Couriers Please Poor delivery

This morning, I heard a van reversing out of my driveway, there was a missed delivery notice attached to the door, (they didnt knock) I had to call couriers please as the driver didn't fill out the redelivery form. The customer service representative refused to deal with me because I didn't have the number after 10 minutes of argument, she finally took my name, and said I'll have to wait 72 hours for redelivery. which I said is unacceptable as I paid express post. She then said she sent the driver a msg and my parcel will arrive within 4 hours. I waited till 2:30 and called again, she then said she had already spoken with the driver, and he said it will arrive at 6pm. It never came, looks like I have to wait till monday and waste another day waiting. This isn't the first time I've had troubles with couriers please.

Couriers Please parcel collection and delivery

Ordered an interstate collection 23/09/2019 on the phone. They can barely speak or understand English. All booked, 2 day collection and delivery, 25/09/2019 PM no delivery. Rang them back, they still can barely speak or understand English. The response was "we didn't collect the item as it was an interstate collection and the driver refused to collect it. You need to rebook".
25/09/2019 PM rebooked collection, this time online.
26/09/2019 item collected at 9:38am.
26/09/2019 at 12:30pm received phone call from sender as the item was returned to their shop.
Courier driver had delivered item to the depo. Depo complained, "Boo Hoo. Its too heavy for me, take it back", so the driver [censored]ING TOOK IT BACK.

While this is all happening they still haven't returned my money and I have an account with them.

Couriers Please Delivery not made. Two packages "lost" in depot. Possible theft crime.

Two significantly sized packages arrived at CP's brisbane depot at the same time (5th Sept morning) from two different senders (last event on both packages). It is now over a week of the expected delivery date.

One sender informs me that CouriersPlease has deemed a package as "lost". It wasn't put out for delivery so it appears to have been "lost" in their depot. Another word for lost in a depot is likely theft. Theft is a crime. In addition it is also likely there was negligence by Couriers Please.

I am preparing legal action for recovery for the "lost" packages or full reimbursement even though there are significant costs to do so. In addition, if it doesn't get resolved within a reasonable period, I will be involving the police to investigate possible theft crime at the CouriersPlease Brisbane depot.

[Desired Resolution] If it becomes "found" and delivered next week in full I will not take any further action and will make an update here or remove the complaint.

Couriers Please regional agents

Hi,

We use your service for all deliveries, and for every delivery we are usually very happy.
Although as soon as it gets handed over to a regional agent we know there will be problems.
We no longer have up to date information.
Deliveries go missing
They never arrive on time or close to time.
We always have to follow up.
Any chance this area can be more transparent

Couriers Please delivery courier

Appalling service. Can't even deliver on time to address. Courier was so lazy, didnt come to door we were at work all day we have a door bell & our mobile is on the door. Dropped it at the local lotto & cant have come to our door as no card left which we need to be able to pick the parcel up

& last time after 5days dropped it back to pickup point!

Couriers Please couriers - very poor service

Hi there,

I have just spoken to one of the girls of your call center (Kai?). She was really nice but unfortunately she could not help me with the fact that you are paying people for doing a job which is delivering parcels but THEY ARE ACTUALLY NOT DELIVERING A SINGLE THING. This week it has happened twice:

1 - Wednesday 21: cannot even read the tracking number
2 - Friday 23: CPBBGRZ2114065

When I used to live in Surry Hills I could understand why maybe parcels would not be delivered as parking in inner Sydney is tricky but the place I have just moved in is located on a very quiet street with LOTS OF PARKING.

I have taken few days off from work as I am waiting for lots of parcels. I would really appreciate if the drivers could at least make the effort to RING THE BELL and LEAVE THE PARCELS AT THE POST OFFICE ONLY AFTER ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. Often the parcel is at the Post Office before I even get the notification card. This is ridiculous also cause today, Friday 23, just like on Wednesday, I replied to the morning text message saying that I would have been at home to sign for the delivery. Also, the tracking numbers on those notification card cannot even be read as letters and numbers look more like hieroglyphs.

Can you please make sure that the people you hire do their job and do it properly? I have better things to do on a Saturday morning rather than queuing at the Post Office and collecting a thousand parcels that could have just got to destination with no delay and extra waste of time.

Couriers Please no delivery and terrible customer service!!!

This company has no customer satisfaction! Pay for a parcel to be delivered and not get it delivered! Wouldn't you think couriers please would mean that there would be some kind of courier involvement. Then call a help line overseas who don't even understand what you are saying! And keep on saying that you need to wait 24 hours after the promised delivery date because they can't contact anybody in Australia!
Worst courier service ever!
Do yourself a favour and don't ever use this company!

