The following links that I have seen includes my personal informations. I was not aware that these documents contains my information but still uploaded in this kind of platform since coursehero helps students but rather my personal informations does nothing to do with other people's lives. It affects me a lot since it maybe used against me or be used in unlawful acts since anyone can unlock a document. I'm very worried for the fact that it was uploaded a year ago.

This is Alexa Villanueva, the owner of the sent google drive. I certify with good faith and giving all my respect to the said policy. But as a student of Don Alejandro Roces Sr. Science Technology Highschool where I was the one who was contacted by the parents of my classmates. I will not be this serious and persistent in following up if ever the said information is not true. My time and effort is given because the name, addresses and works of my co-students was uploaded by unknown uploader. The parents of my classmates would be deciding in filing against the uploader but since it cannot be seen who he or she is, we are communicating through Coursehero since it is the platform used. I want a full refund.

I thought I was paying monthly subscriptions not a yearly one. Your online website is very misleading you need to fix that, so people don't pay for yearly subscriptions that they don't need. I just want a full refund I don't need a yearly subscriptions.

I have a problem collecting the payment from PayPal. On 11th of June, I used the PayPal e-mail of my wife, but unfortunately, her account was unable to receive the payment, and she can no longer use PayPal. The payment always bounced back to my course hero earnings. Hence, I would like to change the PayPal email and use my account instead.

Also, if you have any other options to get or withdraw the earnings, It would be greatly appreciated. See attached notice from Paypal.

Good day, I want to raised my concern regarding on my tutor's account which is [protected]@gmail.com in Course Hero. I cannot log in to my course hero account. I tried all the trouble shooting stuff such as clearing caches and logging in to Google. But I kept on displaying error try again later.

I have an above average rating on my account. And I still have a 200 dollar on my account.

I have uploaded notes and assignments from my university which has been asked to remove it immediately by the lecturer. If not removed within 24 hours, I'll be punished and reported to Student Disciplinary Tribunal.
