sends me a letter saying that they tried to give me the points but failed so I had to contact crowdstar, so I did again, sending the letter that tapjoy just sent me and all the proof I had of the reward wall and proif that I never got the diamonds and proof of every letter, ect, proof of fulfillment and then a couple days later I get a letter from crowdstar who said that tapjoy closed the ticket because they never, never heard from me! So then crowdstar says they couldn't give me any diamonds because tapjoy said it was closed. I am so sick of this, it goes on and on and on and no one there cares or even bothers to read the emails yet they have no problem taking my money constantly. Somebody has got to do something and if anyone can start a class action lawsuit, i'm in. They have to be stopped, they have no right to take our money and not show any responsibility at all. I've included screenshots of the reward wall, the diamond total of my page showing I did not get the diamonds, the emails I got including being told to go directly to crowdstar, the emails saying the ticket was closed and proof of purchase which I sent to both tapjoy and crowdstar several times.

Covet Fashion tap joy offers for diamonds you buy or complete the action - target credit card (which I got immediately online but no diamonds)

I have done surveys, bought things and had power go out but this is too much
First you advertise double diamonds then you list on Tapjoy the offers
Target Credt Card and the Discount Card if I applied and was accepted immediately the thousands of Diamonds would go into my account - Guess what
I have the approval and the card number instantly sent to my email but not One Diamond
Added to my Covet Account

Please advise me what if anything you will do
Look up all the surveys I have done and never got a credit
It is wrong to fraudently offer and advertise
Then not complete or explain if there is any explanation why you offer
Something you have no intention of Honoring

Covet Fashion customer service

I have submitted request forms on 3 offers I've completed thru tapjoy on the Covet Fashion app a long time ago & I'm still waiting on my diamonds. Can anybody please help me2get my diamonds. Case [protected] for dollar shave club for 4624 diamonds. Case [protected] for sling.com for 2720 diamonds & Case [protected] for roadsave for 4896 diamonds. All proof of completed offers is in the photos below. I don't know why it's taking so long to get my diamonds but can somebody please solve this or forward this email to the correct person that can. My problem is that I can’t log in to my covet account back again because it was linked with a Facebook account with a phone number that I don’t have access to anymore it was not linked to my email and now I can go in again please help me I have contacted this company a lot of times and I never get helped I even attached some proof that the account is mine like pictures of google play store diamonds purchased, I have put too much effort in building my 2, 900.000 closet to lost every progress I don’t want to start over

I have not gotten my diamonds from tapjoy! I did the game board kings or whatever and it was to reach level three and now i’m on level five! still haven’t gotten my thousands of diamonds! it’s been 72 hours! don’t get your hopes up for tapjoy! very disappointed!

Covet Fashion no diamonds rewarded for several ads I subscribed for

I have completed savvy surveys on double diamonds week for 3232. And have not recieved them and car insurance quotes spoke to a representative. That was for 5435 diamonds. Still havent recieved them either. And a few more ads. Please fix this and send. I play the covet game. And my email is. [protected]@yahoo.com. Thank you. I really enjoy your ads. Covet Fashion covet fashion

Hi, I completed the Betway Casino offer in Covet Fashion which was supposed to earn me 37056 diamonds (they have a double offer going on). However the offer hasn't registered as completed even though I followed the steps exactly - visit Betway Casion and create an account, and then deposit 500 SEK ($55.74). I tried to submit a support request, but I can't as it's not registered as completed so I'm hoping you can help me. As I spent $55.74 of my real money which I only spent because of the offer I am anxious to solve this. Let me know if you require any information, screen grabs or anything.

I just participated in a runway rally with my fashion house, and we won the small prize bag, the medium prize bag and the grand prize bag. However, I wasn’t able to open the grand prize bag and did not receive the rewards. I would like the rewards to be updated.

There was an offer to complete the level 600 in an app and i haven't received my diamonds. The app was word, where you hace to make worgs in cross. I have up to the 600 level as tap joy asked but i haven't received the diamonds (i thought is was 1000 diamonds more or lees) it's hard to earn diamonds so please give me a solution and thanks anyway

The app isn't working since several months properly. The problem is with loading as sometimes the game loads and sometimes it just doesn't. Sometimes even the loading bar disappears. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I spent hours working on and submitting Jet Set styles today. I submitted 8. When I opened the the voting results, the pages were blank and my work was lost. Is there any way to get my looks back and resubmit?

I lost my closet (LuEllaJane) while I was in the hospital for surgery. I can't even get in under my LuEllaJane name...they say someone else has that name.

I started over as LuEllaPearl but I want my original stuff back. I've spent a lot of time and money on this. Please help!