Couriers Please delivery service

30/6/2019: purchased product on eBay. 11/7/2019: received email from couriers please saying item was delivered but did not receive it. Contacted eBay seller and couriers please to advise. Couriers Please advised the driver delivered the item to a house with a camera. I do not have a camera. They keep claiming item was delivered and won't refund money I paid for it. Have asked for report from GPS Tracking device from driver's vehicle to prove he came to my house but they won't provide it. Consignment number is CPBLDLE0002898. Below is a screenshot of all they will provide as proof of delivery

This is Susy this company fraudulently said they tried to deliver my pacage when there is someone at the house 24/7 they have had my package since June and will not deliver the package or let me contact them that is mail fraud first they said they sent the package to a fake address in a different town the owner of this company is a piece and I'M giving him the opportunity to fight me in a public forum so the ignorant boy can get his butt handed to him by a man but this coward won't face my son

Couriers Please delivery from couriers please. 1152662dpcna

I wasted 3 full days awaiting this delivery. After just missing the first delivery by minutes, the Call Centre told me it would be delivered to a POPShop and the driver would ring me and let me know where it had been dropped off.
When this didn't happen after 24 hours, another Call Centre person told me it would be delivered today between 12 and 2pm today, this was the 3rd day!
At 2:30pm today I rang yet again and was told the driver was in the area and would be able to deliver by 3pm at the latest.
I asked the Call Centre person at 3:30pm today to put me through to a manager so I could make a complaint as the parcel had still not arrived. The operator pretended they didn't understand this and hung up on me twice!
The parcel eventually arrived with a nonchalant driver at 4pm. He said he picked it up from the depot with instructions to deliver by 2pm, but obviously couldn't care less about this.
This level of service and communication is unacceptable.

Couriers Please courier service

Ordered a pick up on wednesday...for pickup at midday...
wednesday... no courier...
Thursday 10:30 am I call them and they promise to remind the driver to come and get it and promised it will be picked up and delivered that same day (given that it's local delivery)... Thursday evening... it's still here.
Near as I can tell all they deliver are excuses. Will remember to NEVER waste my time using this company again... since they don't do what they promise they do.

Couriers Please parcel delivery

I was at home waiting for delivery, I hear a vehicle leave, I find a "Attempted Delivery" card at my door. I then have to search google to find a phone number to call. I then speak to an overseas call agent who will not call driver back. Overseas call agent then said nothing will get recorded to him. As I requested over and over again for overseas call agent to leave a note on redelivery advising to leave package at door. I am 100% certain overseas call agent did not do this, and also did not organise redelivery either. Overseas call centre agent was taking pleasure to not be able to assist me.
I will go out of my way to pay more money to other courier companies now. I will advise senders of my preference to avoid couriersplease. I will advise everyone I meet to avoid couriersplease. I will research owners of couriers please and avoid their other companies too present and future.
Very poor.

Couriers Please products not received, no help by customer support for over a week

I had booked a job to be collected from Melbourne city for pick up (Friday 24th May 9am (JOB # 45476)
when calling the to office of who held the docs at 4 pm on Friday 24th they confirmed it was still not collected but couriers please had marked it as collected earlier that morning.
Monday 27 May this was still the case. we had still not received the docs nor had they been collected from the business we wanted pick up from. I then cancelled that job and booked in new job over the phone (job number 10130) confirm I was advised this was never collected.
the courier went into level 1 500 Collins street at 1.30 pm that day (Monday 27th May dropped of a parcel there (Janine signed for it) and collected the box for our company - asked her for a token but Janine had advised the driver that the token was waiting at our office - he then called his supervisor and took the box.
we have been waiting for 3 days and no one can tell us where this box is.
we have made over 10 calls to the company and the resolutions team (reference numbers 1461589 and 1461561) we have been told that you have 24 hour to get to us, the time has now passed, I have asked for supervisor call back - which have not been received - these documents are for an important legal case and they have been lost by you company! these need to be urgently delivered to our office ASAP!
we have been waiting a week for something that was meant to take a day!
we have had an account with you for many years [protected] - the box is clearly marked with our address - this needs to be sorted asap

