It's written that they charge 9.95 a month for 12 month subscription and but they charged me $119.40 at once on February 2nd 2019. You're showing that you will take it $9.95 monthly and then charging $119.00 suddenly. I only opened one file and it was also not like they described. If I knew that they are charging 12 months at once, I wouldn't buy it. I'm a student and this is too much for me. You can take the one month and refund the 11 months! I want to cancel my subscription and want my money back please.

I kept getting billed $59.85 every 3 months even after reverting to a free account. And this still happened even though I already deleted my credit card from my account. I barely used my account. Even though I was being charged for a Premier account, I only had basic privileges. Even after telling them, they only gave me a refund for 1 out of the 4 times I got billed through out the year...

Don't use Course Hero, all the files are outdated and tutors are unhelpful. Customer Service people are useless. Don't email them. Call them. Let me know if you sue them. They should be reported to the BBB.

My point is you better just stick with Chegg.

If it was like this I wouldn't never purchase it. I will like my money back due to they are selling false advertisement.

I viewed one file but it isn't the correct document. It was not as described. I was looking to get an answer but it didn't have an answer despite showing an unlock to get answer.

I only viewed that, per some users who have experienced this, there is a "one time exception to policy" to get a refund. Please I beg of you I need that refund so bad. I didn't even get the answers I needed. I do not have the money for this full prescription, I need my money back please .

When I bought the 3month membership I was not aware that you will automatically charge me after every 3 months for membership renewal.
I don't need the membership anymore and I cannot afford it either.

I signed for a 1 month subscription for u$39.95 with coursehero. From december 3rd 2018 to january 3rd 2019. To my surprise, coursehero just renewed my account without allowing me the chance to cancel today. It is ridiculous. Coursehero makes charges in advanced.

I just contacted coursehero via email because I could not find a chat service as other tutoring services like chegg has.

I signed up for a monthly subscription in October but thought I canceled it because I couldn't find any sources I needed or wanted. I would like to request a refund for this past payment occurring 12/26/18 because I do not wish to use Course Hero and I will not use it for the following month. My current membership now expires on 1/26/19 but I don't want to use it, and I would like to be refunded the $39.95.

I signed up for 1 time 3 month subscription in Dec 2017, and course hero keeps removing money from my account. My account was canceled, also canceled through google pay and have had to change my debit card 2 times and keep getting charged every three months. It shows course hero was canceled and my account has been closed. I have to keep disputing charges.

I am a student very hard pressed to meet my dail expenses and it came as a shock that USD 39.95 was debited from my thomas cook card nuber 554588******4637 withourt seeking any prior confirmation from me on mail or phone call.

Request you to please refund this amount I will be hjighly obluged.

Paid for a month subscription ($40) so that I could view answers to help with homework. It gave me access to only 1 question then told me if I wanted access to more, I'd have to rate new incoming materials on their helpfulness. If that weren't bad enough, they only had 1 document available to rate, so I couldn't have gotten the 5 necessary reviews to unlock another question. I was supposed to get "immediate access to the largest (and best) collection of online learning resources - guaranteed, " which clearly is not what I got. It keeps insisting I need to gain a "free unlock" when, as before mentioned, I had already paid $40 for access. Attempting to get a refund, but after several attempts, the site will not load the "Email Us" section for me to actually contact the company.

I had signed up for the service in January 2018, and after about a month or so I paused the reoccurring bill. This morning at 4 AM I had received an email saying that my account had been reactivated and charged without my approval/concent. I was charge for the 39.95 without hesitation. I have contacted my credit card company to deny the charge as well as reach out to Course Hero. If someone is reading this do not delete your account, because they will use that as an excuse so that they can charge you. I want my full refund back as this was an unauthorized transaction that did not have my approval what so ever. Also, with my subscription being paused, nowhere in the details does it provide to the consumer how long the pause is valid for. This service is trash and takes advantage of those who don't know what they are getting into.

They tricked me by providing the answers to my first two homework and quizzes but nothing after that. I have been emailing and trying to ask questions about what I paid for but the website doesn't provide a phone number or email address. I would like a refund of my payment but I see others that show that they will not respond or provide a refund. Biggest scam ever as I have to get answers submitted and they are not delivering what they promised. They don't have a honor code so they should stop showing that on the website.

I paid via Credit Card for subscription 23rd Oct 2018 have used daily and then today I am unable to access any of the web sites I have paid for I month in advance $56.34 was charged to my card after it was supposed to be $39.95 for the month I didn't mind payng the extra as it was helpful with my tafe course but was alot of money to pay out for a student and now I have ot got access to my account or their web page I would like a full refund please as this is just awful for me thanks Regards Andrea

I was a member of Coursehero last year, and my membership ended in October this year, 2018. I did not want to renew my membership for 2019 because I graduate in a month, so I did not pay to renew it.

However, I did not know the card information is still in the account, and Coursehero automatically withdrew money from it without my consent. The unwanted charge happened today October 25th, 2018.

I haven't used any source from them since my membership ended this year, so I want a full refund for this unwanted renewal. I they would process a full refund so that I would not have to file a further complaint.

have been emailing them since sunday and they say "within 24 hours, our agents will get back to you." lol what rubbish is this, until now, there isnt a single reply from any agents. al i ask for is just a refund, is it that bad just to refund? and please, just upload some useful documents please. and please give me my refund asap. and stop scamming other people.

Coursehero just loves taking people's money that they keep sending the same email whenever you send them an email regarding a concern. I asked for a refund of $119 dollars and yet they cannot give me the full refund back just because there was an activity on my account. First of all, the information I unlocked was not useful at all, and this girl named Anna Sun, who knows if she's even real, she might be a robot who keeps sending the same email over and over said that she cannot give me the full refund, she can change it to one month plan, and give me a refund of 79.45, where is my refund, I am still getting the same email everytime I send them an email regarding my concern. If i knew coursehero would be like this, I would never give out my card infor to them. I need the refund as soon as possible for emergency issues, and yet it's been a whole day, and nothing has bee processed back into my account except taking my whole $119 dollars. PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND ASAP.

I signed into coursehero thinking that it would show me the answer to that problem. I then put in my card number thinking it would charge me only the $9 for the membership per month instead of the annual rate. I was upset that I had to pay for everything up front and did not receive any of the answers or help that I needed! I am extremely unsatisfied.

Automatic deduction of 39.95 $ had been processed from my credit card. why this transaction had been processed without consent of my knowledge. I dint shared any credit card details and deduction had been done without my knowledge. can you please let me know how come you know my credit card details and how come you have deducted the money without my permission.