Couriers Please missing item and rude customer service from philippines

I called your customer service multiple times. This package was missed by our customer nathan contractors. So we were advised that you brought this at 3/1 mooloolah connection rd, mooloolah valley qld 4553, australia. I advised our customer to go there and he was told that it was not there. I contacted you again to advise to redirect this to lot 1 steve irwin way glenview qld 4553, australia. I got a reference number 1433184. Earlier I got a voicemail from your resolutionteam saying that the package is at the mooloolah post office. We're rounding in circles. I spoke to shane from the tracking department (this is the department that I get whenever I contact your [protected] and press option 2. I was told the same exact thing and giving me a false assurance that someone will call me within 10 minutes. Dont give me that crap. Ive been in the industry for the past 15 years and I know that they are just trying to avoid me. I told her that I am willing to wait on the line for someone from the resolution team. She placed me on hold for 10 minutes then she dropped the call on her end. I called back again and requested for a supervisor. The lady told me that their supervisor is on a meeting. I told her I am willing to wait. Again, the supervisor doesn't want to assist me. I got his name from the lady, said it was kris, said will call me back within 30 minutes but I just waited in vain.

I dont wanna be rude but your customer service... Hmmmm. This requires your imeadiate attention. We've been one of your valued customers for a long time and its not good for you and our business too.

Couriers Please package not delivered

Sent a package on the 22nd of March this year. Just found out it wasn't delivered by the collector. Contract Courier please and ask to have it return on the 1st of April (No Joke). Noticed on the system they tried to delivery it again to the same place. Which is the wrong address. I rang again 3 days later and had to logged another request to return package to us. They informed me to pick up at depot which was impossible. They then inform me it could take another 5 days to get back to us. That means the package has been with Courier Please for nearly a month. There is a big problem with their system and they need to fix it.

Couriers Please missing package

Item (large) sent from company in Sydney via Couriers Please 3 weeks ago. The item never arrived. Unable to track through the courier. No response from courier as to whereabouts of my item when called and questioned. $2700.00 purchase vanished into thin air apparrently with no explaination. Not impressed. Will be seeking legal advice immediately and never using this pathetic courier again.

Couriers Please fake 'attempted' delivery

I was waiting at home for an item the whole day but the delivery man never tried to deliver the product. Instead he left an attempted delivery card in the letterbox. After several unsuccessful attempts to call them and then filing a request on their website, I had to re-send them another same request (why?) until they gave me a call a few days later and told me nothing but I had to go to a far-away place to pick up the parcel. And this was not the first time that this had happened.

Couriers Please package paid and returned

I opened an online account with Courier Please on Thursday 21 Feb 2019 to send a box to the Philippines for Friday 22 Feb 2019 at 9.00 am. I filled in all the necessary details as required for international courier of a package to the Philippines. I was quoted $88.11 and I paid using my Visa card online to send the package by international courier.

Friday morning came and nobody turned up to pick up the package. I phoned courier please to find out what was going on. I was told I didn't add an email address for the receiver.in actual fact I definitely did add the email address. One hour later on Friday 22 Feb 2019 at 10.38 am an independent courier knocked on the door to collect the box. I think somebody in the office that collected my parcel deleted the receivers email on my booking form.

I gave him the consignment note with a copy of my ID which was requested in the application to be handed to the courier driver. The driver didn't want the ID he said there was no need for it. I asked him to take it in case it's needed. The next day, that same driver returned to collect a signature for the collection of the package. Right then I should have realised that this service is no longer dependable.

On Wednesday 27 Feb 2019 at 12 pm I arrived home to find a delivery card from Courier Please in the door. I did not receive a phone call, email or text message advising there was an issue with the package and that it would be returned. I phoned Courier Please to find out what's going on and was told the package has been returned to me because I did not write a sufficient description of the contents. I was also told I would be contacted by the manager to arrange a reimbursement of funds.

The online information regards providing a description of the package e.g. box, parcel needs to be updated to include the words (full description of contents). Instead I wrote in the description box, a brown rectangle box. It does not ask to write a full description of the contents.in closing I want to say that I am very upset with the service from Couriers Please. This business used to be dependable. I have used the service to send computer contents to Melbourne and it used to be highly recommended. The telephone staff are a credit to the business. But as a business owner I am believe the courier service is very very very poor. I just want my money reimbursed and will never use the service again.

Couriers Please delivery of our goods - damaged

We are continuously getting damaged boxes and goods from our new couriers please delivery person. We have now asked on 2 occasions to the driver to stop throwing our goods as they are expensive. I also called on the 15th Feb to voice my concerns as we are getting a number of damaged goods each week. Please see below the damaged boxes that we received today (21/02/19) Our client number is [protected].
If he continues to damage our goods we are going to have to lodge for compensation for the damaged goods

Couriers Please items not picked up for delivery

Imagine running a business, which I do, and then having these many jobs booked (and paid for of course), but not picked up. Indeed, my customers are calling from everywhere and wanting to what the hell is going on. Very bad for business.
